⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Blanton AC from start to finish. The technician thoroughly inspected my AC unit and clearly explained that the compressor had gone bad. After discussing my options, we decided that replacing the unit was the best solution. Justin and Que were both professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They removed the old unit and installed the new one with the utmost care, making sure everything was done correctly and cleanly. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail, and I would highly recommend Blanton AC to anyone in need of reliable HVAC service.

I'd like to thank Blanton and Brian Smith for his professionalism and courteous service today. Brian installed a new hot water heater after our old one passed it's expiration date. Brian arrived as scheduled, assessed the situation, provided my husband and I valuable feedback, then got to work removing the old one and installing the new one. We called Blanton on Saturday to schedule the appointment and Brian arrive on Monday morning ready to go. He even advised us on water usage and a leaky faucet we had. It was great working with Brian and Blanton. Highly Recommended!

Brian visited our home this morning to do an assessment our AC and heating systems. He was courteous, professional, very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. We are looking to hire a company to do regular maintenance on our systems, and because of Brian, we signed a contract to do so with Blanton's. We were truly given five star + service!

Jeremy was polite and informative answering my questions. It only took several minutes to clear the clog in my bathtub. I know it wasn't his fault about the charge (would have been over $400 except for the military appreciation discount) He explained about Blanton's membership and I will consider signing up after my present HVAC contract expires.

Armando Arryo, very pleasant, and professional I was informed every step he had to do till my electricity was restored. When I need Blantons electric service again I will request Mr. A. Arryo!

On Tuesday March 3,2026 I had my Centralair service by Blanton's. My service tech.was Andrew, and as always the service was extraordinary. Andrew took the time to show me the inside of my unit so that I could see everything was running properly. The suggestions that he's made were actually the things that I was going to ask him about.So I know that he's not trying to upsell me on unnecessary product. Wonderful company to have servicing my home 🏡.

Today I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to James, Richie and Billy for their professionalism, helpfulness and awesome service for installing my new water heater and removing my old one from the premises. I really enjoyed spending time with all of y’all today. Thank you for explaining the process to me and explaining my new water heater to me. Thank you for showing me my options for replacing the water heater. Also, I called Blantons after hours last night and they called me back early this morning. Austin McDonald was incredible! He arrived exactly on time, greeted me with a huge smile, and was so polite. He even brought my trash can up the yard for me. He quickly found my interior water shutoff and PRV something three other techs couldn’t locate and he also found and fixed a leak in my water heater on the spot. His professionalism, skill, and kindness were unmatched. I immediately told three friends: if you book with Blanton’s, ask for Austin. He’s the best.

Technician Joshua Geercken gave excellent service performing maintenance on my HVAC systems on 6 February 2026. He asked questions up front to ensure I had no pressing issues with my system, hadn’t experienced any continuous performance concerns that needed addressing, or any questions in general. He proceeded to explain what he would do to perform the maintenance. Afterwards he explained the condition of my units and everything that was done to the systems. He even identified that a new capacitor was needed and he would place an order for it. One thing of particular note is, he ensured that he did not walk on my lawn unnecessarily and used the sidewalks. Not that I had a problem with him walking in my yard, I just saw that as being respectful of others property which is a rarity these days. So kudos for that seemingly small but appreciated act. I have been depending on Blanton's service for about a year and half now and I always come away feeling that they are doing the best for my equipment while keeping in mind that I don't have unlimited funds. Their technicians are very polite, knowledgeable and respectful.

