I would first. Like to say thank you for coming so quickly after I called yesterday. Second, Nick Estes was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. He cut out the copper pipe that caused the flood to happen in my home. I will be calling Blantons to schedule pm services . I signed up for their wow program that takes of three major issues regarding home preventative maintenance checks. One of a 3 part maintenance check was performed for us today and we were very satisfied. Chase Westmoreland, our Service Technician, was more than qualified and answered my questions with experienced knowledge. Great communication, prompt and professional service. Technician team was on site as promised at the time promised. All members of the team were friendly and approachable. When the work was finished, the team leads took the time to go through all of the installations and related technology such as thermostats and remotes. All of the work areas were cleaned up. It looked like they were never here other than the new work. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Blanton’s Plumbing. Jacob and Billy came out and were both extremely professional and genuinely nice throughout the entire visit. They showed up on time, got straight to work, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to upsell anything. They didn’t push more expensive options or try to get me to sign up for any monthly plans they just focused on what needed to be done and explained everything clearly. It’s hard to ask for better service than that. If I have any plumbing needs in the future, I’ll definitely be reaching out again and I’ll be asking for Jacob and Billy specifically.

Had our main water line break but I have an insurance policy through Homeserve for this type of repair But after three selected subcontractors failed to provide emergency service, contacted Blantons and they arrive same day. They dug in, found the waterline break, and repaired it. Courteous and professional, at a price point appropriate for the work. You get what you pay for and when minutes count, you don’t wanna wait days to get your water main repaired. Blanton’s is the only company I call for my heating, plumbing, and air-conditioning needs. Thanks, Blantons!

I'd like to thank Blanton and Brian Smith for his professionalism and courteous service today. Brian installed a new hot water heater after our old one passed it's expiration date. Brian arrived as scheduled, assessed the situation, provided my husband and I valuable feedback, then got to work removing the old one and installing the new one. We called Blanton on Saturday to schedule the appointment and Brian arrive on Monday morning ready to go. He even advised us on water usage and a leaky faucet we had. Austin McDonald was incredible! He arrived exactly on time, greeted me with a huge smile, and was so polite. He even brought my trash can up the yard for me. He quickly found my interior water shutoff and PRV something three other techs couldn’t locate and he also found and fixed a leak in my water heater on the spot. Technician Joshua Geercken gave excellent service performing maintenance on my HVAC systems on 6 February 2026. He asked questions up front to ensure I had no pressing issues with my system, hadn’t experienced any continuous performance concerns that needed addressing, or any questions in general. He proceeded to explain what he would do to perform the maintenance. Afterwards he explained the condition of my units and everything that was done to the systems. He even identified that a new capacitor was needed and he would place an order for it. One thing of particular note is, he ensured that he did not walk on my lawn unnecessarily and used the sidewalks. Not that I had a problem with him walking in my yard, I just saw that as being respectful of others property which is a rarity these days. So kudos for that seemingly small but appreciated act. I was wary when I asked my neighbor who he used for plumbing issues and he said Blantons... in Fayetteville.i called and made an appointment for tomorrow, yesterday (not today, the day they showed up but tomorrow). They sent a text and said he could arrive today, and due to us leaking water when it is on, we thought that was great! Now this very nice gentleman shows up and asked where the issue is, and I take him straight away to where I assumed it was. Well..... I was wrong about the where but he was quick to locate the actual issue. Gave his great effort to repair a piece of equipment they dont carry parts for. The bypass on our GE water filtration system was spewing water everywhere. He did all he could without the correct parts. I quickly called our filtration servicer, and scheduled an appointment with them, but while doing so, he cleaned everything up and put everything back the way it was and wiped everything down. His demeanor, and experience with plumbing shows. After this single interaction I would use them for all of my plumbing needs... thank you for a great service experience, it's not often in today's time you can say that! I did schedule an electrician, and we shall see what happens there, but I have faith. I will do some electrical work, I will not do anything inside a box..Because I dont know what I dont know, and with electrical work, that could be devastating! I will update!

