This outstanding service professional deserves recognition. In his polite and friendly way, Biruk finished tasks one by one carefully and methodically while informing and educating us thoroughly along the way. He is a real asset to Blanton's. All of the above! Casey was absolutely the best. I have used you in the past and has recommended you to others and they have followed suet. I have dealt with other companies in the past and it was terrible. While one person was working on my unit the other one was trying to sell us a new one. Then it broke within two days and they still charged us for the same new part that they put on two days earlier. They said they gave us 10% discount on the trip charge. Also the worker was bad mouthing the other installers. Three times they came out for the same problem. The fourth time I called another company. They kept changing the time and date. So I found you all by computer called, you came out fixed it when you said you would . Your prices were fair and I didn't have to call anyone else. You all fixed it the first time and it never broke again. Your service people are very professional and answered all my questions. Thank you so much.

Cliff B. was an outstanding technician with attention to detail when troubleshooting the HVAC issues we were having as well as an excellent ability to articulate the issue and resolution. It took a week to order parts, but he was just as outstanding on his second visit as the first. Friendly personality, technical skill set, respectful of your home and surroundings, while also being able to communicate clearly. 10/10! Additionally Nick Estes installed a new water heater for us yesterday. He communicated clearly, respected our home, cleaned up and provided guidance on preventative maintenance.

I was above and beyond impressed with Blanton's. And also with our service man, Mike Tyndall! They were able to come out the same day. They sent me a text message when Mike was on the way that showed his photo and shared a little about him and I thought that was the greatest thing! Mike was do helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. We Will definitely continue to use them for our plumbing and HVAC needs!

I just had my HVAC systems serviced by Mr. Chris Orlando and I couldn't be more satisfied. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He checked all the parts to ensure everything was running efficiently. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and he quickly fixed an issue we had with one of the vents. I feel much more confident heading into the summer season knowing that my HVAC systems were well taken care of.

Garrett arrived promptly, began investigating the problem and provided several service options for our review. While finishing up the work in the panel, he noticed that one breaker that was not locking down and suggested a replacement. I agreed and it was attended to. His attitude was always friendly and answered any questions that I had. I would use Blanton's again if the need arose.

I called about an HVAC issue and Blantons offered to send someone thr same day! I was unable to be home but was serviced the next day. Andrew was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all issues with my HVAC system in simple terms and quoted me transparent pricing before any work was done. He was able to resolve all my issues in under 90 minutes and the temperature inside had already went down by 12 degrees by the time he finished everything. Blantons does it again!

The stars are for the employee Chase Westmoreland, he was very professional, also explained what he did and fixed. We have called so many times the company because every time there was some new issue and I think finally the problem was discovered. I definitely recommend him.

Blanton’s always comes through for me! I called this morning to request an inspection of my plumbing system after recent renovations and they were able to schedule me same day & free of charge as I participate in their “wow” service plan. Sven and Austin arrived in good spirits and were happy to help. They talked me through the inspection process, asked for feedback & if I had any specific concerns, then got to work. They were able to address all my concerns and clear my worries. They also provided an abundance of helpful information and recommendations for consideration before they left. Thank you!

Gil came out and assessed one of my units that wasn’t cooling at our 4 system house. Gil called ahead and provided an arrival window and then proceeded to be right on time !! He conducted his evaluation of the unit, figured out what the issue was, called the supply house and got pricing right then. He was empathetic with our situation yet still straight forward and honest giving us all of our options. We were grateful to be able to get Gil out and will use him and Blanton’s for all of our HVAC needs. Thank you Blanton’s !!

Update to previous complaint: I don’t think it’s fair to blame Blanton for the condition of a unit the manufacturer is responsible for. I do give 150% credit to Blanton (in particular Beverly—for answering my messages and immediately providing assistance as requested and to Joshu Geercken) who came first thing to my house to repair the issue ai was having. And to thoroughly go through my HVAC system to ensure everything was in working order

Had my annual plumbing system check and water heater flush and maintenance scheduled. Mr. DB3 performed the necessary tasks and also did some routine maintenance, tightening a compression nut to take care of a leak under my kitchen sink and tightened up a bathroom sink faucet setting for me. DB3 (David Blanton) was professional, competent, knowledgeable, and personable. Would be pleased to have him as a plumbing service representative anytime the need arises. Very pleased. Would happily recommend Blanton’s services. Never been disappointed.

