Christopher came out to preform our seasonal maintenance and FINALLY solved our HVAC drainage issue! We’ve had this drainage problem for years. Other techs, from Blanton’s, have addressed the drainage problem but it continued. Christopher is the only tech who actually checked the drain line in our crawl space. He found the problem and repaired it in about 15 minutes! He was extremely professional and thorough. He explained all issues and repairs in an easy to understand manner. I was shown photos of every step. Christopher is a 5 star employee!

We have used Blanton's for several years across multiple jobs — water heater replacement, minor repairs, and now what turned into two major sewer line replacements at a rental property in historic Fayetteville. Every single experience has been excellent and only continues to deepen our trust in them.

What started as a simple drain issue — poorly repaired by another company and continuing to cause problems — eventually revealed a wildly outdated, quirky 100-year-old terracotta system that needed full replacement in two stages.

Our first technician, Austin, immediately diagnosed the problem and tackled the first half of the sewer lines with impressive care — working around established landscaping, a backyard pond, hand-digging under a brick wall, and preserving as much of the driveway as possible. Due to the age of the system, he wasn't able to fully access the remaining 200 feet running to the city hookup, but everything was flowing smoothly and looked great as far as he could see.

Fast forward a few months, and a section of that remaining old line collapsed. Blanton's was our first call, and Jacob was at the house within 2 hours. He worked tirelessly with his supervisor to find a temporary solution, even going so far as to recommend another company with larger equipment when needed. We did — reluctantly — try them, and quickly realized their customer service was nowhere near the standard we've come to expect from Blanton's. They were also unable to clear the line.

Back to Jacob and his crew for the full replacement. They navigated a narrow driveway flanked by two historic stone retaining walls, preserved the cement driveway, and hand-dug carefully under decorative brick trim — everything was handled with exactly the care I hoped for. The other company had warned us those features might be damaged in the process, which was not reassuring. Blanton's made sure that wasn't the case.

With a system as old and unpredictable as ours, there were plenty of surprises underground. Jacob's team consulted with PWC at every turn, confirmed exactly what was required to bring everything up to code, and connected it all properly to the city line without cutting corners.

Between these two large sewer projects, a water heater replacement, and several smaller repairs over the last four years, Blanton's has never once let us down. Every technician is polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the work they do. Their honesty is what sets them apart — diagnosing issues accurately, being upfront about what they can and can't do, and not charging for services when they can't deliver. That kind of integrity is rare, and it means everything. Blanton's has our trust for good.

Prompt. Advance notification and confirmation of arrival time. Hot temperatures; repair involved access to crawlspace. Length of time for repair was acceptable and above average and materials used were an upgrade.

Sven from Blanton’s Air, Plumbing and Electric came out today to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. I had just called for service the day before so I was very happy he could check it out so soon. He showed up right on time and had kept in contact about when he would arrive. Sven found what he thought was the problem and fixed it right away. He was professional and very nice. I had two installers out from the Fayetteville office, Chris and Austin. They worked a full 12 hour day to get my system installed. It was 90 outside, I can only imagine the heat in the crawlspace. They are true professionals, and I'll highly recommend this company, and if you get this team, you're getting the best!

This week Armando and Lawrence spent several hours at our elderly house in Pinehurst and brought the electrical outlets and circuits breakers into the 21st century. They were wonderfully efficient, quiet and very professional. They cleaned up before they left and we will welcome them back later this week to finish the last of the jobs and anytime an electrician is needed.

I have been using Blantons for a number of years; and each and every time they have been excellent...my most recent experience has been with a quite substantial water leak in my crawl space. Not sure where to begin, so I started with Blantons plumbing. Ethan came out checked plumbing to make sure no pipes were leaking; suggested HVAC take a look. He called up the office and Brian came out the next day to take a look. Brian investigated and suggested we get another HVAC tech in to further investigate the pumps installed by another vendor. He called the office and a tech was there within two hours. Cameron crawled all over the crawlspace and found the leak. It has now been fixed, and the water has been vacuumed out of the crawl space. Good job, good service...

Joe was very knowledgeable and efficient regarding his craft. He was asked to troubleshoot an unrelated issue and was able to quickly deduce the problem and correct it within minutes. That level of professionalism and proficiency is the stuff that demands time taken to acknowledge him with a positive review.

