Great team with Blantons HVAC. Aiden Quinton John and Dacorris were very professional and efficient. All of the technicians were very personable and were eager to answer any questions. The crew arrived and covered all walkways with flour coverings and also wore shoe slippers. The crew also demonstrated great teamwork and great work efforts.

This company (from the office staff to the field techs) are top notch. I called in just for a clogged toilet and Mason came and got it flushing and notified me of the 30 day warranty if it clogged again. Sure enough thanks to D’avions expertise after having to return next day we discovered the city sewer backed up. Blanton’s contacted the city and got things flowing. It did cause a minor flood in my crawl space. Blanton’s attempted to get the city to take accountability but after a couple days they just stepped up and offered to cover cost of repairs so that my family could live comfortably in or home. I would definitely recommend Blanton’s not only do they do good honest work but, they also know how to handle crappy situations in a way fair to homeowners

I just bought this home that was previously owned. The house had outdoor upgrades with a lot of electrical work that I was concerned about. I had no documentation nor proof of inspections ever being done. I contacted several electricians who would not check the work for me. Blanton’s was quick to accept the job! Armando was my electrician and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe and made me feel at ease. He even caulked all the outdoor outlets to prevent water intrusion! I highly recommend Armando and Blanton’s 💯

Armando was absolutely the greatest. He called ahead to make sure everything was set, showed up exactly on time. Explained everything So that it was easy for us to understand. Edited this review: I provided a scathing 2-star review based on the following. +Never had anything other than timely, friendly and professional customer service interactions -End of summer ‘23, HVAC was outdated, discontinued, and damaged by lightning. Replacement was legitimately unavoidable. Blanton’s convinced me that their mid-tier high efficiency unit would give me a decade plus of satisfaction as well as likely decreasing our electric bill noticeably. -I ate the debt. Also have continued to pay extra to retain their “WOW” service. Summer was waning so the AC didn’t have to work very hard. Very early last summer, the unit started freezing up 2-3 times per week (this means no AC) and our electric bill actually *increased* year round. Multiple calls about the freeze-ups met with minimal investigation, no diagnosis, and very basic recommendations that never identified of solved the issue. -As of this week, we had our 1st freeze up already (June ‘25) and the initial service rep that came offered to thaw it… for $400. +Blanton’s offered two window AC units to get us by while they begin actual investigation. +I left a poor review and was contacted first thing the next morning. They quickly sent a young fellow that really seemed a cut above in this company (Chase M.). Chase thoroughly investigated our situation, explained everything he was doing, and the nature of his findings. As it turned out, the issue was rooted in aspects of the ductwork components that pre-date what I bought through Blanton’s; it wasn’t their doing and was not possible for them to have foreseen or known about. Only real complaint left is that it took two summers to get this far. I was initially frustrated with the outcomes of doing business with Blanton’s. However, I think I may have jumped the gun somewhat. It’s a decent sized company and it’s impossible to babysit every single human being 24/7 amongst your workforce. Management and customer service do appear to at the ready and on the look out for those amongst their customer base in need of some attention and effort and they prioritize making that happen. *IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE AMONG THE FEW LIKE MYSELF WITH INITIAL ISSUES, do your part in advocating for yourself by communicating early and often with the company. I’m now confident their staff is well prepared to take care of you before you go as far as to disparage them on Google. I’M certainly singing a different tune after today.

After being without Ac for several days I had purchased a new unit. John and Q came out for the installation and these 2 guys were polite pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. They were efficient and really seemed to know there trade. They cleaned up the area inside and out and I could not have been happier with the service provided.

They came out and did our annual inspection and found we had major issues going on with both our units and we were able to get two new units next day! They were very helpful and amazing group of people and very professional! We would recommend them to anyone!

On the heels of having to deal with a different HVAC company that had made my situation worse, Blanton’s not only accommodated us same day, but Cliff, our service technician was every bit professional as he was knowledgeable. He assessed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes and then proceeded to look over other parts of our system to ensure he provided a full service check of our HVAC. I'm impressed with the service. Devon was great and now we are looking forward to our new bathtub on Wednesday. On Wednesday Devon and Dustin came and installed a new bathtub and shower. They did great work. Everything looks so much better than it did and the best part is-- that they cleaned up before the left. If I have anymore plumbing problems Blanton's is who I would call.

I greatly appreciate Dustin listening to my concerns on what was leaking and checked over them and agreed to get the wax ring done on my toilet and replaced the tower for me. He even went with me to the meter to check and confirmed the meter was the cause of the leak, but I still wanted to get the toilet checked and cannot thank him enough for listening to me. He even cleaned up after himself and explained everything.

