Austin at Blanton’s was able to quickly diagnose the problem and adjust two Kohler cartridges that had been replaced by another plumbing company who refused to make an adjustments of any kind so that the cartridges would work. Blanton was also able to adjust the recirculating pump for my two tankless hot water heaters to reduce the noise level that had been created by the same original plumbing company’s efforts.

Eli is a very personable gentleman. He fixed the problem quickly, put up with my goober dogs wonderfully, and showed me different options for future fixes.
He, as all technicians I have met from this company, eased my mind quickly and efficiently.

Very happy with installation, they came on time as planned actually a little early. They got straight to work and finished before 4:00. Explained they system and how to operate our new thermostat. They cleaned up afterwards. This is our second time using Blatons and definitely recommend them, my son had them install a system at his house.

I woke up this morning to my HVAC not working on a day where the heat index is 108. Duke recommended Blanton so that’s who I called. Spencer Dias called me at 11:30 to let me know he was coming. By 1:00 I was back to work and my HVAC was running again. Spencer is a great educator on different options and very personable. I chose the least expensive option for today but I’ll be happy to have Spencer back to do more extensive repairs later. Awesome experience all around.

James McMakin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding water heaters. He also fixed a sink leak responding the next day very quickly!

Blanton’s hands down provides the best services in the Fayetteville area. They answer calls, show when they say they will, and do excellent t work. I have never been let down by anyone from Blanton’s. Their prices are worth every penny, because you cannot put a price on trustworthiness.

We did not go with Blanton’s for our water heater replacement due to budget reasons but I wanted to write about their excellent professionalism and kindness throughout the entire experience. They were honest and upfront about what the replacement would cost and entail. Our technician Timothy Hair did a thorough walkthrough of our entire home to identify any other potential plumbing issues. His many years of experience were eminent during his evaluation and he taught us many things we didn’t know about plumbing maintenance. He provided multiple estimates for just the water heater and additional services. We had an absolutely amazing experience with him, even though we did not end up utilizing their services. The estimate was over $3,000 for those interested. If that is in your budget, definitely use Blanton’s!

Yet again, Blanton’s delivered for us. A list of small electrical tasks (replacing outlets, wall switches, light fixtures, exhaust fan) that Armando and Lawrence tackled and completed. Very happy with their work. They were on time, professional and friendly. And they cleaned up as they went! Everything looks great and works as it should.

Yes, Blanton’s is expensive but they also showed up and did they work. The four other electricians I contacted didn’t bother. We’ll stick with Blanton’s because we can count on them.

Just had the HVAC unit replaced with a new Lennox system. Technicians Shawn and Taylor did an outstanding job of installing the units outside and in the attic (which was extremely hot!). Both gentlemen were very professional. Floor and carpet protection was put down and clean up was immaculate.
I would highly recommend Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric for your home or business. And ask for Shawn and Taylor.

They came out to install two ceiling fans and discovered major problems with my interior electrical panel and outside meter box. Some how they overheated and scorched inside the electrical panel and outside meter box. We were very lucky there wasn’t a fire. Dayeln gave me an estimate to replace and repair the panels plus installation for ceiling fans. Additionally they replaced two more bedroom overhead lights and another ceiling fan. They did an excellent job, kept us informed formed about what was going on and were very professional and easy to get along with. I highly recommend Blanton's for any of your electrical work. Especially want to thank Daryln, Garrett, Lawrence and Armando for they great work they did!

Johnny made this process so much less stressful than it could have been. What I thought was a leak in the yard turned out to be a leak under the slab under the kitchen, and he did all the work to identify it before I even agreed to pay anything. Repair went as quickly and as smoothly as it could have gone given the circumstances and Johnny had a great attitude about it the entire time. Highly recommended.

Phillip did a great job figuring out our problem, and quickly resolved the issue. Blantons has consistently been a good company and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Just had my AC looked at and to find out why it wasn’t working. Phillip was very professional and easy to talk with. He trouble shot my AC system and recommended what needed to be done to fix the problem. A representative will be visiting tomorrow to go over possible repairs or replacement of AC unit.

Ryan Jolly is an excellent plumber with Blanton's Air, Plumbing, and Electric. He arrived on time and was very respectful of our home as he walked through to check our fixtures. Upon flushing our water heater, Ryan made some helpful recommendations on water heaters that would work best with our new whole-home water filtration system that Blanton's is installing next week. Ryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my plumbing questions. Blanton's has the best team members!

Timothy Hair came out and replaced our pipes under the sinks, replaced bathroom and kitchen faucets, etc. He did a very thorough job and then walked us through everything he did. We will definitely be asking for him every time we have plumping issues.