We had Dustin Bracken come out to fix a split pipe on an outdoor spigot. During the visit, he asked if we had other concerns with our plumbing. Of course we did because our house was built during the 06-07 housing boom. In about 2 hours, he fixed the split pipe and spigot, fixed and updated our internal water shut off valve, fixed a leak in the shower we didn't even know we had, and took a look at a few other things to provide us recommendations for updating our home. Dustin was great and really took care of us. 5/5 stars.

Last month I called for routine maintenance on my air condition unit. Customer sevice is wonderful. Chris Orlando came, and only did an amazing job cleaning the unit, but also checked my gas furnance and fixed a part on it, so it would run batter. He said it was included in their checklist. He was very professional. Gave options and prices to pick from.Also left everything clean and tidy when he left. Will definitely be calling on Blanton's when I need anything done in future.

Our electrical technician Daelyn took the time understand my concerns and presented a comprehensive set of proposals to correct the problem and update our home to meet current safety codes. Chris Orlando came out today to do routine maintenance on our HVAC. He was quick, efficient, and polite, and gave me tips on how to keep our HVAC operating efficiently in the meantime. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone seeking HVAC services from Blanton’s.

Last year our downstairs AC went out, and we researched/talked to a lot of different companies before deciding on Blanton’s! When our upstairs unit went last week, my very first step was booking on Blanton’s website!! Their work last year was incredible, so there was no question of who would help us!!

Chris and Moose did a fantastic job installing our new unit on one of the hottest days of the year and in our attic that was over 140 degrees!!! They worked diligently and consistently to get the job done in one day!! We are so incredibly grateful for Blanton’s and their dedication, kindness, and hard work!! AC is a modern miracle, and we are so blessed to have Blanton’s in our community to keep our house cool and comfortable!!

Excellent experience. Spencer Diaz came out to my home and quickly identified the issue with my AC unit. Unfortunately the issue required extensive repair. (Condenser coil was damaged) After being briefed on the issue and the repair cost, Spencer began the repair working well into the evening finishing around 8pm. He gave up time with his family to help me & my family in our time of need. I can't express how grateful Iam.

Description: Install a new 240v circuit from panel to garage for a Level 2 EV charger. Yovani thoroughly described the work necessary and answered my questions when he provided the estimate. I had a couple of subsequent questions which he responded to quickly after I called the Blanton office. He was very courteous with the work going as planned and it looks very professional.

(There was no charge for the visit, it’s included in the WOW service) He checked every faucet, drained the water heater and advised us as what we could/need to upgrade/replace. Someone from Blantons delivered a new hot water heater and we’re done by 1:30 with new drain. Updated wiring, and everything cleaned up. Friendly, courteous, fast and professional.

I had a new HVAC installed, and while I can't say the price of an HVAC makes me happy, I can say I trust their work and I know the service was top notch. James and Chris did a great job of documenting/explaining what they found during their inspection and provided service options that addressed our plumbing concerns and financial realities. Mr. Lemuel, brought all the parts and materials first thing in the morning on the day of the project so there was no delay for Josh and Skip getting started. Travis Barton was here to install 2 UV lights on HVAC systems Blanton’s Air recently installed. Not only did Travis install the lights, he also replaced a thermostat. The thermostat was installed when the HVAC systems were installed however, the thermostat was not operating properly. Blanton’s knew this and was going to order a new thermostat to replace the inoperative one. I was talking to Travis about the thermostat and he said he would take a look at it. He had to get some technical assistance from another HVAC system person, but, was able to get a new thermostat out here that worked with the HVAC system and fix the problem. Kudos to Travis, he went above and beyond. To my way of thinking, Travis deserves a raise, and Blanton’s can send him out here anytime at all to work on my system! Good job Travis, and once again, I do thank you!

My wife and I wanted to be linked/hooked into the Fayetteville City Sewer System, and Blanton’s sent these two experts, along with others to complete the job. I want to tell you from start to finish, Richie and Billy were very professional and really believe in doing a job correctly and professionally. These two professionals took time to protect our property, and landscape while digging up for the sewer lines to be connected. I am extremely proud to have had both of these members doing our work from Blanton’s. Not only did they complete the sewer hook up, but also changed out our kitchen sink faucet with a sprayer, and also replaced our hot water heater. All of this work was done methodically, and completely as planned. All of the tasks were met and accomplished, and our property was put back better than when they arrived to start digging…. Really!! We had a leak in our expansion tank on our water heater that just popped open today around noon. I shut off the water and called Blanton’s and they had someone out there around 330pm. Chris Regan our plumber was great! He was very friendly and made short work of replacing the tank. He also checked out water pressure and did a check of all our water points in the house and outside. We would definitely call Blanton’s again if we needed them!

