Thank you, Blanton’s, for sending Mr. Vincent Maple to our home!

From the very beginning, Mr. Maple provided excellent service. First, he inspected our plumbing and water heater and took the time to explain the deficiency with the water heater. He also explained why doing a water heater flush was not the best option for our situation. He gave us different options and provided us with all the information we needed to make the right decision.

He also patiently explained the options for replacing our toilets and water heater and made sure to answer all of our questions. He even took the time to explain everything to my wife regarding the quotes and the work that would be done. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything made us feel confident in our decision.

Today, August 1st, Mr. Maple came to our home on time to replace the water heater and toilets. He took his time and never rushed the job. Everything was installed in an organized, professional, and clean manner.

After connecting everything, Mr. Maple carefully checked all the connections to make sure there were no leaks and that everything was working properly. His experience and attention to detail were truly impressive.

Mr. Vincent Maple went far and beyond to provide exceptional service. He deserves 20 stars for the excellent work he did!

Yovani came to my home on July 21 -22 . When I say he did an amazing job. He was very polite as well. He is very passionate about his work. Always informed me of what he would be doing as he went through out my home. I wish I could give him a 100 star rating.

Blake and Edwin did an amazing job! They responded quickly to an issue with my outlets and were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and resolved the issue promptly. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them.

I knew that I was in good hands with Johnny Taylor when he pointed out several urgent plumbing issues in my home and provided detailed resolutions. Johnny replaced all drains, water lines and water heater in my crawlspace, a huge job that he organized and completed like the professional he clearly is. Blanton's service man Yovani is amazing. Showed up on time, very detailed oriented. He was upfront about what was going on and how we could move forward. More important then all of that he was awesome with my husband and animals. He came in was calm and friendly. I will use Blanton's again and will be requesting Yovani by name.
