Seasonal HVAC inspection. Sean & Alex showed up on time after giving us an appreciated heads-up-we’re-on-the-way call. One HVAC part was pushing spec and was replaced. Also had them replace a problematic thermostat as well as light our gas logs. They completed all tasks well, quickly and with good humor…nice guys both. Great penmanship! 😏 Would not hesitate to use them again. This has been my experience with all Blanton’s folk we’ve come in contact with. I also note/like that they have a good number of vets working for them. 100% satisfied.

Clifton very impressive. Kept us in the loop as to what he was doing. He let us know our heating unit was performing very well. Would trust him anytime. Monthly maintenance fee we pay very worthwhile.

Warren did a great job installing a 240v outlet in not the easiest of places. He was able to troubleshoot a solution, got everything installed properly, and left the work areas just as clean as they were before. Another great service!

First time using Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric. They let me know a window when the serviceman would arrive, and the diagnostic service call charge. Electrician, Nick Bornheuer was on time, personable, knowledgable and transparent. He took the time necessary to diagnose the many issues with my electrical system; answered questions; worked up a job order, with 4 different pricing options; and explained the benefits of each. I chose one, paid by credit card (price was very reasonable) and he made all the repairs. I am supremely satisfied and have already scheduled another appointment to replace several indoor and outdoor light fixtures.

Chris was very pleasant and accommodating. My shower handle was not working. Chris investigated the issue and explained all the options possible. Once I chose the option Chris immediately picked up the parts needed and repaired it professionally and in a short period of time. The work was done and I’m very pleased.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this company. We worked with Fredri who upgraded breakers and installed new light fixtures along with a surge protector. He walked us through everything, explained what our options were, and answered all of our questions. He did amazing work, and I can’t say enough about how kind he was throughout the process. We will be using Blanton again in the future and are grateful to have found this company and amazing electricians like Fredri.

Mr. Brian Broadney (HVAC Tech) return today on 6/20/24 (Thursday) to wash off my unit condenser coil because it didn't have spicket / hose bibb until Mr. Alex Torres was able to install one for my back yard.

Speaking of Alex Torres ( My Blanton's Plummer Specialist)..I never received a chance to comment on his performance from 6/6/24 & 6/13/24 (Thursday). Mr. Torres was a very knowledgeable plumber and was meticulous in doing his job right. Mr. Torres made sure the job he did was correctly done and to my liking. He made great observations while evaluating my household plumbing. I'm so grateful for his honesty and integrity. Even though some of the installation couldn't be completed (shower head / knob) due to my dated home not being compatible with the shower kit Mr Torres brought...it was fine and NOT his fault. But Mr. Torres really aimed to pleased and was deeply apologetic about that situation. With that level of compassion , it shows that Mr Torres takes GREAT PRIDE in his work (which means everything to me).

I only wish that I receive Mr. Brain Broadney (HVAC) & Mr. Alex Torres (PLUMBER) from BLANTON for all my future repairs and work orders. BOTH SPECIALIST, went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Exceptional service

Luis did an awesome job working on my plumbing problems today. Fixed a rats nest of piping around my main shut off valve as well as upgraded me from a gate to a turn switch and replaced an expansion tank

He was very honest with his professional opinions and helped guide me to my desired end product.

Only complaint would be the wide wait period block. I was put on a 8a-4pm schedule which was inconvenient. However, once the scheduled time was clarified the day of, the arrival was not far off.

Our plumber, Zach, did a great job replacing an old toilet, and fixing a leaky outdoor faucet. He was fast and efficient, and cleaned up as he went. We have no complaints!

I had to replace my downstairs HVAC system due to a power surge. Blanton’s impressed me when they came out to give an estimate of repair and replacement. I am happy I chose them to do the install. John and another technician were my installers. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am happy with the unit that was recommended and the installation. As a result of this interaction, I became a maintenance member .

Over Labor Day weekend, my A/C unit gave up the ghost. I contacted Blanton's for a service call & they immediately put me on the schedule & Phillip showed up within hours. Sadly, there was no bringing it back to life, so Phillip helped me brainstorm the best path forward. Later that same day, Kevin (Melendez) came by, and we set up the financing & scheduling of getting a new unit installed. Because it would take another day to be able to install the new unit, Kevin arranged for two window units to be delivered on loan to me. In all my years with another company & multiple service calls, no one had ever offered me such a service! I was so pleased because I have asthma & would likely have had to go to a hotel if I couldn't keep the air inside my home at a reasonable temperature. The next day - right on schedule - Gabriel (Debeus), David (Perry), and Travis (Lloyd) magically appeared & installed my new unit. Seamlessly. I just can't recommend Blanton's highly enough. I received prompt and exceptional customer service, accurate advice, a quality product, and felt seen as well as cared for. Thank you all, AGAIN, for taking such good care of me.

