I cannot say enough good things about this company. We came home from vacation to no air conditioning. Terry Schweiger came out and pulled some strings to get us to be able to get a new air conditioner by the next day. Manager Glenn Goldsmith was great at explaining different levels of technology and then our technicians Travis Lloyd and John Austin did an amazing job of explaining how things work and getting us up and running. The entire company, from scheduling appointments, to communicating about when they would show up, were always extremely professional and polite. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would recommend them for any of their services.

Joshua Ballance from Blanton was the best HVAC technician I've ever encountered in decades. We had a difficult diagnostic issue with our air handler and he methodically worked through all possibilities and finally determined the source of the problem. Technicians Kyle and Sean were the most experienced and professionals for the job. Everything went smooth from the time they started until completion. Kyle and Sean are knowledgeable of the product and installation. They were courteous in keeping my home free of debris with drop cloth, and wore shoe coverings, I really appreciate that. In the end of the installation, Kyle and Sean took additional time to explain the thermostats settings and addressed any potential questions of the homeowner. My electrician was Parker Belch. He even came out during the hurricane and gave me an estimated time between 11 AM and 1 PM and arrived exactly at 11 AM. Even when they rescheduled my appointment, they actually gave me a discount which was awesome of them. Fix the problem in my house he offered if I had anything else that he could look at, and he helped me identify additional things that I would like fixed with my electricity in my house. It was very helpful and he was very personable and nice during the visit. He even gave me multiple options, different prices and options for what to get fixed on our next visit. I recenly came down sick, and then had my HVAC blower stop working. I could barely breathe with my health issues and I was starting to get in distress and I called Blantons air, plumbing and electric. The first day that I called them, they got somebody out to my house that afternoon who diagnosed the trouble and that was Joey. He agreed not come inside the house. This was to accommodate my request. I didn’t want to get them infected.So he checked out the HVAC and he found the blower assembly was out. He then called the company to check on my warranty for the system.I highly recommend Blantons for everyone who has urgent air-conditioning needs the next day they had the part in the morning and Jacob, Joey’s brother, came to put it in my HVAC system. Mr Austin Wesly resolved an issue I didn't realize I had. He arrived on a Friday around 5 PM to replace a broken shut off valve on my dishwasher and toilet. While working on the toilet he found the in flow valve was also damaged. Before replacing it he informed me I had a 16" tall toilet. (This is the part I wasn't aware of at the time.) I measured that toilet and another one to find out he was correct. He was also correct it was uncomfortable. He replaced it with an 18" version and that has made all the difference. He also stayed until 8 PM to make sure everything was done right. I cannot recommend nor thank Austin Wesly enough.

Parker came to do my annual electrical check up and was AMAZING. Not only did he fix one of my light fixtures but he also explained in simple lingo, how wattage relates to amps since I had so many questions about my breaker and some appliances tripping it. The best part is how his explanation makes me be a safer homeowner instead of just telling me, you just can't do this and that. This young man was beyong amazing and I truly appreciated his feedback!In the same visit, I had my annual HVAC check up performed by Diana (Dee), she was equally great. She went through all of the checks and actions she did, after she was done, and showed me before and after photos.