Richie Rodriguez and his partner came today to remove an old toilet from the 70s and install a new toilet haha..!! They didn’t just arrive on time, but actually a bit early, which was even better..!!! They were super kind and extremely knowledgeable..!! I was wary when I asked my neighbor who he used for plumbing issues and he said Blantons... in Fayetteville.i called and made an appointment for tomorrow, yesterday (not today, the day they showed up but tomorrow). They sent a text and said he could arrive today, and due to us leaking water when it is on, we thought that was great! Now this very nice gentleman shows up and asked where the issue is, and I take him straight away to where I assumed it was. Well..... I was wrong about the where but he was quick to locate the actual issue. Gave his great effort to repair a piece of equipment they dont carry parts for. The bypass on our GE water filtration system was spewing water everywhere. He did all he could without the correct parts. I quickly called our filtration servicer, and scheduled an appointment with them, but while doing so, he cleaned everything up and put everything back the way it was and wiped everything down. His demeanor, and experience with plumbing shows. After this single interaction I would use them for all of my plumbing needs... thank you for a great service experience, it's not often in today's time you can say that! I did schedule an electrician, and we shall see what happens there, but I have faith. I will do some electrical work, I will not do anything inside a box..Because I dont know what I dont know, and with electrical work, that could be devastating! I will update!

Vincent Mapled was my plumbing technician that was sent to do my. Very professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained all the options for my repair as well as explaining Blanton's membership policy. I ended up having a new toilet installed. Vincent was very knowledgeable about his craft. He worked efficiently and took care of my problem. I would recommend Blanton's services to all.

Johnny is absolutely fantastic and professional. He was thorough and added a full inspection of the rest of our plumbing to make sure we were safe and had the information we needed moving forward. He was on time, commutative and kind.

Donavan was very respectful and did a great job not just troubleshooting and making the required repairs. Chase was very knowledgeable about the AC system. He explained well and ensured system was functioning correctly. Chase is very good technician that is very enthusiastic about helping his customers.

Austin at Blanton’s was able to quickly diagnose the problem and adjust two Kohler cartridges that had been replaced by another plumbing company who refused to make an adjustments of any kind so that the cartridges would work. Blanton was also able to adjust the recirculating pump for my two tankless hot water heaters to reduce the noise level that had been created by the same original plumbing company’s efforts.

They were excellent. They were prompt, professional and courteous with their work. We will highly recommend them for any HVAC installation needs.

Blanton's is now our go to choice for plumbing, air, and electrical help! We bought an older home knowing there would be some projects and one week in our showers were not draining. We initially went with a company through American Home Shield to come out for an assessment. The repair person (who couldn’t come for a week) spent all of 5 minutes at our house and said we needed the pipes replaced and he would send the report up. Not feeling confident with this we called Blanton’s. They sent someone to assess the situation that same day!!! Mason checked on our showers and even went into the crawl space to check everything out. Gave us the news and our options. I especially liked that he took photos to show us what he saw. We did need a lot of repair work done due to the age of the existing pipes. We got assigned Nathaniel for the repair job two days later. The day before he came out to look at everything and ensure he had all the pipes and tools needed to complete the job. The next day he and Tim showed up early and got to work. It was a massive job and they worked really hard all day. When the job was finished Nathaniel took time to clean everything up nicely and took pictures of the new pipes. The work he and Tim did was amazing! The plumbing looks so nice, it’s all secured, and good quality material. We had a few minor leaks with areas outside the drainage plumbing and Nathaniel ensured that everything got fixed so there would be no new issues. They are literal life savers for how much work they had to get done and how amazing of a job they did. Nathaniel came to our house the next day to finish cleaning up and check that there were no leaks or issues. So, yes, we will be calling Blanton’s every time we need repairs. Amazing staff who truly care about the quality of work they do!

Plumbing, HVAC and electrical, call Blantons!!!!!! Brand new and first time homeowners and we almost got scammed by another company (specifically because of American home shield)! Luckily we read all of the great reviews and. Called Blanton’s. They came out immediately started realizing we had extensive drainage issues that were going to need to get fixed. Nate came out the day before to take a look, get everything set up and talk us through EVERYTHING he was going to be doing for us. On the day of our actual appointment, Nate and Tim went above and beyond with their work. They even accidentally found a minor issue with one of our toilets and helped us out. Their work on our drains under our crawl space was like a work of art! Blanton’s should should be everybody’s go to!

