after we had an unpleasant surprise with a leak from an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs bathroom, blantons came out the very next day and assessed the damage and then was able to tell us what was needed to fix the problem.

We had a great experience with Blanton’s! When our AC went out, they came out promptly the same day we called to assess the issue. They were able to get everything scheduled quickly, and the team came out early the following week to get our unit fixed.
While talking with them, we also discovered that our water heater needed to be replaced, and they were able to take care of that for us as well. Everyone we worked with was helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy.

Nick and Devon did a fantastic job and finished quicker than expected. They both kept me notified of what they were doing and when and what to expect once they finished. Because of the age of my house and the age of my lines, which were all outdated and no longer up to code, I had all of my lines in the house and outside redone as well as got a new water heater. The whole process took them less than 2 days and worked around our family’s schedule.

The team that we had was awesome! They called letting us know that they' were on their way. They showed up on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a furnace, air conditioning unit, thermostat, 2 air ducts, a new power box for the A/C replaced and much more in 8 hrs. I was really impressed. I would recommend Blanton air,heating and plumbing to anybody. Just remember this, you get what you pay for. We are completely satisfied with the job they done.

Both were extremely thorough, professional, and did a great job breaking everything down. They alsl helped me plan out different options and future plans for work to be done, without making be feel rushed or pressured to spend more money.
10/10 service. I'll be asking for these two specifcially every time I need plumbing or electric!

One of my HVAC units stopped working. Called for service, I have a service agreement with Blanton’s, and they sent a tech named Joshua Ballance the next day. Joshua quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and was back on the next business day to install it. Throughout the process Joshua kept me informed, showed me pictures of the work, and answered all my questions. He was very thorough, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I plan to request Joshua for all additional work on my HVAC units.

I had an issue over night where 1/3 of my house lost power at night, not an emergency. I called Blantons and was told someone would return my call around 7 am to schedule service. My phone rang the next morning right at 7am. A service provider came to my house within 30 minutes of the estimated appointment time. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She found and fixed my problem pretty fast. After some discussion of some other lighting improvements I had considered, she upgraded some lighting over my kitchen bar and did a fast and great job. Ty did an amazing job diagnosing our electrical issues and proposing multiple solutions both to mitigate the immediate concern as well as to upgrade our outdated switches, sockets, wiring and breaker box. Nicholas Huston, is a very dedicated knowledgeable experienced person who knows his "Job" extremely well. He came into my home and installed all new water lines, new plumbing in 4 bathrooms, kitchen Laundry room, new dishwasher, new water lines outside and most of all; after all this we found there was a main leak outside in the yard by the mainline (the hose that provides water to the house had a hole in it) he dug it up 3 to 4 feet and repaired it with no hesitation. So If you need a plumber you need to asked for Nicholas Huston he will do it right the "First Time". Blanton's Air, Plumbing and Electric are the ones u need to call as well when you have any issues with your home or business.

2026: Well, less that 2 years later, because of the Dam Breach at Long Leaf Golf Course on 6 July 2025, we had to replace our entire system. As you can imagine, we had a lot of different companies positioning for the opportunity, some really great companies from within and outside of the Sandhills, but based on our previous experience with Blanton’s Air, Plumbing, & Electric, we decided to invite them back to do the work. Once again, from the initial sales reps Geoff (Air) and Richie (Plumbing), to the two-man team of Shawn and Taylor, it was a courteous, professional, and roll up their sleeves experience, everything was over the top excellent. There were a few hiccups with parts scheduling, but it was seamless on our end, Shawn and Taylor absorbed all of those challenges well.
So, why did we choose Blanton’s, again? Professionalism is number one, then the character of everyone we have engaged with from the company from the installers to the Director of Operations, the dispatchers to the salesmen. Communication was beyond what would be expected. Booking online you always wonder if your request just disappears into the ether. Got an email and text confirming. Austin at Blanton’s was able to quickly diagnose the problem and adjust two Kohler cartridges that had been replaced by another plumbing company who refused to make an adjustments of any kind so that the cartridges would work. Blanton was also able to adjust the recirculating pump for my two tankless hot water heaters to reduce the noise level that had been created by the same original plumbing company’s efforts.

I’m very happy with the service I got from from Blanton’s today. First, a couple of years ago, we had Blanton’s do a pretty big job at another address. Relying on my impression of the quality of your work, I called on you for help soon after I moved to where I am now, a condo. Then I needed a hot water heater, and what was outstanding about that situation is that it happened to be after 5 pm on a cold Friday afternoon, when everyone is in a hurry to get home. Not your man Chris. He said he would not have a good weekend himself if he left me w/o hot water that weekend. Today your man Alex Weaver had a similar great attitude. With these record-breaking high temperatures we’re having, Alex saw to it that I did not have another HOT night with no air conditioning. I am going to extra trouble to do this because years ago my mother impressed on me that when I have something good to say about someone, go out of my way to make certain that person hears those good words. People sometimes seem more eager to complain than to compliment someone. Not only are your TV ads cute, but they are also truthful … your employees back up those words. Not every company can say that. Finally, sending a text with a photo and brief bio introducing your man is an excellent, worthwhile and savvy business practice. Thank you!