Brittney Fields with Blanton's did an excellent job evaluating and resolving our electrical issues at our home. She arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. She explained what the issues were and how she was going to make the repairs and what it would cost. She gave us a couple of options and was very patient and answered all our questions professionally. She made the repairs quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after the repairs were made. {This Review was posted on April 16th 2025. For some reason it did not post to Blanton's. I reposted it today.} We contacted Blanton's Air, Plumbing, & Electric to get an estimate for a new install of a tankless water heater. Blanton's confirmed through email the day before that they were coming out today. This morning, I got a text to remind me they would be out today. Later in the morning, they called me directly to let me know when they would be here. Approximately 30 minutes before he arrived, plumbing technician Jacob Eason called to let me know he was on his way and checked to see if this was still a good time to come out. Then I got a text from Blanton's with a short bio on Jacob. Their communication was outstanding and the bio on our technician was a great touch. Jacob arrived promptly and and looked at our water heater setup and quickly determined what type of new tankless heater we would need. He went through the pros and cons of electric vs LP as we don't have access to natural gas. Then he asked us about our water pressure. We told him we thought it was terrible and he immediately got his pressure meter and tools and went through our entire house checking every faucet! He found 3 problems with our faucets and fixed them on the spot! He found a problem with our master shower that was caused by the original builders not removing a shipping plug from the shower head and now after 18 years, we finally have great water pressure in our showr! He even went under our house just to make sure we had no leaks, which we didn't. His friendly, straight forward manner immediately made my wife and me comfortable dealing with him. He gave us 4 different estimates, ensuring that there would be a choice within our budget. He also told us that he would be the technician installing our heater when we make our decision, which we are extremely happy about. Even though we only asked for a quote on water heater installation, Jacob said everything he did at our home was covered under the service call. All in all, we are extremely happy with Blanton's as a company, and even more happy with our technician, Jacob Eason! I highly recommend this company and especially recommend you ask for Jacob! Update April 25, 2005 - On April 23rd, Jacob Eason and another plumber, Mason Coleman came out to install our tankless water heater. Electrician Armando Arroyo also arrived to install the electrical service for the water heater. Again, Blanton's communication was impeccable, and we knew exactly when our service folks would show up. I can't post everything I want because the review won't allow that many characters. Suffice to say that our tankless water heater installation was excellent as was the Whole Home Surge Protector Armando installed for us. Blanton's advertises WOW service and that is exactly what we got. I highly recommend Blanton's for any of your needs that they can handle. Most importantly, I recommend asking for Plumbing experts, Jacob Eason and Mason Coleman and Journeyman Electrician Armando Arroyo. These men are qualified, friendly and thorough in their work. They will ensure you are happy with the services they provide. Thank you to Blanton's. We will not be looking for any other companies to handle our plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.

Easter Disaster when a pinhole leak appeared above the downstairs half bathroom! What a mess! We called Sunday evening and asked to have someone come out on Monday or Tuesday. Monday at 8:30, David Blanton, III, came to our rescue. He gave us several options which included replacing/repairing pipe junctions and fixing pipe bellies in the crawl space. Awesome service!

I would like to thank Blantons for hiring and training such a remarkable person in Taylor Belch. She was personalable and very knowledgeable about our unit. Appreciate you taking care of our AC.

Just had my HVAC maintenance service by Pedro Martinez. He did an excellent job with the service was friendly and informative great overall experience.

Was very thorough. I appreciated his explanations and input.

