All of the above! Casey was absolutely the best. I have used you in the past and has recommended you to others and they have followed suet. I have dealt with other companies in the past and it was terrible. While one person was working on my unit the other one was trying to sell us a new one. Then it broke within two days and they still charged us for the same new part that they put on two days earlier. They said they gave us 10% discount on the trip charge. Also the worker was bad mouthing the other installers. Three times they came out for the same problem. The fourth time I called another company. They kept changing the time and date. So I found you all by computer called, you came out fixed it when you said you would . Your prices were fair and I didn't have to call anyone else. You all fixed it the first time and it never broke again. Your service people are very professional and answered all my questions. Thank you so much.