Personable techs who explained what they found and what the fix would be. I had two unrelated issues, both which turned out to be loose wires.
I need to take an electrical course but glad I got them fixed. Was told the dispatch fee was good for 30 days if I wanted them to come back out.
They left a brochure with their service that seemed reasonably priced.

Vincent did an excellent job with the requested repairs. We were very satisfied with his fast and thorough service.

We received same day service on Friday of a Holiday Weekend to repair our Garbage Disposal Leak. Biruk was professional and orderly. The repair was done well.

Justin came out to find a leak which we thought was in the ceiling of the garage. It was not in ceiling but a drip from the supply line in hall bathroom sink. Justin did a great job. As always, Blanton and their crew are wonderful to work with!

Ive jad Blantons out to fix issues twice and both the times the technicians were awesome. Nick fixed my toilet obstruction issue in 10 minutes with expert auger skills for a piece of plastic cover that fell off the seat and blocked the line. He was awesome .

We had a clogged shower drain that would not clear with Drano or plunging. So, we called Blanton's because we liked their commercials on TV, and we have read a recommendation from Greg Fishel. We were very happy with the courtesy and professionalism showed by Luis, who was able to unclog the drain. We would definitely request Luis at Blanton's again for future plumbing repairs!

David solved our faucet issue with creativity that another plumbing company didn’t think of and saved us a full replacement. He was professional and quick with the job as well.

Ayden visited on 4/8/26 for an annual electrical inspection - part of my comprehensive yearly maintenance agreement. He was on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. My house is relatively new, so fortunately there were no issues to resolve, but when something does go wrong in the future, I’m confident that Ayden and Blanton’s can resolve it successfully.

I had two great experiences with Blanton's (EDIT: 3 - see 8/26 update below). They responded quickly, on-time, & were extremely professional & friendly. In both cases they explained my options, the pricing for each option, & even took care of acquiring needed parts.

The first job was a leak under my kitchen sink. Austin repaired it & also installed a new faucet. The job was completed very quickly & efficiently.

The second job was a little bigger: having a tankless water heater installed. This job naturally took a little longer but Austin (plumbing) & Ayden (electrician) got it installed perfectly.

Overall I'd highly recommend Blanton's for all your plumbing needs!

8/26 Update: I had another great experience with Blanton's. A fiber company came through my neighborhood & damaged water pipes in my neighborhood leading to the street. Blanton's crew (led by Biruk, along with Aidan, Ethan, & Chris, all excellent) dealt with the clogged pipe, the low water pressure, ran a camera through my pipes to diagnose the issue, & even suggested re-piping my old pipes that were extremely outdated & subject to leaks after doing a full home inspection.

They aided me in dealing with the city, were extremely professional & friendly, & were incredibly accommodating of my work-from-home schedule while they were present.

If I have any issues in the future, I won't go anywhere else than Blanton's as my experiences with them have been excellent. Highly recommended!

Nicholas did a fantastic job! We needed an expansion tank as well as our pressure valve replaced. While he was here, he noticed our bib for our water hose was leaking so we had him replace that as well. We would highly recommend Blanton to everybody, we will be using them for our future needs.

Chris from Blanton’s Air Plumbing and Electric was polite and courteous. He diagnosed our issue, fixed it and neatly cleaned up.

Had an issue with AC, was able to easily schedule a visit on the website which occurred within 2 hours. The technician Chris did a through job and provided his feedback other potential issues in layman terms in a professional manner, would highly recommend.

The main water line on a toilet was cracked and water leaking. Technician Dustin repaired /replaced the line which resolved the problem. He was both courteous and professional.

I’m very happy with the service I got from from Blanton’s today. First, a couple of years ago, we had Blanton’s do a pretty big job at another address. Relying on my impression of the quality of your work, I called on you for help soon after I moved to where I am now, a condo. Then I needed a hot water heater, and what was outstanding about that situation is that it happened to be after 5 pm on a cold Friday afternoon, when everyone is in a hurry to get home. Not your man Chris. He said he would not have a good weekend himself if he left me w/o hot water that weekend. Today your man Alex Weaver had a similar great attitude. With these record-breaking high temperatures we’re having, Alex saw to it that I did not have another HOT night with no air conditioning. I am going to extra trouble to do this because years ago my mother impressed on me that when I have something good to say about someone, go out of my way to make certain that person hears those good words. People sometimes seem more eager to complain than to compliment someone. Not only are your TV ads cute, but they are also truthful … your employees back up those words. Not every company can say that. Finally, sending a text with a photo and brief bio introducing your man is an excellent, worthwhile and savvy business practice. Thank you!

