I installed my own own mini split HVAC 6 years ago and it died. Blanton's came out to fix it but, parts aren't available for that unit. So, I needed a new one. Having Blanton's install a new HVAC ensures my warranty, ensures the installation is up to code and gives me peace of mind as the units they installed are fully serviceable and come with Blanton's warranty! Shawn Cox and Gabriel Debeus came out this morning and removed my old unit and installed a much better unit and did it professionally and courtiously. The care they put into the install shows in the beautiful job they did, especially on the outside! Where the compressor I installed had lines going down the side of my house that looked more like a modern art project, they put the new lines in a sleeve attached to the house that looks like a gutter down spout and is sleek, nice and neat. They redid some of the electrical lines I had installed to bring the whole job up to code. When Blanton's advertises "WOW" service, that's exactly what they mean. I've had a couple jobs done by this company now and am a "WOW" maintenance service member and I will not use anyone else! If you're looking for a professional company that cares about your satisfaction, you've just found it!

Shumari Scott came and did a service check on my HVAC system today and I am so glad. Mr Scott went over what he did and what I needed to make sure my air conditioner works well this summer. He was able to answer my questions and actually set me up for another service check that would be helpful. Shumari Scott took his time and showed his kind heart, listening to my questions and concerns about up coming repairs I considered having done. Thanks Scott!

Had our main water line break but I have an insurance policy through Homeserve for this type of repair But after three selected subcontractors failed to provide emergency service, contacted Blantons and they arrive same day. They dug in, found the waterline break, and repaired it. Courteous and professional, at a price point appropriate for the work. You get what you pay for and when minutes count, you don’t wanna wait days to get your water main repaired. Blanton’s is the only company I call for my heating, plumbing, and air-conditioning needs. UPDATE 4/926. Phillip Martin was our service tech today for our spring HVAC maintenance. Phillip checked the unit inside and the unit outside, reporting all systems working well on our 2 year old system. While checking the unit outside, he also removed the leaves and debris. He recommended a cover to prevent further leaf and debris buildup since a maple tree was hanging over it. Blanton’s techs continue to serve us well. Review below was 2 years ago. Matthew was impressive! Loved his presence! He went over and above my expectations while inspecting our plumbing systems. Carefully draining the hot water heater, clarifying each step of the inspection, getting my permission to perform the task, and affirming each area was satisfactory or needing to be brought up to code. Matthew is a gem in Blanton’s team!

Our tech shared pictures and video with us of before, and after. The payment process extremely smooth. Blanton's has always been trustworthy and done right by us whenever we required their services thought we cannot physically be there, and that’s why we continue to use their business.

Water heater maintenance/flush that is done every year from date of purchase of water heater. Aidan Lloyd was the technician that serviced the yearly maintenance and also checked all water faucets, crawl space, electrical panel for any issues. I requested service of my ac. They scheduled the repair for just a few hours later. Jon called 20 minutes prior to arrival. It only took 15 -20 minutes to find the problem and an additional 15 minutes to make repairs. Jon was very professional and personable. He was genuinely concerned that I was thoroughly satisfied with the repair. Blanton's is the best company for ac and plumbing needs. I haven't had the need for their electrical work yet.

Great communication, prompt and professional service. Technician team was on site as promised at the time promised. All members of the team were friendly and approachable. When the work was finished, the team leads took the time to go through all of the installations and related technology such as thermostats and remotes. All of the work areas were cleaned up. I had a very good and professional experience with Joshua. His easy going manor and straight talk was what I needed. Don’t like all the fluff of a potential salesman or telling me what I want to hear. He was honest, asked the hard questions and gave us the facts of what to expect and our options. I appreciated it. So many companies are out to just make the quick buck instead of looking out for what’s best for the client.

The guys got here and went to work. They were friendly and professional. I enjoyed them. I am enjoying the new AC unit just as much. Top of the line unit and easy to work thermostat. What more could we ask for?

I had a great experience with Blanton’s Plumbing. Jacob and Billy came out and were both extremely professional and genuinely nice throughout the entire visit. They showed up on time, got straight to work, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to upsell anything. They didn’t push more expensive options or try to get me to sign up for any monthly plans they just focused on what needed to be done and explained everything clearly. It’s hard to ask for better service than that. If I have any plumbing needs in the future, I’ll definitely be reaching out again and I’ll be asking for Jacob and Billy specifically.

Had our main water line break but I have an insurance policy through Homeserve for this type of repair But after three selected subcontractors failed to provide emergency service, contacted Blantons and they arrive same day. They dug in, found the waterline break, and repaired it. Courteous and professional, at a price point appropriate for the work. You get what you pay for and when minutes count, you don’t wanna wait days to get your water main repaired. Blanton’s is the only company I call for my heating, plumbing, and air-conditioning needs.
