I recently applied for a maintenance membership with Blanton’s. Mr. Billy Molina-Prado came out this morning for my first maintenance inspection/flush of my water heater. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was doing and answered all the additional inquiries I had. Furthermore, he helped me to identify problem areas that needed to be addressed and walked me through the steps to go forward with resolving those issues. 100% recommend Blanton’s; 110% recommend Billy.

This was our first time working with Blanton's for our home maintenance needs.

Armando Arroyo and Daelyn Kittell did an outstanding job on the electrical installations at our home, which included replacing the outside electrical panel and installing three outdoor outlets.

Armando evaluated our maintenance concerns thoroughly the day before and offered the best solutions as well as options.

Armando and Daelyn arrived on time to complete the scheduled work.

They provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process.

I had a power outage on half of my home, I called PWC first. They informed me it wasn't with them. But it was dangerous for me to wait till Monday. I then called Blanton and the nice lady in dispatch told me that the employees had gone for the day, but she would try to find someone.
Well, that someone was Garrett Kellogg...he went beyond the call of duty and stopped on his way home. I was scared to death, it had shorted an outlet which was FRIED...that destroyed my treadmill, it blow my wifi and I had no power. I'm glad he stopped the electrical panel was sizzling. He got everything safe until he could return today, the job is completed!! Thank GOD we still have people in the world like Garrett that Care!!🙏

Garret was absolutely wonderful and helped us bring our 30 year old house up to date with surge protectors, replacement of back stabbed outlets through out, and the reworking of our not so safe installation of new led lights that didn’t flicker and electrocute anyone.

I wish the previous owner of our home had recognized the value and safety of hiring competent and qualified experts for all things electricity and water he did to “improve” the home while he owned it, but alas we continue to rebuild his screw ups one system at a time.

I was so impressed with Garrett’s service that I went ahead and signed the company up to do the regular checks on plumbing and electrical as a regular maintenance.

Thank you all so much for the good work, the excellent customer service, and the security that we might not burn alive or drown in our home anytime soon.

UPDATE: Phillip is the HVAC technician that was sent for the warranty checks and he was just as wonderful as his electrician counter part.

UPDATE: I can’t remember the name of the lovely lady that helped me at the call center today to fix some minor scheduling errors but she was as fantastic as can be and made the computer assisted mistakes with scheduling right and fixed it all immediately. She managed to keep an all in customer today by apologizing politely and more importantly correcting the confusion and getting everything back on track. Mistakes happen. How a company addresses them and makes it right is the ultimate test of a good company.

Cuyler was amazing! He was very patient answered ever question even if they were asked more than once. We had maintenance done and a problem found. Cuyler immediately put in and order for the parts needed. Very grateful for all his help expertise!

Had a service visit today.My technician Joe Taczy was excellent. He came in with confidence; even though this was a new experience for him installing a product he just became familiar with. Well prepared and efficient in completing the job!! Mr. Ty Greene was excellent as well during his visit. Great team of professionals!!

Unfortunately had another leak in the crawl space which had the older water lines and fittings. I was lucky to get Devon (Dev) Ashley who showed up on time, assessed the situation and gave me some options. Based on previous problems, I went with the crawl space repipe which he completed without any issues. This type of service will give me peace of mind and not have to worry about any future problems (hopefully). He is a very knowledgeable and customer oriented service professional. Avery Box did a great job on my heat pump. He noticed that I needed some of my wires covered. He took the time to go back to the head quarters and got the covers. He came back and put them on. He took the time to answer afew questions for me about my heat pump.

My Oct, 2026 HVAC service maintenance was performed by Joshua Ballance. He was very professional, wore his booties while he was in my house to service Air Handler and to review with me the actions he checked. All activities and pictures were sent to me via email.