1. Pedro Martinez called our residence exactly 30 minutes before he arrived on 23 April 2025. 2. Pedro has been servicing our 2 heating and air conditioning units for quite sometime now. We always request Pedro because of his expertise and knowledge of heating and air conditioning units plus he is also very courteous and polite. 3. Pedro dismounted his vehicle and then we exchanged a little small talk. Pedro knows that we are members of the No Worries Club. He explained to me that he was going to service our air conditioning units and prepare them for the hot summer months ahead of us. 4. Pedro gathered his tools and hit the ground running. Pedro spent several hours servicing our air conditioning units. And when it was all said and done ... Pedro showed us the "before" and "after" pictures of our air conditioning units and what he had done to get them up to specifications ! 5. Pedro is an expert at his profession and has a tremendous work ethic. The wife and I were very pleased with his services and when I asked him what our cost was ... Pedro said: No Charge because the service comes with the "No Worries Plan" ! Pedro brought "Smiles" to our Faces.

He did an excellent job servicing my HVAC unit. He was very knowledgeable and experience. He was in and out quickly, on time, and was very courteous. I would definitely recommend this young man. Job well done. Thank you

Every time I call Blanton's they are super responsive and helpful. They always work with my schedule as best they can. I have an older home with all the problems that go along with that, so I called them for an electrical issue a few years ago, and I've since used them for plumbing and most recently HVAC. Every technician/representative who has come out for each different issue has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer my questions and they're always upfront about costs and timelines. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from them. At this point, I will be a loyal customer for life.

I am a relatively new homeowner and connected with Blanton's last year. They came out and took care of business to ensure my house on all fronts was working (electric, plumbing, HVAC). This year, to prep for the summer, I signed for one of their plans to keep things in order and that's when I met Brian Broadney, the most enjoyable and helpful HVAC fella a homeowner could ask for. He came out, was easy to talk with, fun to talk with, but most importantly was diligent and thorough in his work. Hilariously - (I saw with some ironic humor) after he serviced the AC, 3 days later - it froze over. Kiddos.....kiddos touching things. Alas, when I called for help - he fit me in (and stayed late in the eve) to help us get our AC back together. He made a really hot and annoying experience - delightful. Though I am highlighting Brian here, I have worked with at least 5 people from Blanton's and they are all similarly inclined.

{This Review was posted on April 16th 2025. For some reason it did not post to Blanton's. I reposted it today.} We contacted Blanton's Air, Plumbing, & Electric to get an estimate for a new install of a tankless water heater. Blanton's confirmed through email the day before that they were coming out today. This morning, I got a text to remind me they would be out today. Later in the morning, they called me directly to let me know when they would be here. Approximately 30 minutes before he arrived, plumbing technician Jacob Eason called to let me know he was on his way and checked to see if this was still a good time to come out. Then I got a text from Blanton's with a short bio on Jacob. Their communication was outstanding and the bio on our technician was a great touch. Jacob arrived promptly and and looked at our water heater setup and quickly determined what type of new tankless heater we would need. He went through the pros and cons of electric vs LP as we don't have access to natural gas. Then he asked us about our water pressure. We told him we thought it was terrible and he immediately got his pressure meter and tools and went through our entire house checking every faucet! He found 3 problems with our faucets and fixed them on the spot! He found a problem with our master shower that was caused by the original builders not removing a shipping plug from the shower head and now after 18 years, we finally have great water pressure in our showr! He even went under our house just to make sure we had no leaks, which we didn't. His friendly, straight forward manner immediately made my wife and me comfortable dealing with him. He gave us 4 different estimates, ensuring that there would be a choice within our budget. He also told us that he would be the technician installing our heater when we make our decision, which we are extremely happy about. Even though we only asked for a quote on water heater installation, Jacob said everything he did at our home was covered under the service call. All in all, we are extremely happy with Blanton's as a company, and even more happy with our technician, Jacob Eason! I highly recommend this company and especially recommend you ask for Jacob!

Chris Dick was the best. Our plumbing is basically in shambles and went through everything step by step with us and made sure he answered all of our questions and fixed what he could immediately. Definitely helped us in a time of crisis.

Brian Smith was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained the sources and options for our plumbing issues. He was quick, efficient, and thorough in installing a new kitchen faucet for us.

