We have experienced issues with our HVAC for years and when trying to decide who to call we went with Blanton’s because they were by far the highest rated on Google and have been in business for 74 years. And I can absolutely attest that they’ve earned those reviews. Everyone involved arrived in their time windows and asked to be told if we were unhappy with any aspect of the process. Just had our semi annual HVAC check up today. Pedro did an excellent job. Thorough as always, spent over two hours getting it cleaned up and ready for the colder months. Friendly, informative and knew his stuff. We have used Blanton’s for 10 years now and not going to anyone else because we can always count on their honesty and fair prices.

Yovani Rosas quickly got to work and identified the problem within the circuit breaker box as the bus. He completely replaced everything in the circuit breaker box including the bus, all the circuit breakers, added a surge protector, and a front panel. When he left all power throughout the house including the HVAC was working properly. Yovani was polite and professional, I highly recommend him. Thanks again for a job well done Blantons!

I called about an HVAC issue and Blantons offered to send someone the same day! I was unable to be home but was serviced the next day. Andrew was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all issues with my HVAC system in simple terms and quoted me transparent pricing before any work was done. He was able to resolve all my issues in under 90 minutes and the temperature inside had already went down by 12 degrees by the time he finished everything. Blantons does it again! Edited to include my experience with the maintenance plan: Today, 9/29/25, Matthew was able to come provide my service in accordance with my maintenance plan. He was quick and thorough servicing my plumbing needs. Much like the standard I've come to expect from Blantons, Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He even gave me some pointers on how to maintain my plumbing between services. I asked about a quote for replacing a faucet and he quickly provided me with 3 different options to meet my needs. I can't stress this enough, HVAC, plumbing, and electric has a standard, and its Blantons.

Nick Estes’ customer service went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the mechanics of my kitchen sinks plumbing and the importance of the part that needed to be replaced. He gave me a heads up on repairs that are in my near future and provided quotes for that service as well. He was super professional and was a comfort to have in my home when my two children were there as well. I look forward to scheduling our next service with his above five star performance!

We've been Blanton's customers and have used them to replace our AC systems in two homes over the last 18 years. Yet again, they did a phenomenal job! Special shout out to our service professional Kevin M. for making it a super easy process and being overall a great person to work with. Our most recent home is a split system and our upstairs unit was the original contractor grade unit just about hitting it's lifecycle. They came out and did our seasonal inspection and noticed a small leak from a rusty evaporator coil as well as a bad capacitor causing the system to work harder than normal. Since the system was almost at lifecycle, we went with a next day full replacement. They were in and out in less than a business day and had the system cooling before I arrive home from work. The only (slight) complaint I have from the install was a few extra scrap materials were left in the attic (some loose screws and PVC piping) and the trim around the access panel seemed hastily re-installed with excessive caulk used to fill the gaps however they didn't use any to fill the new nail holes. Besides that, they're the best in the area for sure and we will continue to use them!

Fredri did one light switch repair he was quick with the repair, professional , and was personable . $225 for one singular light switch was a steep price .

Fall 2025 Maintenance went very well today led by Terry Schweiger specializing in HVAC service.

Johnny was a god send!! I had no water due to my mistake and he rebuilt both showers with upgrades. He also found some items that needed attention and rebuilt them as well. He arrived ahead of schedule and worked all day. With the top quality of work I'll probably never see him again. He drove off into the sunset like the Lone Ranger. Well done sir.

Outstanding Service from Nick Estes & Blanton's Air, Plumbing, & Electric On the afternoon of 09/08, I came home around 3:30 PM to find my water heater spraying water from the expansion tank. I had an important trip scheduled the next morning (09/09) that required me to fly out early, and I couldn’t leave without taking a shower. I called Blanton’s Air, Plumbing, & Electric and was told their schedule was already full for the day—which I completely understood. However, the situation quickly got worse. I couldn’t stop the leak, and leaving the water on made it worse, so I had to shut off the main water supply leaving me with no running water at all. I called Blanton’s again to ask if someone could at least guide me on how to stop the water. After hearing the full situation, they located a technician nearby and let me know someone was on the way. That technician was Nick Estes, and he was outstanding. He arrived quickly, stayed well after normal hours, and made sure everything was under control so I could leave for my trip. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the entire visit. He even came back the next day to follow up on a concern I had, which gave me complete peace of mind. Because of the excellent service I received, I signed up for a maintenance plan and plan to have them complete an additional repair when the time comes. I’m very grateful for the fast, reliable service from Nick and the Blanton’s team. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had Jonathan Lapham, Roman Anderson and Sven Barahona installing new air ducts to go with the new Air & Heat units the past couple days. I wouldn’t have any other company because each professional that has come out as the three mentioned, have done an awesome job. Now of course I don’t know a single thing about their jobs but it all works wonderfully compared to before so they did it right. Thanks guys.

