The customer service was good from the service call to work being completed. I am happy with my service call with Blanton’s Parker he explained everything to me as well as giving me the quotes upfront. Parker installed two electric outlets in my garage. Thank you for your professionalism it matters. 07-29-25 plumbing work completed by Nick, He installed new sink faucets in my bathroom and Kitchen I am happy with Blanton’s work. I believed I had a plumbing leak, so I called Blanton’s for the first time. They did not disappoint. They gave me a good rundown over the phone of what to expect from their service. They answered all my questions and got a technician out the same day. The tech, Devon, was phenomenal. He did a full plumbing evaluation on my home and determined the issue I initially called about was not a plumbing issue. He did identify a couple other areas in the house that had minor leak issues. As we know, a minor leak can always turn into something big if not addressed sooner. His expertise and his patience to explain the problems were much appreciated. Devon was also accommodating as he talked with our home warranty company. Overall, I was well pleased with Blanton’s Air Plumbing and Electric.