10/13/26 a couple days ago the wiring to our stove sparked so I call Blanton’s Air, Plumbing and Electric. Joe Taczy came by yesterday and installed and outlet and replaced the plugin cord from the stove. While he was here we looked at the circuit breaker boxes inside and out and being they were over 40 yrs old I asked him to write up a work sheet with cost. This was a great deal for us so he explained all the details and was very friendly and professional. I called Jennifer from Blanton’s finance department and she helped with all the paperwork and getting the ball rolling for the next step. Jennifer was also friendly and professional. If your looking to have work done like a new HVAC, water heater in stalled or electrical work done. Call Blanton’s, they can get it done.

Shumauri Scott of Blanton’s air and heating did a scheduled maintenance. Shumauri was very professional and serviced my HVAC. He kept his work area clean and took his time to make sure my system was in great working order. Thank you Shumauri and Blanton’s.
This is an add on to yesterday’s Air conditioning report. My AC stop blowing cold air so Blanton’s sent over a technician. No physical repairs were done but the technician did explain to me what it could have been. A 5 star review was done for them. Today my AC worked fine putting out cold air for about an hour and then it stopped. I called Blanton’s and the dispatcher help get me a technician to come out. Jacob Ford came by and found that it was a sensor for the cold air. He found one and installed it and Bingo we have cold air. Thank you Jacob for taking that extra effort and time to repair our AC. We contacted Blanton’s to replace the ductwork in our old house as it was literally falling apart and cooling the crawlspace more than our house. The process was very straight forward with options presented to us and pricing was competitive. Once we decided to move forward we scheduled the project start date for the very next week. We were quite happy with the quick start time. The techs assigned to our job, Taylor and Justin, were very professional from the start. They contacted us each day, explained the goals, and provided us with updates throughout the project. The end state was a greatly more efficient duct design, even cooling throughout the house, and we are very satisfied. I highly recommend Blanton’s for your HVAC needs. We are so happy with their service, we are having Blanton’s come out to replace a water heater.

Replaced another water heater at a different house. Excellent service as usual! Water heater was replaced the day the plumber came out didn’t take very long and we were back up and running within a few hours.

Always great service, great help, and they will do what it takes to meet the goal. Blanton never disappoints and they really care about their customers. Huge shout out to Billy for coming to save the day. Very awesome person and helpful as well. Great attitude and Blanton is lucky to have him.

Had an issue at the house inadvertently caused by a faulty rubber seal. Austin had the problem drained, diagnosed, and repaired within 30 minutes. Skip & Nathan were absolutely incredible!! Our whole house got repiped and upgraded from the Polybutylene pipes that were causing tons of issues. Their team worked tirelessly with great attitudes, profound efficiency and a top tier work ethic. We are so glad we chose Blanton’s for this project! They put in three days worth of consistent work and their craftsmanship and dedication were unmatched. From the time I called for an estimate to project completion was 1 week.

As expected the service is beyond compare. Clif was on time and very professional. The work was done quickly and completely. The young man working with him was very knowledgeable also. We have used Blantons several times for various projects. They are great.

My technician was Joey, who repaired a gan motions replaced a capacitor. His quick work got the house temps down to 62 quickly.

I recently experienced a plumbing issue involving gurgling and air bubbles coming from my downstairs toilets and sinks. What initially appeared to be a simple blockage turned into a much larger problem with my home’s sewer system.

Aiden, my first technician from Blanton’s Air & Plumbing, assessed the situation and cleared a blockage in one of my sewer lines. Unfortunately, his inspection camera wasn’t operational, so he couldn’t identify the underlying cause. Rather than simply clearing the line and calling the job complete, he arranged for another technician to return the following day. I appreciated that level of follow-through.

The next day, Johnny arrived and performed a camera inspection. He discovered that my main sewer line connecting to the city sewer had developed a belly and was beginning to collapse. He also identified a drain line beneath my house that lacked the proper slope. Instead of allowing wastewater to flow efficiently, the pipe was essentially level, causing buildup and blockages. For those familiar with plumbing, that quarter-bubble difference matters!

