Pedro M. did an amazing job! He took care of our a/c issues and suggested other things that needed fixed.

We are WOW members and realized we had a leak under our kitchen sink. Vincent came out and determined we needed a new kitchen faucet. We are currently experiencing some tough times and Vincent picked up on it and went above and beyond. He graciously spoke with his supervisor and was able to bless us with a free faucet and labor with the Coolidge Cares Program. A huge thank you to Blantons and a special thank you to Vincent.

Excellent team, very courteous people, timely installation, excellent work. The team from the dispatcher all the way to the technician and final installation has been action oriented. Absolutely great service, great people and great prices!! We used them for our tankless water heater, and now for our downstairs new AC unit. We completely trust them and will always go through them for household needs.

But, my experience with Blantons from start to finish was completely comforting!

Blantons, as usual is always prompt, and attentive to my HVAC Needs. Cliff was Excellent. Took his tome and not only recognized and resolved my issue, but gave me some good pointers in long term maintenance and also upgrades for my system.

I would recommend Blantons and i would recommend their service plan if you aren't already routinely maintaining your home. We opted in for the Blantons WOW membership after several hefty repairs proved that HVAC systems in North Carolina require special and constant care. The membership is fairly priced if you use it. The service covers AC, heat, electrical and plumbing general/routine maintenance and a lot of extra incidentals that could lead to costly repairs.

Another reason for a 5 star and a recommendation is that Blantons will make things right with you if you are left uneasy or if a service isn't done well. Today we had a scheduled appointment for our WOW member maintenance on HVAC (you do have to schedule hvac, plumbing, electrical separate but they are all covered). The tech came out and didnt complete the assigned task, instead he told us we had several things that needed replaced/cleaned and provided a 2500 estimate to replace a control board or to clean a blower motor...and left it at that. We called and explained the situation, and within a couple hours we had a senior tech back at the house to complete the maintenance that was scheduled. Chase was his name and he saved the day, and saved a 5 star review. After completing the job, he also found the control board wasn't defective, rather just not set up correctly and actually found a way to save us some money on the electric bill.

All that being said, there was no fuss, no arguing, they just made it right and got us taken care of...and for that reason we will continue to use them and recommend them. Every other experience before today has been exemplary with them, and we're sad to hear Terry is no longer with the company, but guys like Chase still know how to provide great customer service!

I have been depending on Blanton's service for about a year and half now and I always come away feeling that they are doing the best for my equipment while keeping in mind that I don't have unlimited funds. Their technicians are very polite, knowledgeable and respectful.

This review addresses the superb service we enjoyed today (8/25/26), courtesy of two thoroughly professional Blanton’s HVAC techs, Mr. Joe Ford and Mr. Ryan Johnson. As “WOW” customers, we receive free HVAC check-ups twice yearly…prior to winter and summer, among other benefits. As long-time customers, we should be accustomed to gracious, knowledgeable techs (and scheduling folks); but we never tire of being treated like royalty…and, given what passes for service elsewhere these days, that’s not much of an exaggeration.
Mr. Ford and Mr. Johnson arrived precisely on time, of course, introduced themselves, asked if we’d been experiencing any problems (we haven’t), and set to work.
I always learn something hanging around Blanton’s field techs, and today was no different. We had some questions about our high-speed, low-drag 😎, 21st century thermostat and remote sensor. Over the next 90 minutes, our guests used easily-understandable English to explain away our confusion WHILE they were performing their detailed inspections and testing. Thank you, men! We look forward to our Spring check-up!

Blantkn's Air came out and found my coil was bad and leaking coolant, they were then able to walk me through an easy finace process. I thought it was going to destroy my bank account but it didn't! Now I have an entirely new Heating and Air system. The technicians Quentin and Tim were courteous, clean and displayed great customer service as well as technical knowledge and expertise. All in all an amazing service experience!

We have been loyal Blantons customers for many years and the mini split system has been in for several years now. We are very pleased with the operation and economy of the system and with Blanton's support. Josh was our tech for today's routine maintenance and as we have come to expect, he was courteous, professional and thorough. Ty Greene was my electrician technician that was sent to solve my electrical problem. He was very professional and he explained all the options for my repair as well as explaining Blanton's membership policy. I ended up having a new double 50 amp breaker replaced. He tightened all screws in the panel. He was very knowledgeable about his craft. He verified that the breaker did not trip as before and tested the load being produced. Excellent service. I highly recommend Blantons for all their services.