This is our 3rd time using Blanton's services. We have used plumbing, had a mini split air conditioning unit installed, and most recently had a lot of electrician services performed. We had multiple electrical outlets added, electricity run for new lighting in an office, track lights installed in a rec room, and multiple ceiling fans installed. It was an expensive job, but I would definitely recommend Blanton's. All of the different specialists were excellent, but Ty and his apprentice O'Shea were top notch! Ty was very thorough during the estimate, listening to our concerns and offering helpful solutions. Ty and O' Shea arrived promptly and worked steadily, without breaks (despite my pleading with them to rest :-)). Each job was completed exceptionally and any questions or changes we had were addressed to our full satisfaction. Because the job was pretty extensive, Ty had to return for a second day, and once again worked steadily the entire day. Even though the work was expensive, I would use Blanton's again. Also, Ty reminded us to use the coupon that we received when signing up for Blanton's Wow service. Thanks again Mr. Ty!!

Blanton's did a wonderful job on our plumbing job. Our plumber, David, was very efficient and friendly. The cost was very reasonable for the scope of the project. We ended up getting new spigots and hose bibs put in our yard as well as a new vanity and tub/shower in our bathroom. We will be working with Blanton's again for future projects we might need and recommend that you do the same. 😊

Zachary was very polite and courteous. He introduced himself as soon as he got out the truck. He got into the maintenance of my unit. It had been over a year since it was inspected or cleaned so he had some cleaning to do. He did something I've never seen a tech do and that is take off the fan to inspect, clean and service. It did need attention so I am glad he did it. He was very thorough in his task and I hope that he gets assigned to my zone and comes out for all my maintenance. It's good to see someone take pride in what they do and doing a good service for the customers benefit. Hopefully when they come back in December they will be able to figure out why my heater cycles so much. Spring/Summer isn't a good time to test that.

Vincent is a very friendly and helpful technician, and did his utmost to explain the nature of a plumbing leak in the crawl space at our house. He did a great job repairing the leak and explaining to us what other improvements could be made to our property in the future. I highly recommend his service! Great guy with lots of knowledge and experience.

Vincent did a great job today. From beginning to end he was informative and helpful. He gave me several options on ways to go. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. The service professionals arrived right on time with all the equipment they needed. All three of them looked well kept and were polite and professional. They worked diligently and finished before the estimated time.

After explaining the issue, Travis knew my heat pumps drain was clogged. He cleared the clog and reassured me my heat pump was "good to go" (my words.)

Parker, Vincent and Jacob E. were absolutely incredible. We had an emergency water heater issue and they had it fixed and made it so we had hot water again in under 48 hours, working diligently both days to get everything taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for better or speedier service.

D was very professional and informative about what to expect. He asked permission before he dug around my septic tank. He explained what I should do next to solve my problem. Very easy to trust. Thomas, Tayler, Elijah, Aiden, Selvin, and Roman installed our new HVAC system. They were all so friendly and did their jobs quick and efficiently. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond with cleanup. They even got caught in torrential downpour and still didn’t slow down! I spent the 3 days with Chris and Travis and The Manhardt home...They both were great, patient, kind, and informative. Replaced filters and grates, explained and demo'd new Thermostat..New insulation and materials down in the basement..Cleaned Up And picked up everything upon departure and completion of the job. Shawn Cox did an excellent job in replacing my entire heating and air conditioning system. He and his crew arrived early in the morning and began disassembling my old system. They were very courteous, and Shawn kept me appraised of progress. They were complete by the end of the day. Before leaving, they packed up the old system, tested the new system, explained its operation to me, and Shawn gave me a lesson on features of the new smart thermostat. It has been in operation for two weeks now, and the temperature in the house has not varied one degree from its setting. I got estimates from other companies before selecting Blanton. I made the right choice. In my opinion Blanton is the best in quality of workmanship, customer relations, and reasonable price.

Unfortunately had another leak in the crawl space which had the older water lines and fittings. I was lucky to get Devon (Dev) Ashley who showed up on time, assessed the situation and gave me some options. Based on previous problems, I went with the crawl space repipe which he completed without any issues. This type of service will give me peace of mind and not have to worry about any future problems (hopefully). He is a very knowledgeable and customer oriented service professional. The technician/ plumber Nick E. Sent a text about 40 mins before his arrival. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my many questions and made sure to explain everything in detail of the work he was doing. He made sure before he left that I was happy with the service.