Alex thoroughly checked my AC system to inform me the age and status of the system. Fortunately, he was able to temporarily repair my ancient AC until a new system could be installed. He showed me everything he found and recommendations for repair along with the cost estimate. I was very pleased with his service.

We had Trevor come by to inspect some plumbing elements. Turned out we needed to replace our water pressure regulator — something another plumber from another company apparently dod, but incorrectly a few years ago.

I found Trevor’s service to be quick and fairly priced. He was also kind enough to provide some estimates for some work I’m expecting us to need done in the next few months or years.

BrianB 8/17/26 from Blanton’s Plumbing company came by today and repaired the AC unit. Have elderly folks around ,so having the A/C unit working , was imperative !
Brian , Was very through and meticulous with his work.
And patiently explained what the problem was , gave us various options how to go about the services offered .
It was a good, and easy ,simple , with a peace of mind that our AC was in expert hands .

Chris Archer was a last minute fill in for one of the installers already assigned for our furnace replacement. Chris and Gabe were fast and efficient until the service was complete. ( Ahead of time promised ) The entire Blanton's team made our experience outstanding!

Colton was out for a follow up on 12/31 @ 8:00 am. (No heat issue) Found problem and fixed within 20 minutes. Once again, Blanton's proved their outstanding service.

Highly recommend Blanton's.

Justin from the plumbing department was out for a sink leak and to install new master bath faucets. Another great job from the Blanton's crew! Justin explained everything to a tee, and fixed leak and installed faucets.

Just had Olekxandr out for the furnace. Hopefully fixed! Olekxandr looked at the thermostat and found settings that were out of whack. No one has looked at it before, so we hope the issue is fixed. Olekxandr was friendly and very efficient. He explained the settings so if there are minor issues later, we can adjust without calling. Blanton's is still high on our list! Their personal are exceptional and friendly.

Olek just installed a thermostat to correct the furnace turning on every 5 minutes. Hopefully we are fixed! Olek was fast and very efficient as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything a great detail! Blanton's is the best.

Olek stopped by for performance check. Furnace finally all set, as is A/C. Relocated new thermostat. Blanton's and their technicians always provide outstanding service. Very thorough, answer all questions and provide solutions. Highly recommend.

Josh came out to look at older a/c unit and provide a tune up. Blanton's is always up front on repairs, and this was no different. Added some refrigerant. Always friendly, great service!

Jordan came out for a toilet issue. He was prompt and very friendly. After doing a whole house plumbing review (part of the Wow service plan), it was determined the toilet, (original to house) needed replacement. He got the replacement and then installed it in 40 minutes. Fast, great service. Blanton's is a great customer experience!

The technician came out quickly. Within three hours after submitting the request. Our A/C stopped working the night before without warning. Cameron was very helpful and professional and got the system working quickly, thank you!

This summer was hard on my AC unit and through the maintenance plan we discovered my blower motor was starting to go bad - it wasn't about to fail, but we were able to catch it before it did, and got it replaced same-day by Colton Deatherage. I continue to be very happy with Blanton's!

Recently I noticed some leakage from the water heater in my garage, Blanton's was able to get Trevor Wilson out within a couple of hours to look at it and assess the issue. We determined it'd be best to replace the water heater, and he was out bright and early the next morning with a new Bradford White! It took about 3 hours to install and throughout the process, he pointed out different tips and tricks I could use to help keep my new heater in great condition without a lot of fuss and bother. I couldn't be happier 🙂 Absolutely wonderful service and response, if I have any more issues with any kind of plumbing, I'll be reaching out to them!

Brian B 8-13 came out bright and early within an hour of me contacting the service department. Woke up with a bad compactor and fixed fast and easy. He also helped me get a good understanding of the whole situation.

Questioning your old HVAC system? Ours was 40 years old. While the outside unit and inner box condenser had been replaced, none of the main trunk or duct work has been touched in 40 years! Today, it was all ripped out and replaced with a new expanded trunk and all new insulated air ducts and air registers. The air intake was increased to 20x25 to meet current code. The installers installed window A/Cs to keep us comfortable during the process. They even had an Uber type HVAC delivery company drop them some extra parts to my house! Every single piece/part of the system is now insulated and sealed. Next to being married to my wife, this has to be the best experience of my life! Just 100% top notch crew and company. You get what you pay for. I have pictures to prove everything. By the way, I have 34 years with the United States Navy and Special Forces. It takes alot to impress me!