I had an issue over night where 1/3 of my house lost power at night, not an emergency. I called Blantons and was told someone would return my call around 7 am to schedule service. My phone rang the next morning right at 7am. A service provider came to my house within 30 minutes of the estimated appointment time. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She found and fixed my problem pretty fast. After some discussion of some other lighting improvements I had considered, she upgraded some lighting over my kitchen bar and did a fast and great job. I woke up to a water leak in the main line coming to my house. I called Blanton's and they scheduled a plumber to come out. Chris assessed the problem, gave me the estimate, and fixed it quickly. I contacted Blanton's to install a new dishwasher after having doubts about a complementary install provided through a retailer. Having previously used Blanton's for both a plumbing and electrical issue, I was confident I'd be happier with their service, and as suspected, I was much happier with their install service. Turns out, our garbage disposal was deteriorating and would've been problematic, but the technician, Eli, caught it before it became an issue. We were able to get our dishwasher and garbage disposal installed the same day which meant I only had to take one day off of work. Eli was wonderful to work with and explained everything thoroughly. He was patient as I asked several questions and discussed with my husband the different options. Eli was timely with the installs and just an overall joy. I hope I don't have any plumbing or electrical issues in the near future, but if I do, I know I'll call Blanton's.

Cliff was doing a routine HVAC maintenance and found out that non fused pull out was melted and needed to be replaced. He was able to get and replace non fused disconnect box within an hour.

Blanton is my go to company for Air, Plumbing & Electrical. Chris Dick installed our water heater this week. I observed the installation as I was able. Not to see if he was doing a good job (what do I know about it anyway 🤣) but because Chris was so informative. He explained the process and why. I could tell this wasn’t something the boss told him to do but because he enjoyed what he was doing and enjoyed explaining it. I appreciate Chris and recommend BLANTONS to anyone.

My Experience with Brian Smith was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and had a solution to my problem, and he found other issues that I didn't know I had. If I have any other Plumbing issues, I will be glad to call Blantons again.

The plumber inspected the areas that could have caused the water 💧 leak and we decided that the leak was caused by condensation in the ceiling. I agreed with him and he told me to keep a watch on it. Chris is a wonderful person. He checked everything with a fine tooth comb!! lol.He explained everything clearly and even showed me the bad parts. His work was excellent and probably saved me tons of future water damage and $$$ by changing out small parts that were corroded. He was very thorough. He was thorough with his inspections, flushing the water heater units, replacing toilet parts, and provided detailed explanations and pictures about his findings/recommendations. Moose and John came to install our new AC unit. They were friendly and professional. They laid out drop cloths to make sure everything was kept clean. When they finished, they made sure everything worked and corrected things that needed to be adjusted. Before leaving, they walked us through everything, from how to operate the new thermostat, how to connect it to the app, and how the unit worked. Both gentlemen answered all of my questions. After they left, I checked to see if the areas were still clean. I think it was cleaner when they left than it had been when they arrived. We appreciate their help and professionalism!

Austin and John installed all new ducts and vents as well as our new HVAC system. They were knowledgeable and shared all information about the work and installation with us. They were on time and worked every day until it was quiting time. They were friendly and courteous to us no matter how many times they had to go into the tight crawlspace. When the work was finished they cleaned up around the outside of the house, which was appreciated. I WILL recommend them to my friends and family.

They contacted us each day, explained the goals, and provided us with updates throughout the project. I want to recognize one of your WOW professionals, Pedro Martinez, he came out and did a thorough review of our system. We were having issues with condensation and the water not draining completely, thus filling up the water catch tray. He resolved the problem with condensation, not flushing through the output tube and insured that the line was clear. He also redressed the Condenser wires, and checked all voltages. I called Blanton's on Monday and needed an electrician and AC technician for some issues I was having at my house. They got both to my house about the same time the very next day. Casey arrived to work on the AC and Thomas arrive to work on the electrical. Both were extremely polite and professional. They listened to my issues took their time and did an outstanding job. They even cleaned up after themselves which I found refreshing. I highly recommend Blanton's, Casey and Thomas if you need any work done at your house.

Alex did an excellent job in repairing our water heater, replacing a toilet and installing a pressure reducer valve to the water main from the city [Chapel Hill]. Alex is a highly knowledgeable plumber. He is an astute problem identifier and problem solver. Alex is efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure knowing that the work was being done well. It was also a pleasure interacting with Alex. Note: While I feel that the price for Alex's work was reasonable to being on the high side, we received estimates for electrical work that seemed excessively high to me. We didn't choose Blanton's for that work. But that's another issue -- the plumbing done for us was excellent and the price was acceptable.

Quick response and service. Repairman Johnny is a true professional and great individual. Not cheap but install quality units and install them well - and ten year warranty.

Every employee I have encountered was nice and professional! Had an electrical issues they checked it all out got it taken care of and eased my fears! Nick was nice and explained everything. The manager I was speaking with originally was very nice as well! Reasonably priced too! I just booked them again for a plumbing issue 10/10