Austin at Blanton’s was able to quickly diagnose the problem and adjust two Kohler cartridges that had been replaced by another plumbing company who refused to make an adjustments of any kind so that the cartridges would work. Blanton was also able to adjust the recirculating pump for my two tankless hot water heaters to reduce the noise level that had been created by the same original plumbing company’s efforts.

I had a great experience. I’m new to the NC area and chose to go with Blanton’s since they are local and been around for decades. My house is relatively new but I wanted to make sure the HVAC / HEAT systems were working properly and efficiently. My technician- Colton D. Was terrific. He was efficient, professional, friendly, explained everything to me and provided pictures and ranges for optimum efficiency. He found that the outside condenser was not performing within normal range. I knew my electric bills had been running higher but wasn’t sure why - this explains and confirms the problem I was experiencing. Colton recommended a compressor saver be added to the unit to reduce the electrical surge the compressor was experiencing. This will reduce my overall monthly electric bill but mainly extend the life of my compressor unit. I was grateful for this early catch before it did major damage to the unit. I even signed up for a reasonably priced monthly service plan. I’ll now have biannual maintenance performed. It’s worth peace of mind. Thank you so much ****UPDATE**** Another terrific experience In addition to my previous HVAC/ HEAT check up earlier today - I had reached out to Blanton’s because of a pipe which briefly froze over winter. Blanton’s sent a Plummer to conduct the service. I’m finding the Blanton’s technicians to be well qualified. Good folks. Collin D performed the service. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Collin checked and determined a pipe under the craw space needing insulation was the problem. He quickly took care of the issue so this should not happen again. In an addition- since I signed up for a maintenance service contract- — Collin checked all the plumbing fixtures and pressure etc. And drained the water heater as part of the service. I realize I need to be proactive rather than reactive as a homeowner . The monthly maintenance plan is worth it to me. I’m pleased with the Blanton’s technicians and the maintenance service agreement I signed up for covering HVAC - Heating - Water fixtures. Thanks again

Chris Archer was a last minute fill in for one of the installers already assigned for our furnace replacement. Chris and Gabe were fast and efficient until the service was complete. ( Ahead of time promised ) The entire Blanton's team made our experience outstanding! Colton was out for a follow up on 12/31 @ 8:00 am. (No heat issue) Found problem and fixed within 20 minutes. Once again, Blanton's proved their outstanding service. Highly recommend Blanton's. *Update: Jan 2, 2026 Justin from the plumbing department was out for a sink leak and to install new master bath faucets. Another great job from the Blanton's crew! Justin explained everything to a tee, and fixed leak and installed faucets. Justin was (As all team members have been) very friendly and knowledgeable. I can say enough good things about Blanton's. Jan. 8, 2026 Just had Olekxandr out for the furnace. Hopefully fixed! Olekxandr looked at the thermostat and found settings that were out of whack. No one has looked at it before, so we hope the issue is fixed. Olekxandr was friendly and very efficient. He explained the settings so if there are minor issues later, we can adjust without calling. Blanton's is still high on our list! Their personal are exceptional and friendly. Jan. 29, 2026 Olek just installed a thermostat to correct the furnace turning on every 5 minutes. Hopefully we are fixed! Olek was fast and very efficient as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything a great detail! Blanton's is the best. Mar. 12, 2026 Olek stopped by for performance check. Furnace finally all set, as is A/C. Relocated new thermostat. Blanton's and their technicians always provide outstanding service. Very thorough, answer all questions and provide solutions. Highly recommend.

He arrived when promised, quickly analyzed the problem with our under- cabinet fluorescent electrical system, clearly explained and then recommended several alternative ways to address the problem, gave us good estimates on each alternative, and then returned and promptly installed a new LED system I eventually chose for us at a local supply company. We had a plumbing inspection/maintenance and flushing of the water heater. The technician discovered that the heating element needed to be repaired. He made the repair quickly. He had all the necessary parts on his truck so there was no wait.

We also had a general electrical inspection done with no urgent problems found, thank Goodness. We are glad the office could schedule both service calls at the same time.