I totally reconmend these 2 Blantons techs to be reconnized as the example of what Blanton has to offer, professional, skilled, and customer service experts.

Blanton’s Air Plumbing Electric absolutely crushed it replacing our entire HVAC system yesterday. Shawn, Sean, Parker, and Travis were on time, professional, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They kept the work area protected and clean, communicated throughout the install, and knocked the job out efficiently without cutting corners. Before they left, they walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was running perfectly. I waited a week for my usual plumber so I decided to call Blanton’s since I see their trucks in my neighborhood. Nate arrived the following day and checked the on- demand heater. He wrote down my options and explained each one. My wife and I decided to replace the unit and Nate reviewed those available and made a recommendation. I went to Home Depot and bought the model. We have used Blanton's for 5 years now. Today we had a plumber named Jeremy come out because we were having a lot of problems with drastically reduced hot water throughout our home. He listened well and was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the same day. He also told us things to be on the lookout for in the future. We were afraid that we would need to replace the entire hot water heater. Thankfully that wasn't the case. Jeremy found a much quicker and more economical solution. Which we are grateful for. This was our first service from Blantons and won't be our last. Our tech was Nick Bornsheuer and he did a great job. We like to be educated step by step and Nick did just that and patiently answered our questions. He was professional and cleaned up after every step. He was up front about expections and pricing options. Blantons offers online scheduling, messaging and a customer portal that actually works well.

I really like this company. The technicians are knowledgeable (Mason and Matthew) and explain everything thoroughly. Mason came the first time, and then Matthew. Matthew told me I needed some pipes repaired under my home. He came back first thing Monday morning when he got the supplies and got right to work. He finished and showed me pictures and everything is working just fine now. I’ve always had good experiences and rates with Blanton when it comes down to home repairs. I highly recommend them for A/C and plumbing issues. They come in, assess the problem and fix it.

Both Technicians were friendly, professional. They both provided a service that went beyond expectations. Blanton Water heater 2/5/2026 review On 02/003/2026 upon arriving at my house I noted the water heater was not working. I immediately called Blanton to schedule a service call. The customer service representative was very courteous and helpful accommodating my issue to the soonest available. Yesterday 02/04/2026 in the morning hours, Mr. David Blanton called me to inform me he was in route to my house to perform an assessment to which he did, and proceeded to inform me what had happened with the device. Being that the heater had been installed for 16 yrs. I agreed to Mr. David Blanton’s suggestion, he looked for the best water heater that would suffice our needs and we proceeded to schedule a visit to install the new water heater on 02/05/2026. Today., bright and early Mr. David Blanton arrived to install the new water heater. After a short while, he again knocked on the door to inform me that everything was up, and running. He explained the new devise installed in a friendly and professional manner. After all was said and done, I definitely want to express my satisfaction with Mr. David Blanton’s great effort to 1st accommodate my situation as to a complete in an outstanding way, time frame, without minimizing Customer Service, physically, emotionally, and financially. They give several different quotes with different pricing options which we liked. Customer service is great. I highly recommend this company to service whatever your issues are. I had an electrical issue and called Blanton’s and they setup an appointment for the same day. Fredri Morales showed up and diagnosed the issue and ended up having to replace a breaker. Very professional and explained all my options.

Dev and Billy came out for our annual plumbing inspection and were great to work with. They checked everything thoroughly and took their time going through the whole house. They explained what they were looking at, pointed out a few plumbing issues we did not even realize would need attention, and helped us understand what should be fixed now versus later. They provided a detailed report with pictures and then sat down with us to walk through everything and answer our questions. They even took time to answer general maintenance questions and were honest about what was actually necessary. Very accommodating, professional, and respectful of our home. We really appreciated how thorough and clear they were. Highly recommend them.

Technician provided lots of options for potential problem solving, and made the appropriate referrals with regards to the leak we are experiencing.
