Timothy Hair came out and replaced our pipes under the sinks, replaced bathroom and kitchen faucets, etc. He did a very thorough job and then walked us through everything he did. We will definitely be asking for him every time we have plumping issues.

I had contacted Blanton's to look at a faulty electric outlet that was corroded and dead On June 29th, 2026, Armando Arroyo and assistant Edwin came and worked on it. They were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally customer friendly. They informed me of, and explained, every step they were taking to diagnose and fix what problems they found; I had absolutely no qualms about what they were doing. I was completely confident about them and their work. They resolved the problems quickly and left everything neat and tidy when they were done. While reviewing the final work that was done, I happened to mention that we use a small space heater sometimes in this outlet. They said that was probably what caused the outlet to fail. They then were kind enough to mention that they could put in a new separate electric line just for the space heater that woul support the curent drain. It was way late afternoon, but they offered to stay and put in the line. They then installed a new line, outlet and circuit breaker. What exceptional customer service, and going above and beyond!! I was completely taken away about their thoughtfulness and consideration of my concerns.

Ismael has been to our house before. He always performs excellent work. The diagnostics and repair took about 45 minutes. He explains what he is doing and shows you want he is looking at.

We had a pool pump that basically needed to be rewired . I called Blanton to do the repairs. The tech that came out was named Donovan Baldie. He was incredible! Very professional, courteous and Knowledgeable. He did the job very well, and also sealed everything up so that the elements would not cause future problems at no charge. Update 6/2026: Timothy Hair and Nathaniel came and replaced all my remaining pipes going out to the city sewer. The dug up roots and routed a new line. I also got a new toilet installed. I am very pleased.

Update 7/2024 Plumbing: Chris Dick & Timothy Hair are lifesavers! Tim came out and diagnosed my issues with extreme empathy and honesty. I explained all my issues and he thoroughly checked under my home, the pipes, connections etc. and devised a plan. He gave me several options on how to address fixing them with different price points. I decided to go with the top option that replaces the major issues that tackle my drain issues (my toilet, bath tub, kitchen sink and laundry connection). I really needed a permanent solution and he provided one. Paula in the finance department got my account loan limit increased in what seemed like seconds. She is very sweet and swift.

Tim had Chris come help execute the job the next day. They were here all day in the heat working extremely hard under my home to correct the issues I inherited when I bought my home. They had to dig and edit the plan a bit but it works. The fact that they were able to think quickly for alternative solutions, at no extra cost to me, really is amazing! I really have confidence in Blanton’s not only because of how thoughtful and sweet they are but they’ve really mastered how to run a business and select the best professionals. They deal with headaches(plumbing, electrical hvac issues)perfectly! If I had to choose between kindness and experience, I would choose experience. Thankfully, Blanton’s doesn’t make me choose. Do yourself a favor and hire them to come out and check your property. NEVER rely solely on a home inspector. I’m here again for my review on Clif B. He returned as promised to complete the work on my HVAC condensation line and replaced my capacitor. I’m very pleased with him. He’s super friendly and explains everything so well. I will request him in the future. I cannot rave enough about this company. It’s better to have many moving parts working together than a couple of staff wearing too many hats and them being overworked. You can always tell the difference. I will continue to use them.

Also the financing comes with a credit card to charge to your loan account limit. In my opinion, the plus to this is being able to re-use it similar to a credit card instead of having to apply for a new credit line after it’s paid off. This encourages preventative maintenance from my view. Thanks again Clif and Blanton’s🥰

Spencer D was the most professional and informative tech we’ve had out here. He had come out previously for a diagnostic and promised that the next day, he would not leave until the issue was fixed and operating how it should. He answered all of my questions without hesitation, and even provided insight on future work we may need done in other areas. Guy definitely knows his job, cares about his customers, and if we could, we would 100% request him for future needs.

Today I had my bi-annual preventive maintenance system checks for my HVAC Units. The Technician, Joshua Geercken did Dan outstanding job in servicing and explaining all that was required to keep my system running smoothly.

As of April 2021- I would like to thank Blanton's Plumbing Technician Dan Moore for discovering the issue pertaining to the "smell" coming from my water system. Because of his research and determination to discover just where the smell was coming from my bathroom sink no longer reeks of "a rotten egg" smell. As I have stated before, Dan is extremely good at diagnosing the situation and explaining what needs to be done to fix the problem. Blanton has a Superb Plumber on their staff. And I for one am grateful.

4 March 2021- Whenever Blanton's Plumbing Technician Dan Moore is assigned to the Job I am confident he is going to be on time and the mission is going to be accomplished. He is very good at diagnosing the situation and explaining what needs to be done to fix the problem.

Christopher came out to preform our seasonal maintenance and FINALLY solved our HVAC drainage issue! We’ve had this drainage problem for years. Other techs, from Blanton’s, have addressed the drainage problem but it continued. Christopher is the only tech who actually checked the drain line in our crawl space. He found the problem and repaired it in about 15 minutes! He was extremely professional and thorough. He explained all issues and repairs in an easy to understand manner. I was shown photos of every step. Christopher is a 5 star employee!

We have used Blanton's for several years across multiple jobs — water heater replacement, minor repairs, and now what turned into two major sewer line replacements at a rental property in historic Fayetteville. Every single experience has been excellent and only continues to deepen our trust in them.

What started as a simple drain issue — poorly repaired by another company and continuing to cause problems — eventually revealed a wildly outdated, quirky 100-year-old terracotta system that needed full replacement in two stages.