I can’t say enough good things about Timothy Hair and the incredible plumbing work he did on my house. He spent the entire day completely replumbing every single water pipe in my home, and the quality of his work was outstanding.

Blanton's has offered a much better deal than the company that originally installed my HVAC units and I have signed a contract for both of them for the following year in addition to allowing them to do the repair on my electrical and plumbing that was messed up due to the neglect of a big box company!

After Spencer Dias performed a service on my HVAC, I had Geoffrey Edwards come and show me my options. After years of fighting with my HVAC I decided to replace the system. Jeremy Paul, Shane and Chandler did a great job installing the new system. Nick and Jeremy were great and went over everything and answered all of my questions, I had a lot.
Everyone involved, from Spencer to Nick and Jeremy were amazing! I greatly appreciate all of their efforts, education and answers to my many, many questions. I hope I don't need to see any of them anytime soon, but if I do I am confident that they will take care of things the correct way.

Skip came out yesterday to fix a propane line that was unfortunately struck by lightning. He arrived on time and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. He was very professional. We’d have no hesitation on having him come do more work for us.

We were further extremely frustrated when you set up our repair appointment with the initial technician, delaying our repairs even longer. Skip restored our faith in this company! My initial thought was Blantons Air pricing was above the local average competition. However, after I saw lead technician Donavan's two incredable days of intensive labor while replacing our outdated electrical equipment installed back in the 1970s. So we had two brand new circuit breakers installed under terrible weather conditions like terencial rain and excessive heat while under direct sunlight. Being very thorough his actions and endless determination to locate all electrical outlets under the house that had only a two foot clearance further demonstrated the dedication to Blanton's customers. My family endorses Blanton's business and very thankful we have the security knowing the job was done incredibly well. Thank you team awesome.

Luis came out to my home this morning to repair a bathroom faucet, he was very professional and courteous. Upon arriving he assessed the issue and made the necessary repairs in a short period of time. Excellent service AAAA++++++++!

I have only have one regret Which is that I did not call them sooner. After submitting a request online, someone reached out to me within five minutes. They were quick To get me an appointment set up the next day and that’s when I met a new family member. Gus arrived at my house and made me feel like family. He Listened to my concerns and my fears and frustrations for not having AC for a week. Not only did he provide options, but he walked me through every step of what to expect. I knew I was in good hands! The next day two gentlemen came to install a new unit. Their Names are Taylor and Shawn. They were extremely respectful and very professional with the installation. They walked me through how to use the Upgraded thermostat and made sure I had no questions. Now there was a slight hiccup after they left, and this is where they went above and beyond. When I called. There was a young man named Trey who assisted me and I must say he was so gentle and kind and told me that it will be taken care of. This company stands behind what they say, and they truly do care about their customers. Not only do I have a good Company that I can trust I have a new family member named Gus.

Skip was our plumber and he was great. He was thorough, communicated extremely well, allowed us to ask questions and made sure to get our approval before moving forward with any fixes. Our house was built in the 50s and is NOT easy to work on, but he did a great job and our fixtures are draining appropriately, now!

Mr. Phillip Martin, is an example of professional. Every time he visits, he provides superb customer service; courteous, friendly and professional.

We had an excellent experience with Blanton's from the first phone call to the final inspection. Geoffrey Edwards explained my options, providing sound advice on replacing my dinosaur heat pump, and upgrading a mazelike ductwork system.

I commend Gabriel deBeus, Raymundo Velasquez, and Tyrone Robinson for their diligence and expertise in a difficult task under terrible conditions. I thank Travis Lloyd for his attention to details, and for guiding his team through the difficulties of upgrading an antiquated heating and cooling system.

Johnny took the time to explain what he found, what needed to be done, and why. He shared helpful information throughout the repair and kept us updated every step of the way, so we were never left wondering what was happening. He communicated clearly, patiently answered our questions, and made sure we understood the work being done.