I had contacted Blanton's to look at a faulty electric outlet that was corroded and dead On June 29th, 2026, Armando Arroyo and assistant Edwin came and worked on it. They were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally customer friendly. They informed me of, and explained, every step they were taking to diagnose and fix what problems they found; I had absolutely no qualms about what they were doing. I was completely confident about them and their work. They resolved the problems quickly and left everything neat and tidy when they were done. While reviewing the final work that was done, I happened to mention that we use a small space heater sometimes in this outlet. They said that was probably what caused the outlet to fail. They then were kind enough to mention that they could put in a new separate electric line just for the space heater that woul support the curent drain. It was way late afternoon, but they offered to stay and put in the line. They then installed a new line, outlet and circuit breaker. What exceptional customer service, and going above and beyond!! I was completely taken away about their thoughtfulness and consideration of my concerns.

Ismael has been to our house before. He always performs excellent work. The diagnostics and repair took about 45 minutes. He explains what he is doing and shows you want he is looking at.

Johnny T. did an amazing job with our plumbing repair. Explained the issue, worked quickly, and was professional every step of the way.

Garret was absolutely wonderful and helped us bring our 30 year old house up to date with surge protectors, replacement of back stabbed outlets through out, and the reworking of our not so safe installation of new led lights that didn’t flicker and electrocute anyone.

I wish the previous owner of our home had recognized the value and safety of hiring competent and qualified experts for all things electricity and water he did to “improve” the home while he owned it, but alas we continue to rebuild his screw ups one system at a time.

I was so impressed with my Garrett’s service that I went ahead and signed the company up to do the regular checks on plumbing and electrical as a regular maintenance.

We had a pool pump that basically needed to be rewired . I called Blanton to do the repairs. The tech that came out was named Donovan Baldie. He was incredible! Very professional, courteous and Knowledgeable. He did the job very well, and also sealed everything up so that the elements would not cause future problems at no charge. Great experience with this company and Donovan!

Que and Tim 6/30 Excellent installers of our furnace. Made us feel comfortable and respected. TheyAnswered all are question. Made sure we were comfortable before they left. Completely cleaned up after themselves, left our place as clean as it was before they came!

Had a clogged toilet. Skip was very professional and got the job done in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be going with Blanton and will be asking for Skip.

Update 6/2026: Timothy Hair and Nathaniel came and replaced all my remaining pipes going out to the city sewer. The dug up roots and routed a new line. I also got a new toilet installed. I am very pleased.

Update 7/2024 Plumbing: Chris Dick & Timothy Hair are lifesavers! Tim came out and diagnosed my issues with extreme empathy and honesty. I explained all my issues and he thoroughly checked under my home, the pipes, connections etc. and devised a plan. He gave me several options on how to address fixing them with different price points. I decided to go with the top option that replaces the major issues that tackle my drain issues (my toilet, bath tub, kitchen sink and laundry connection). I really needed a permanent solution and he provided one. Paula in the finance department got my account loan limit increased in what seemed like seconds. She is very sweet and swift.

Tim had Chris come help execute the job the next day. They were here all day in the heat working extremely hard under my home to correct the issues I inherited when I bought my home. They had to dig and edit the plan a bit but it works. The fact that they were able to think quickly for alternative solutions, at no extra cost to me, really is amazing! I really have confidence in Blanton’s not only because of how thoughtful and sweet they are but they’ve really mastered how to run a business and select the best professionals. They deal with headaches(plumbing, electrical hvac issues)perfectly! If I had to choose between kindness and experience, I would choose experience. Thankfully, Blanton’s doesn’t make me choose. Do yourself a favor and hire them to come out and check your property. NEVER rely solely on a home inspector. I’m here again for my review on Clif B. He returned as promised to complete the work on my HVAC condensation line and replaced my capacitor. I’m very pleased with him. He’s super friendly and explains everything so well. I will request him in the future. I cannot rave enough about this company. It’s better to have many moving parts working together than a couple of staff wearing too many hats and them being overworked. You can always tell the difference. I will continue to use them.

Also the financing comes with a credit card to charge to your loan account limit. In my opinion, the plus to this is being able to re-use it similar to a credit card instead of having to apply for a new credit line after it’s paid off. This encourages preventative maintenance from my view. Thanks again Clif and Blanton’s🥰

Spencer D was the most professional and informative tech we’ve had out here. He had come out previously for a diagnostic and promised that the next day, he would not leave until the issue was fixed and operating how it should. He answered all of my questions without hesitation, and even provided insight on future work we may need done in other areas. Guy definitely knows his job, cares about his customers, and if we could, we would 100% request him for future needs.
