      Great quality of work and great customer service. I would say “locating shorted wire” or any diagnostics for that matter are overpriced at $400. The tech had a good idea what the issue was and took him about 15 minutes to confirm it. The entire job took about an hour. $400 for “locating the issue” and “labor” is excessive.

      HVAC unit wasn’t working. Travis came in to inspect; found that drain line from the air handler was not hooked properly. He fixed the connector and drained off the excess water in the drain pan