I cannot recommend Ty from Blanton's enough! We had been dealing with an incredibly stressful situation a massive, unexplained power drain that spiked our electric bill to nearly $1,000, and an electrical panel that was literally glowing hot on a thermal camera due to a previous company's botched EV charger installation. With a six-year-old and a young cat in the house, knowing there was an active fire hazard behind the wall was absolutely terrifying. Ty came out and immediately figured out exactly what was going wrong. He explained the entire issue with the undersized wiring so clearly and made sure I completely understood the problem. Even better, he offered a same-day fix to get the dangerous situation sorted out safely. What started as an overwhelming nightmare was made entirely painless thanks to his professionalism and expertise. Dakota Coffman was my Plumber Service Tech today. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He came in first assessed problem area and started on it immediately and found that it was the wax seal in the toilet and not a pipe leaking. Replaced and tested 3 times with no leaks prior to caulk sealing the toilet to floor. He cleaned all areas after completion. He did great work.

I’ve used Blanton’s before, so I was not surprised at the professional service I received. Chase was very thorough, ultimately inspecting my upper and lower HVAC system. His inspection identified some areas, that I was unaware of, which could have potentially become an issue in the future. I particularly appreciate the pictures that Chase provided, so I could see exactly what he was talking about. I had minimal questions, at the end of the visit. Blanton’s always satisfies, and I would definitely recommend to customers who are shopping for a HVAC and plumbing repair company.

Very good service and great customer care . I am writing to amend this review which evidently my husband did. On Jan 2026 we had Blanton.s come to repair a cut off valve on our refrigerator that goes to the icemaker which cost an exorbititant price of $646.66 It was apparently repaired in an faulty incorrect method. Today 26 May 2026 the icemaker stopped working so in the examinations we found the repaired tubing had ruptured and water was all over the floor. We quickly put the tube in a bucket and started trying to find a plumber. We found one in Clinton who agreed to come to our aid. When he arrived and looked at the connection he immediately said he would not have put that type of tubing on the line, it was soft clear plastic in two sections evidently to get it to fit on the coupling, and the middle section had ruptured. The replacement was heavy duty and much smaller tubing apparently the correct type of tubing. This cost was much more reasonable, more in line of what we thought it should be, especially since it was done on an emergency basis. I am writing this to hopefully get the attention of the owner of Blanton's and if they are any kind of business we should get at least a partial refund for the exorbitant fee they charged us for this repair, that lasted only 4 3/4 months or to repay us for the newest charge of $187.00. I have the defective piece of tubing if they want to see it but it remains in my possession. Needless to say we no longer feel as we did when the review was posted and will never use Blanton's plumbing again Thank you Rose Jenkins

Both of my bathroom fans have been out for quite some time and I just didn’t know honestly who to call to fix them. Blanton’s company sent out an axon what they do and I was like “Yes” I know now. I’ve already done business with the company in the past for my 2 units that were units like almost 3 years ago so I called. My technician was Armando Arroyo and he fixed both of my bathroom fans and explained to me first hand what he needed to do. He ordered the parts and returned to complete the work. I also explained to him that the Bosch unit I bought from them a couple of years back was having some issues and he looked it over and he is going to have someone in that field come look at it another day. I will continue doing business with Blanton and presently I’m trying to figure out what my next project is that their company can help me out with being that I now know they have many different things they do with their mail ad. This is just one of the fans he fixed. 7/17/2025: Vincent Maples the plumber technician who came to provide service for my tub was very informative on each step. The water was continuously running where I got a call from the water company letting me know that in 8 hours 30 gallons of water was used and I needed to see if there were any leaks throughout my house. The upstairs tub had the leak and instead of repairing i chose the replacement. I have no interest of the work behind fixing the issue but Mr Maples explained the procedure down where honestly he made it quite interesting. Thank you Mr Maples for fixing my tub.
