      tion. No pressure, no up selling. Scheduled a install the next day. Chris showed up first thing, super professional, communicated every step to us.       The group that came to install the ac unit were very polite, and friendly. They have done an exceptional job very clean and neat. Justin took time to show me how the thermostat works. Chris and Tim answered my questions about how to do the maintenance on the unit to keep it running smoothly.
