Traveling for business as much as I do creates a hardship all by itself and then when you have your HVAC stop working that only adds to the frustration felt for my family.My wife immediately called Blanton in Fayetteville and Wow, what a friendly experience that was compared to a very frustrating and chaotic situation we were facing.Blanton in Fayetteville, North Carolina sent out Wayne, the sales person. He answered all my wife’s questions and was very patience and informative. He made sure that each explanation was concise and detailed.Breaking each phase down along with the benefits of each system.With the stress of having to replace a system like that with all the different costs, you can only imagine we had a lot of questions and he took his time in explaining the best options to meet our needs.The next day we had Tyrell and his partner arrive to install our unit.They were very punctual and on time extremely courteous. They both took their time walking my wife through the use of the newly installed system.We also had Brittany, their electrician who in my wife’s words was super sweet and friendly.I want to thank Blanton for their kindness and professionalism. I want to give a special shout-out to the initial dispatcher who handled my call (I apologize I forgot your name), Gil for giving me a thorough explanation of the issues with my existing unit, Kevin for assisting me in making a practical and cost-effective decision about buying a new unit and Branden and Kyle for there swift removal, clean up of the old unit and install of the new one. Blanton’s came through for me big time! About 18 months ago I had a new American Standard water heater installed. It recently stopped working. Blanton’s sent a tech, Ian, out to assess the situation. He fixed what he could, but parts that were still under warranty so he contacted American Standard.American Standard gave Beverly, Blanton’s Customer Resolution rep, the run around for days.However, the Blanton’s team came through and installed a brand new water heater in my home. Thank you to Blanton’s and their team of professionals for making my family’s cold water aggravation a priority. Tim Haire, a plumbing tech, arrived with a new water heater and had the old one out and the new one installed within a couple of hours. Tim was as professional as ever.A special thanks to the customer resolution rep, Beverly for her determination to resolve this issue. She definitely “made me smile today”

Most people underestimate the depth and thoroughness of the service they will receive at Blantons. Michael Coombs performed a plumbing inspection and hot water heater flush as part of the WOW program. The inspection addressed every plumbing fixture, line and appliance and also included the drains and supply lines in the crawl space. The hot water heater flush was a complete flush, not simply a 3 minute drain of sediment. Michael asked questions and answered every one of mine. It is that level of dedication that keeps me with Blantons. It is service you can trust. You simply can’t do better.

This was my first-time using Blanton's as they were recommended by a very satisfied customer, Jacob and Nate arrived as scheduled and searched faucets for the leak that was reported by water system, after searching all faucets they started searching for underground leaks and found and repaired the leak. Also, during the checkup Jacob had found that some of the piping that was used on the new build of my home had been banned, which will be replace by them at a later date. Both Jacob and Nate were very knowledgeable, experienced and professional... Water system reported continuing usage at off times, I called and reported it and Blantons was scheduled out again, by process of elimination I shut off one of the bathrooms which stopped the usage at off peak times, Jacob once again came out repaired the problem and system back online with water system reporting all normal. I was not charged for the second trip. It really feels good that there are companies that believe in superior customer service. Which Blanton's is one of the best I have ever utilized.

Across the board 5 Star-+ rating! I had the dynamic duo of Branden & Kyle completely replace a nasty 1970 ducting system and a 30 year old ac unit. This professional crew tag-teamed this task to perfection in a very challenging tight crawl space environment. Friendly, courteous, on-time, every time, these guys were on it and a pleasure to see in action, also explaining everything throughout the process! Cudo’s also to the support team who provided prompt parts delivery ensuring no hiccups in the operation. 1 April, 2024Today I had my bi-annual checkup service on my HVAC unit. I am so grateful Blanton HVAC company to have such smart, intelligent, professional, and considerate employees such as Joshua and Terry.First let me say that Joshua undoubtedly has a trained eye for something that doesn't look right or something that doesn't smell right.I say this because Joshua detected a confirmed GAS LEAK near my HVAC unit. Joshua told me he smelled a sniff of gas around my gas meter. He then sprayed something on one of the fittings and it started bubbling up, which detected a gas leak.Joshua advised me to notify my gas company immediately and that it should not cost me one penny for them to come out and fix it.I followed Joshua's guidance and notified Piedmont Gas Company at once and they sent out a representative within 15 to 20 minutes.Thanks to Joshua's trained eye, and nose he saved me more money. But I want to really keynote that Joshua saved someone possibly dying. Joshua's attention to detail and timely insight should not go unnoticed.I am not over-reacting, but Joshua's service call today impacted me greatly. I am safer and feel safer because of Blanton's HVAC employee Joshua.I want to thank Terry as well, his insight on my oil leak and remedies for it.But please tip your hat and more for Joshua. Mr. Clif Boney visited my home and completed my 6-month HVAC maintenance on 3/26/24. Mr. Boney did an excellent job and he was very professional in explaining the maintenance process. Mr. Boney answered my questions and inquired about my comfortability in using my new system. It was getting dark, so he showed me pictures of my system and explained functionality. I recently received a notice from PWC that I was using more water than usual. I called Blanton's and they dispatched Timothy Hair to my residence.He checked my water meter and saw an unusual amount being used. Further investigation revealed a leaky outdoor spiket. We decided to contact Blanton’s about having some electrical work done in our home. That same week our water heater died so we called them again and they had a plumber, Todd Selleck, come out that same day. We ended up getting a new water heater because we decided it was not worth having our old one fixed with all the problems it had. Todd had a new one delivered that same day and stayed late to install it and make sure we had hot water. We were super impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness and dedication to getting the job done. We will definitely call Blanton’s in the future and will request Todd for any plumbing issues! And then today we had their electrician, Parker Belch, out and again we were super impressed! Parker was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of all our electrical issues and even gave us advice on what to look for when we decide to buy a new ceiling fan. You could tell he has a true passion for the work he does and from both Todd and Parker, it sounds like Blanton's is an excellent place to work! That is going to be our go-to company for any additional work we need. It is hard to find a company you feel you can really trust, but Blanton's seems to be that company and we are glad we found them!