Our first technician, Austin, immediately diagnosed the problem and tackled the first half of the sewer lines with impressive care — working around established landscaping, a backyard pond, hand-digging under a brick wall, and preserving as much of the driveway as possible. Due to the age of the system, he wasn't able to fully access the remaining 200 feet running to the city hookup, but everything was flowing smoothly and looked great as far as he could see.

Fast forward a few months, and a section of that remaining old line collapsed. Blanton's was our first call, and Jacob was at the house within 2 hours. He worked tirelessly with his supervisor to find a temporary solution, even going so far as to recommend another company with larger equipment when needed. We did — reluctantly — try them, and quickly realized their customer service was nowhere near the standard we've come to expect from Blanton's. They were also unable to clear the line.

Back to Jacob and his crew for the full replacement. They navigated a narrow driveway flanked by two historic stone retaining walls, preserved the cement driveway, and hand-dug carefully under decorative brick trim — everything was handled with exactly the care I hoped for. The other company had warned us those features might be damaged in the process, which was not reassuring. Blanton's made sure that wasn't the case.

With a system as old and unpredictable as ours, there were plenty of surprises underground. Jacob's team consulted with PWC at every turn, confirmed exactly what was required to bring everything up to code, and connected it all properly to the city line without cutting corners.

Between these two large sewer projects, a water heater replacement, and several smaller repairs over the last four years, Blanton's has never once let us down. Every technician is polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the work they do. Their honesty is what sets them apart — diagnosing issues accurately, being upfront about what they can and can't do, and not charging for services when they can't deliver. That kind of integrity is rare, and it means everything. Blanton's has our trust for good.

I have been using Blantons for a number of years; and each and every time they have been excellent...my most recent experience has been with a quite substantial water leak in my crawl space. Not sure where to begin, so I started with Blantons plumbing. Ethan came out checked plumbing to make sure no pipes were leaking; suggested HVAC take a look. He called up the office and Brian came out the next day to take a look. Brian investigated and suggested we get another HVAC tech in to further investigate the pumps installed by another vendor. He called the office and a tech was there within two hours. Cameron crawled all over the crawlspace and found the leak. It has now been fixed, and the water has been vacuumed out of the crawl space. Good job, good service...

Joe was very knowledgeable and efficient regarding his craft. He was asked to troubleshoot an unrelated issue and was able to quickly deduce the problem and correct it within minutes. That level of professionalism and proficiency is the stuff that demands time taken to acknowledge him with a positive review.

We had Dustin Bracken come out to fix a split pipe on an outdoor spigot. During the visit, he asked if we had other concerns with our plumbing. Of course we did because our house was built during the 06-07 housing boom. In about 2 hours, he fixed the split pipe and spigot, fixed and updated our internal water shut off valve, fixed a leak in the shower we didn't even know we had, and took a look at a few other things to provide us recommendations for updating our home. Dustin was great and really took care of us. 5/5 stars.

Last month I called for routine maintenance on my air condition unit. Customer sevice is wonderful. Chris Orlando came, and only did an amazing job cleaning the unit, but also checked my gas furnance and fixed a part on it, so it would run batter. He said it was included in their checklist. Excellent experience. Spencer Diaz came out to my home and quickly identified the issue with my AC unit. Unfortunately the issue required extensive repair. (Condenser coil was damaged) After being briefed on the issue and the repair cost, Spencer began the repair working well into the evening finishing around 8pm. He gave up time with his family to help me & my family in our time of need. I can't express how grateful Iam.

Description: Install a new 240v circuit from panel to garage for a Level 2 EV charger. Yovani thoroughly described the work necessary and answered my questions when he provided the estimate. I had a couple of subsequent questions which he responded to quickly after I called the Blanton office. He was very courteous with the work going as planned and it looks very professional.

Our hot water heater leaked and failed. Called Blantons and had a plumber out in about an hour, 7:20 am. Looked at the issue, gave us a price and immediately started work. Someone from Blantons delivered a new hot water heater and we’re done by 1:30 with new drain. Updated wiring, and everything cleaned up. Friendly, courteous, fast and professional.

I had a new HVAC installed, and while I can't say the price of an HVAC makes me happy, I can say I trust their work and I know the service was top notch. Excellent plumbing service! Billy Molina-Prado was amazing! I was stressed out due to a clogged toilet in the kids bathroom that had spilled #2 all over the floor. Billy was very professional, friendly, and responsive. He also checked my septic line and worked very hard & determined until he got the job done, and it was perfect! James and Chris did a great job of documenting/explaining what they found during their inspection and provided service options that addressed our plumbing concerns and financial realities. Mr. Lemuel, brought all the parts and materials first thing in the morning on the day of the project so there was no delay for Josh and Skip getting started. Skip and Josh had positive attitudes in spite a complex problem and kept us informed throughout the process. They resolved a big stressor for us as homeowners and we really appreciate it.

Travis Barton was here to install 2 UV lights on HVAC systems Blanton’s Air recently installed. Not only did Travis install the lights, he also replaced a thermostat. The thermostat was installed when the HVAC systems were installed however, the thermostat was not operating properly. Blanton’s knew this and was going to order a new thermostat to replace the inoperative one. I was talking to Travis about the thermostat and he said he would take a look at it. He had to get some technical assistance from another HVAC system person, but, was able to get a new thermostat out here that worked with the HVAC system and fix the problem. Kudos to Travis, he went above and beyond. To my way of thinking, Travis deserves a raise, and Blanton’s can send him out here anytime at all to work on my system! Good job Travis, and once again, I do thank you!
