Vincent found the toilet leak and that’s being repaired, it’s not the cause of the initial leak. we are still working through resolving initial leak and Vincent determined it was not plumbing issue. We are now waiting for HVAC team to resolve that issue but Vincent was prompt, knowledgeable, kept me informed of everything he was doing all along the way and showed me all photos…. Very respectable, nice and patiently explained everything. Vincent is a great employee!

Biruk helped fix two leaks in our 1966 house. He was courteous and answered all my husband’s questions with patience and a listening attitude. The second leak was a beast to fix! But he never showed a bit of frustration. It took some extra time and effort but he did it. We are thrilled to have a new plumber. For surely more leaks are ahead🙄

Todd arrived on time and did a great job on a water line for a new appliance.

Todd did an excellent job for us! He came within 2 hours of my request for service and jumped right to replacing the main shut off for our house. Fast and clean work and good communication. I would definitely call Blanton's again.

Professional and helpful!

Once again we are very pleased with our experience with Blanton's! This time we had the pleasure of meeting with Sven and he helped us with a plumbing issue. We ended up getting a new toilet and Sven worked so quickly and professionally it was amazing. He was also very knowledgeable and gave us options to think about for the future. Blanton's will always be our go-to for AC, plumbing and electrical issues!

We had a water leak caused by the old polybutylene pipe joints. I called Blanton’s, they have always been very responsive, they arrived and were once again great. They fixated the leak and checked the system after the repair. They found an additional fitting that now leaked, they made the repairs. I really appreciate that they spend the time and checked system after the original repair was made. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Blanton's scheduled us next day. Tyler installed our new gas range and checked our gas water heater which was leaking. He replaced that for us. Tyler was very professional and worked a long day at our house getting everything sorted out. Would definitely use them again!

Great experience. Job well done. Very friendly and informative staff and service people (Ethan) that made sure that all needs and concerns were addressed. Communication was excellent and they even ordered replacement faucets comparable to what I had previously upon my request. All the work was done timely and there was no pressure to upgrade or oversell. I will definitely use them again.

A usual, Ayden did a wonderful job. He is thorough, pays attention to details, gives an excellent accounting of the work to be done and the cost, and leaves his work areas spotlessly clean. He listens to our needs and concerns, and has spectacularly good customer service skills. When working at our home, any person has to factor in a disabled adult, and Ayden is always considerate of the variables this represents for timing and moving in and out of spaces. He is a tremendous asset to Blanton's and we trust his skills and expertise as well as his human qualities when dealing with customers. Highly recommend him for any job, big or small.

The experience with the front office, the technician, and the results was great. My first call was answered promptly; the associate was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and quickly scheduled the appointment. The technician called shortly thereafter and arrived quickly, did a thorough analysis and advised recommended actions to get the unit working again. There was lots of knowledge and experience exhibited, but no pressure, just assistance and the desired outcome of a functional unit in this hot weather.

Fredri worked hard in the attic and outside to get our electrical system working well. He even installed a whole house surge suppressor. Cleaned up and left everything working well.

I love BLANTONS. Everyone is professional. I get amazing service everytime and after the year I’ve had with everything you can imagine going wrong with this house, they’ve been amazing with all that they do to help give me a piece of mind. Garrett helped me yesterday and he was such a nice fellow. Potential fire hazard and very old main panel. He spent all day here working to make sure my home was safe, got it replaced and did it with a smile! Thank you Garrett for answering my many questions and staying until everything was completed. Justin and Blanton's were amazing when I called them to fix a leak from my upstairs bathroom, that I noticed in the ceiling of my downstairs laundry room. Justin arrived a couple of hours after I initially called Blanton's. He quickly assessed the situation and fixed the plumbing immediately. Best of all, Blanton's charged a very reasonable rate. Shaun and Roman came out to install my unit after I was without air for 4 days and they worked until 8pm making sure everything was working properly. They laid drop cloths down to protect my flooring and took care of my home like it was their own. Thank you gentleman for the new system I am loving it!

Alex was very professional and courteous during his visit to troubleshoot our HVAC issue. He reviewed the service call steps and clearly explained his testing .He found the issue and made the repairs. Alex provided top notch service and would highly recommend for HVAC service.

Nick is as good or better a service professional as I have ever dealt with and I am over 70 years old. He is pleasant, responsive and a pleasure to have working in your home. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need you may have.

Helpful and informative plumber.

I did get the WOW service. Diana Leach was our technician and he did not disappoint. He arrived on time and had our air back on in no time. I have a Nest thermostat that I never hooked up to my phone and Diana (Dee) set it up for me and made sure I knew how to use it. I give Dee and Blanton's 5 stars. They definitely deserve this rating.

Our seasonal HVAC check-up was performed by Colton Deatherage. Colton is very personable and kind, and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining the work he would be performing, whatever issues he thought needed addressing and completing the tasks in a timely manner. As a courtesy, I asked him to verify that our filters are installed correctly, and to help me label the covers to make it easier for us to do the job right when the time comes. If he found the request silly, he didn't hesitate to help me check and label everything. I hope we continue to work with Colton in the future. He explains things very well, listens to the customers' concerns and questions, and addresses all matters with kindness and patience. His advice is sound and takes into consideration what we explained of our situation and our timeline for completing certain aspects of work. Blanton's has the best staff. Every experience we have with any of their team members visiting our home has been wonderful. I don't know if part of the recruiting service involves testing them for patience and understanding, but they all are very kind people. Colton is very professional, very kind and very patient. He also has a sense of humor (which is very good when you're dealing with older people asking tons of questions, and a disabled adult lurking in the vicinity). We highly recommend him and, as usual, highly recommend Blanton's.

Totally great service from home visit by Blanton rep, Gus, who set up my installation on the next Monday. In was done in about 6 hours in an extremely hot attic Nick brought in the 220 line for my new heat pump, which now working with my solar panels should start saving me money immediately. Jeremy & Brandon from Fayetteville did all the attic installation & set up my new thermostat. They cleaned up the work areas and shrub pruning as well. The fellows kept me informed as the work proceeded & answered all my questions. Good customer service, in addition to quality product & workmanship, is something I value highly, so I also have their maintenance plan as well. I can highly recommend Blanton’s.

First of all, I have never heard any company answer their phone in a sweet melodious voice and added "how can I make you smile today." That did it for me and I said to myself, whatever they will sale to me this morning in terms of plumbing work that I must buy it. Low and behold they actually put a smile on my face by immediately arranging for a plumber to come to my home and was updating me along the way. Once the plumber was en route to my place, they actually texted his information, his plumbing experience and with his photo. Within, 15 minutes, Mr. Chad Parks was in my home. Mr. Parks was very experience and explained things as he goes along. Mr. Parks was very respectful, and knowledgeable of his work. He is an example of how companies should treat their customers . Thank you Mr. Parks for making me smile at the end of your work. I am so grateful that you resolved my plumbing issue and the price was reasonable.