I reached out to schedule a water heater replacement after receiving a quote and was met with two very friendly voices who were able to assist me in getting scheduled and answering any remaining questions I had regarding payment and the work to be done. Trevor showed the up the day of the installation and was extremely helpful in walking me through what would take place. The water heater was to be placed in the attic and the opening to this space was not exactly conventional and made it EXTREMELY difficult to find not only a water heater that would fit through the opening but one that could be maneuvered into the space if the old unit. Trevor anticipated this need and worked tirelessly with the Blanton’s team to find a water heater that would fit into the space and then install the unit quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very pleased with this service and would recommend Blanton’s and more specifically Trevor to anyone in the Raleigh area for their plumbing concerns.

I had a problem with a tub faucet that would not shut off. I called Blanton's on Monday, and they scheduled me for Tuesday between 8am and 4pm. Mateo, the service technician, called around 7am on Tuesday to inform me that he would arrive around 8am. He was prompt and assessed my situation. He gave me a quote for the work, and once I agreed to it, he acquired the parts and began the work. Mateo was very professional and polite. The work required cutting into the wall to access the faucet assembly. He closed the doors to the bathroom so that any dust, debris, and noise were minimized. He affixed an access panel to repair the wall, which was a nice touch and a smart move for the future. He performed excellent work, and it was clear that he was experienced. Before he left, he made sure that everything was cleaned up. I am very pleased with Mateo's work, and I would be glad to have him work on my home again. A+ and five stars!

Update 2/6/26: After our initial HVAC challenges, we unfortunately had to address several additional issues — but this is where the Blanton’s team truly stood out. On January 19, we had no heat despite Aux Heat running. Jeoffrey arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He listened carefully as I explained the symptoms and gathered all the necessary information before beginning his diagnostics. After investigating, he returned with photos, test results, and a clear explanation of what he found. He presented repair options along with associated costs and followed up with a detailed summary via email for us to review. The transparency and documentation were greatly appreciated. The next day, January 20, we met with Gus to explore full system replacement options. Gus was incredibly friendly and professional. He clearly explained the process, set expectations for the visit, and stayed focused throughout. He asked thoughtful, important questions about our requirements and priorities before developing proposals. Using a very impressive application, he analyzed our home’s layout, measured square footage, counted returns and vents, and walked us through multiple options — including electric vs. gas and dual zone vs. dual system setups. What stood out was how responsive he was; when I asked for changes on the spot, he recalculated and adjusted proposals immediately. It made decision-making much easier. After reviewing everything, we decided to convert from electric to a gas furnace, and the gas company ran new service to our property on January 29. Unfortunately, during excavation, subcontractors damaged our well water line and the electrical feed to the well pump. We contacted Blanton’s immediately for help. Later that same day, January 29, Justin arrived — even though it was already late in the afternoon. Before I could even walk out to greet him, he was already assessing the damage in the yard. After a quick explanation, he outlined a clear mitigation plan, retrieved the necessary parts from his van, and efficiently patched the water line. Because temperatures were below freezing (unusual for the Triangle area), we had to allow the seal to cure overnight. Justin assured us that if there were any leaks at all, he would return immediately. That level of confidence and accountability meant a lot during a stressful situation. On the morning of January 30, Jorge called to let us know he was on the way — and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He evaluated the damaged electrical lines feeding the well pump and discussed multiple repair approaches, from simplest to most robust. We chose the most effective solution. After consulting with his manager, he came back with an even better option, which he implemented. Once the repair was complete, we flipped the breaker — but still had no water. Instead of stopping there, Jorge methodically tested everything and ultimately identified a seized pressure regulator. After cleaning it, water flow was restored to the house. That persistence made all the difference. Despite the HVAC setbacks and unexpected complications, the Blanton’s team consistently showed professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. They minimized what could have been an extremely frustrating experience and stood behind their work every step of the way. A special shoutout to Blake and Gary as well for going beyond expectations — taking the time to answer critical questions, walk through alternatives, and offer thoughtful professional recommendations based on their expertise. That level of engagement and willingness to educate the homeowner makes a real difference when making major decisions like this. Had Ethan come out and take a look at an exterior spigot before we got the rough cold weather and freeze. He came out same day, installed a new spigot and installed an exterior shut off valve to avoid it freezing. He then checked our upstairs faucet which had low pressure and fixed that as well. All done within a couple hours.