Johnny thoroughly explained his findings, walked me through the necessary repairs, and provided an estimate. We scheduled the work for the following morning.

At exactly 8:00 AM, Johnny and Josh arrived ready to work. They promised to complete the repairs that day, and by approximately 2:00 PM, they delivered!

This wasn’t a minor repair. It required excavation equipment, digging a substantial trench between two homes, removing damaged sewer piping, installing new lines, and correcting drainage issues beneath my house.

What impressed me most wasn’t simply their efficiency, but their professionalism, communication, and accountability throughout the entire process.

Johnny and Josh continuously explained what they were doing, why it was necessary, and what they encountered. During excavation, they cut into portions of my underground sprinkler system. They immediately informed me and repaired the affected lines. They were equally considerate of my neighbor’s property and landscaping, taking precautions to minimize unnecessary disturbance.

Once the repairs were completed, they backfilled the excavation, graded the disturbed ground, and spread straw over the area. Considering the extent of the excavation and limited working space, I appreciated their attention to the property.

They also walked me through an inspection of the repaired sewer lines. Rather than simply telling me everything was fixed, they showed me the results. That level of transparency builds trust. As a homeowner, especially when repairs are underground or beneath the house, knowing what was done and why makes all the difference.

I’ve included photographs because the quality and extent of their work deserve to be seen, not simply described.

Aiden, Johnny, and Josh exemplified what exceptional customer service should look like. They were knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, communicative, and genuinely committed to resolving the underlying problems.

I’ve always believed a company’s reputation is ultimately determined by the people representing it. A business can spend thousands advertising exceptional service, but it’s the employees who determine whether those promises mean anything.

We have had positive experiences with Blanton's in the past year, so we did not hesitate to contact them when we had a clogged sink that we were unable to fix ourselves. Dakota arrived within a few hours of our request for service. He was very polite, knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the sink very quickly. He gave us tips on maintenance for our drains and the product to use. He explained things in a way that it was easy to understand. He also assisted us in scheduling some electrical work with Blanton's, which we very much appreciated. Dakota went out of his way to help us. We were very impressed with him. Once again Blanton's sent a talented and highly knowledgeable, professional member of their team, Ty Green, to assist us with some electrical issues we were having with our home. Ty spent several hours with us, going through our entire home, inside and out, to assess the numerous areas of concern with electrical issues that needed to be addressed. He explained in great detail all the areas of concern, especially the ones that had a potential safety issue. He was very thorough in his evaluation. He had solutions, ideas of what could be done and explained them in a way that we could understand. Today, 6/15/26, Ty will be returning to our home in order to provide us with our options moving forward. We are extremely impressed with Ty's years of experience, which are apparent in his vast knowledge of electrical issues. We look forward to seeing Ty again! We highly recommend Blanton's!

Ty is absolutely amazing! He came up with a plan to upgrade our multiple electrical issues, providing us with three different options and explained everything to us in a very comprehensive manner. He spent several hours with us, pointing out all of the problem areas and explaining them in great detail. We inherited my parent's home, which is an older home, and upgrades were needed. Having lost my home to an electrical fire, safety was critical and our home had many safety problems that needed to be corrected. Ty sent two fine young men to fix all of our electrical issues and they did an absolutely incredible job! They even straightened all of the switch plates, that a former contractor installed crooked. It was an eyesore and now it's perfect! The attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism and kindness, demonstrated the pride they took in their work, as Ty certainly does. I needed some electrical work done at my home. The technician, Donavan Baldie, came out and checked out my issues and gave me estimates so that I could make a decision on what steps to take. What I really appreciated is the explanations of what needed to be done which really helped me to understand how to go forward. Also, I really appreciate him showing me photos of how my home had several unsafe issues needing immediate attention which were discovered as he worked. I am very thankful for that!