We trust Blanton’s and have used them 4 times in 4 years. If more things broke, we’d call them more often. Professional, courteous, kind - just overall good people. I planned 4-5 hours for a DIY plumbing fix. Tim at Blanton’s did it in 30 minutes and that included me talking his ear off for 20 of it. Ask for Tim. Save yourself a bunch of mess, buying one off tools, and a few hours of your life. Call Blanton’s.

After sleeping in a cold house last night, James H. came in and effected a repair in less than 2-hours my system is running and my house is getting warmer. Thanks James. 13FEB23 - Ok. These guys are magicians. They came in and installed a full system in my home. Professional, courteous, efficient, and the knowledge of their systems is far beyond what I expected. Excellence is still available. 5-Stars (8 if I could). 21APR25 - Dustin (even though he’s a West Coast guy) is the ardent professional. A Master Police Officer, or MPO, is a manager, trainer, and all around professional. They are the Warrant Officers of the department. Give Dustin a raise and make him your MTO.

Excellent service by Taylor, Johnny, and Justin as they came out and broke down our old unit and installed a brand new system in less than 8 hours. Walked me through the whole process as well and took care not to damage anything. Will definitely look to them again for any services!

I had what I considered a major electrical issue. Blantons was able to send Ty out same day. He thoroughly examined my system, determined the proximate cause of my issue, presented courses of action to resolve, and solved it all same day. Very efficient and pleasant experience.

UPDATED!!! Let me start off with been dealing with issues with our unit we our going on number 3 since 2022 and right now we been told since February that they are looking for a replacement since the new refrigerant update and it's getting up to 90 inside my house the unit is leaking and I asked to have thermostat changed because it wasn't going from ac and heat like it should so I was asked if it was a t10 thermostat I said yes then the tech called me today and said was not the same one and I told him not to install it because we have a sensor in the living room and now it doesn't work and it's not a smart thermostat to change from heat and ac on its own this is getting ridiculous and me and my wife are getting tired of the management we are dealing with I would like to talk to the owner. While other managers were making false promises and then dodging my calls, Beverly called today and we talked a couple times and she has helped resolve the issues that were going on. In one day, Beverly has done more to help us than management has done in two months.

Top marks to the outstanding Blanton’s plumber, Dakota! He did a great job replacing my leaking faucets and repairing/replacing worn out valves. As the original homeowner, I appreciated how he also made some solid suggestions for future home improvements and ongoing maintenance. Dakota’s professionalism was truly above average. Five stars—and I’ll be sure to call Blanton’s again!

Tyler did an great job with upgrading our electric receptacles and even fixed one that hadn't been working years. He was excellent in letting us know about circuit restoration, replacing the smoke alarms, and upgrading our chandelier light bulbs to LED.

Easter Disaster when a pinhole leak appeared above the downstairs half bathroom! What a mess! We called Sunday evening and asked to have someone come out on Monday or Tuesday. Monday at 8:30, David Blanton, III, came to our rescue. He gave us several options which included replacing/repairing pipe junctions and fixing pipe bellies in the crawl space. Awesome service!

Pedro was friendly, professional and efficient. I didn’t have any concerns about my HVAC system as it is only several yrs old and luckily no problems were found during this routine maintenance visit.

My husband and I are extremely happy with service provided by technician Benny Henry. He is very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. He showed me some of the problems with our system, rather than pictures alone. He explained options available. He was very respectful and friendly during visit. We needed a new water heater. David came out really early, made friends with the dog and listened to my concerns. After having to argue with 4 previous non-Blanton plumbers about what size water heater they thought I need ("you don't need 80 gallons"), David never invalidated that wish. It was refreshing. Not only that, but he also told me why they did that (essentially lying to avoid having to do it). He got the water heater I wanted and installed it without complaint or argument. Trust me, I have learned to appreciate that. He was here all day and did a perfect job of installing the new unit. I could go on but let's just say I had a great experience with Blanton's.

I hired Blanton's to replace my entire system including duct work and breaker boxes. They said it would take 3 days. On the first day they showed up on time, all were all professional and worked nonstop the entire day. The next day they continued to impress. They communicated their plans and expectations and was able to complete the job a Day Early. Travis, Johny, Justin, Que, and Chris were awesome, friendly and wanted to make sure I had all of my questions answered.