Olekxandr was friendly and very efficient. He explained the settings so if there are minor issues later, we can adjust without calling. Blanton's is still high on our list! Their personal are exceptional and friendly.

Update to my review: After such exemplary service from Trevor, I signed onto the WOW Service Plan. This summer was hard on my AC unit and through the maintenance plan we discovered my blower motor was starting to go bad - it wasn't about to fail, but we were able to catch it before it did, and got it replaced same-day by Colton Deatherage. Questioning your old HVAC system? Ours was 40 years old. While the outside unit and inner box condenser had been replaced, none of the main trunk or duct work has been touched in 40 years! Today, it was all ripped out and replaced with a new expanded trunk and all new insulated air ducts and air registers. The air intake was increased to 20x25 to meet current code. The installers installed window A/Cs to keep us comfortable during the process. They even had an Uber type HVAC delivery company drop them some extra parts to my house! Every single piece/part of the system is now insulated and sealed. Next to being married to my wife, this has to be the best experience of my life! Just 100% top notch crew and company. You get what you pay for. I have pictures to prove everything. By the way, I have 34 years with the United States Navy and Special Forces. It takes alot to impress me!

We experienced a leak in the pipe from the street to our house. Nick came the following day to begin the repair process. Our inside shutoff valve begin to leak the morning of his visit and he repaired it on the spot.

Chad Parks came to our home in Zebulon and investigated why our newer electric water heater would only give us 95degree water , he did end up changing out both upper and lower heating elements. He then discovered we are in the middle of renovating a tub/shower and realized this was mixing the hot and cold water together because I had not yet installed the mixing valve, just the Rough in valve. It was an expensive overpriced repair but they got the job gone. Out AC was out after returning from a 2 week vacation, no one wants that, returning in the evening and our AC was out. I called Blantan and they came the next morning. My husband got up and worked with them so I heard it was a drain pipe clogged. $1600 dollar repair seems very overpriced to me but we did not have time to do a cost comparison as the AC was out in the summer and they came right away. Dustin provided fantastic service today! He did a thorough plumbing inspection of my home, as one of the reasons for my call was a possible water leak. He didn't find a leak which was great news, but I also had a toilet in need of repair. I decided to go with full toilet replacement which was done in such a timely manner. I love my new toilet and was so happy I could get it done today! Dustin also noticed some pipework in my crawl space which needed updating and handled that while he was here as well. Replacing a 23 year-old dripping shower faucet resulted in numerous difficulties and a total of four trips with broken parts and wrong parts for an old Hans Grohe fixture. However, Ethan was timely, polite, informative, and apologetic with all of the delays and return trips required. Ultimately, the job was performed very well, and the price seemed below what would be expected, suggesting they “cut me a break“ for the delayed repair. Glad it wasn’t me trying to fix the faucet. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a great experience working with Jordan and Justin. Jordan helped diagnose a couple of leaks in our system and identified some other issues with that could be addressed. After some additional investigation and discussion with both Jordan and Justin, we opted to move forward with a full re-pipe with filtration and a new tankless water heater. My A/C finally cools my second floor! I live in a 3-story townhouse and for the past three years, my middle (main) level has struggled to get cool during the summer. After unsuccessfully trying various methods (plunger, drain snake, root kill, prayer) to clear a clog in the outside main drain line that was causing sewage back up in the basement shower; I finally had to raise the white flag and call a plumber. I chose Blanton's because it's a long, well-established local company (not a franchise) and has great reviews online. And they advertise a $99 drain cleaning with camera scoping special. I was a little skeptical about the 'too good to be true' $99 price so I anticipated that once the technician arrived and assessed my situation, the cost was going to be significantly higher than $99. Well to make a long story short, in the end, the 2 technicians that came out, resolved the clog issue and only charged me the $99(+ tax) fee.
Removal of the clog is only a temporary fix to my drain problem. A much more extensive and expensive repair that will be required at some point. The technicians discussed possible solutions and provided me proposals and estimates to do the repairs.
I would like to acknowledge and thank these technicians: Aidan and Eli. They were both very professional and personable. I have always found it useful and interesting to watch professional trades people do their work so I can learn how to possibly resolve things for myself in the future. Aidan and Eli were very kind and polite by allowing me to hover close by as they did their work. They represented Blanton's very well.

Heating and Air, all good guys at Blantons. They deliver high quality work. The only thing we weren’t satisfied with was their sales rep. We asked for an under the counter solution to filter water from pfas and chloramine. That wasn’t possible we were told. Instead we ended up buying an (almost) 8k water heater during that same visit. Looking back we regret making the decision on the spot. We weren’t planning on getting one yet. Our priority was filtering our drinking water at the kitchen sink.