Highly impressed with the level of professionalism and service we received from Blanton's. Our technician, Dev (Devon), was friendly and welcoming, and explained everything in detail. He was very thorough and checking every aspect of our plumbing system. We called initially to have our tankless hot water heater flushed and serviced. However, in doing the thorough inspection, which was well documented with pictures and video, Dev identified a drainage pipe under the house with a significant crack in it and an active leak. We were able to have the pipe repaired while he serviced the hot water heater system, which saved us a potentially greater financial burden had the leak been left undetected. Thank you for the great work!

Absolutely great service, great people and great prices!! We used them for our tankless water heater, and now for our downstairs new AC unit. We completely trust them and will always go through them for household needs.

I have to say, first of all.....I have become someone who has trust issues when it comes to needing a service from a company.
But, my experience with Blantons from start to finish was completely comforting!

Blantons, as usual is always prompt, and attentive to my HVAC Needs. Cliff was Excellent. Took his tome and not only recognized and resolved my issue, but gave me some good pointers in long term maintenance and also upgrades for my system.

I would recommend Blantons and i would recommend their service plan if you aren't already routinely maintaining your home. We opted in for the Blantons WOW membership after several hefty repairs proved that HVAC systems in North Carolina require special and constant care. The membership is fairly priced if you use it. The service covers AC, heat, electrical and plumbing general/routine maintenance and a lot of extra incidentals that could lead to costly repairs.

Another reason for a 5 star and a recommendation is that Blantons will make things right with you if you are left uneasy or if a service isn't done well. Today we had a scheduled appointment for our WOW member maintenance on HVAC (you do have to schedule hvac, plumbing, electrical separate but they are all covered). The tech came out and didnt complete the assigned task, instead he told us we had several things that needed replaced/cleaned and provided a 2500 estimate to replace a control board or to clean a blower motor...and left it at that. We called and explained the situation, and within a couple hours we had a senior tech back at the house to complete the maintenance that was scheduled. Chase was his name and he saved the day, and saved a 5 star review. After completing the job, he also found the control board wasn't defective, rather just not set up correctly and actually found a way to save us some money on the electric bill.

All that being said, there was no fuss, no arguing, they just made it right and got us taken care of...and for that reason we will continue to use them and recommend them. Every other experience before today has been exemplary with them, and we're sad to hear Terry is no longer with the company, but guys like Chase still know how to provide great customer service!

I have been depending on Blanton's service for about a year and half now and I always come away feeling that they are doing the best for my equipment while keeping in mind that I don't have unlimited funds. Their technicians are very polite, knowledgeable and respectful.

This review addresses the superb service we enjoyed today (8/25/26), courtesy of two thoroughly professional Blanton’s HVAC techs, Mr. Joe Ford and Mr. Ryan Johnson. As “WOW” customers, we receive free HVAC check-ups twice yearly…prior to winter and summer, among other benefits. As long-time customers, we should be accustomed to gracious, knowledgeable techs (and scheduling folks); but we never tire of being treated like royalty…and, given what passes for service elsewhere these days, that’s not much of an exaggeration.
Mr. Ford and Mr. Johnson arrived precisely on time, of course, introduced themselves, asked if we’d been experiencing any problems (we haven’t), and set to work.
I always learn something hanging around Blanton’s field techs, and today was no different. We had some questions about our high-speed, low-drag 😎, 21st century thermostat and remote sensor. Over the next 90 minutes, our guests used easily-understandable English to explain away our confusion WHILE they were performing their detailed inspections and testing. Thank you, men! We look forward to our Spring check-up!

Blantkn's Air came out and found my coil was bad and leaking coolant, they were then able to walk me through an easy finace process. I thought it was going to destroy my bank account but it didn't! Now I have an entirely new Heating and Air system. The technicians Quentin and Tim were courteous, clean and displayed great customer service as well as technical knowledge and expertise. All in all an amazing service experience!
