She maintained excellent communication throughout the day, providing timely updates on when our technician would be arriving. Our technician, Olekxandr Gryshko, continued the exceptional service. He was prompt, incredibly polite, and took the time to meticulously go through our heating system. He patiently and clearly answered every question we had. When a part needed to be ordered, Olekxandr's communication regarding the follow-up visit was above anything I expected. Justin was awesome and extremely professional while still being very friendly and helpful. He walked through all my options and what each meant for me. Once he got to work, he surmised that the responsibility for the leak I was dealing with actually fell on the city, thus saving me a significant amount of money. He still did me a solid by helping take care of one other minor issue I was dealing with before he was on his way. An all around very good experience.

Clifton Chavis gave excellent customer service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and alerted me to a few items to pay attention to to keep my system running smoothly.

I called on Wednesday morning and someone was at my house by 10:30 am. We had to replace a HVAC unit and the project manager was here at 5 that night. The unit was replaced on Friday - the whole process was seamless. These people know their jobs and it shows!

The plumber Mr Collins was professional polite and courteous, he troubleshoot the problem gave me an estimate, the estimate was reasonable. The work was performed within an hour.

Called Blanton’s to get inspection & cleaning on gas hot water. I must say that this was the most efficient service that I’ve had in a long time. Service tech, David was on time, curteous , polite & very knowledgeable! He addressed all my concerns, gave me a very clear written quote on what he suggested would be best for my needs.i was very impressed with his professionalism & knowledge! Phillip did a wonderful job and was very professional. I would rate him higher than a five star if possible. $1400. for a small fan replacement was ridiculously overpriced!!

Biruk Wolde and Chris drained/ cleaned my water heater and inspected the whole house for plumbing issues. This is an annual service under the Wow service plan. They were thorough, answered all of my questions and explained issues that they saw... to be expected in a 25+ year old home. Both men were very polite and friendly. Would be confident any future work would perform as promised.

At 11:30 AM, I discovered a leak on the second floor. A Blanton Service Professional arrived promptly at 1:00 PM, and by 2:30 PM, the issue was fully resolved—allowing me to continue with my day without further disruption. Johnny and James came out to complete installation of new septic lines under my house. They did a great job and they were very professional with me. I have gained two new friends! I’m so grateful for their hard work, and I have confidence that they did a great job. Not only that, but they were able to make the repairs for much less than they estimated. And they reimbursed the difference! In this day, it is unheard of for companies to reduce the charge when they could have kept the difference and said nothing. Great job, Blanton’s! I will recommend you from now on. It’s good to know there are still honest people who choose to treat people fairly. Blanton’s Plumbing did a great job repairing my water leak. We are very happy with our recent service from Blanton’s!! The whole process was friendly and professional from service intake, to Gus’ assessment, to installation. Gino and his assistant were fantastic and made sure we understood the duct replacement process and expectations. Super professional and kind. We can tell a big difference with the new duct work. Good people!

Blanton's replaced my entire HVAC system. It started with my heat failure. The technician (Gil) was sent out to troubleshoot and showed me the fault and explained the repair cost. The system had been repaired a few times already. The was no longer a warranty and I did not want to put any more money into the old system. It was more than 15 yrs old. A Comfort Adviser (Kevin) was sent out at my request to explain options for a new system. He measured every room in the house to determine the size of the system required to function correctly in my home. After he determined the suitable systems, I chose the one I thought would be best. The next day a team of technicians (Gino) and his assistant reported for installation of my new HVAC system at my home. They worked all day and removed the old system and installed the new one. This included inside and outside. All of Blanton's personnel involved were polite and professional. I would highly recommend the Blanton's organization and I am sure to be using them again.

We had a gas tankless hot water heater installed (love it!) and removal of the old gas hot water heater storage tank from our 2nd story attic, as well as installation of a new master bathroom toilet and shutoff valve. Our three Blanton’s technicians, James McMakin, Jacob Eason, and Jorge Rodriguez did an absolutely outstanding job in accomplishing everything and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. They were extremely professional, experienced, courteous, and personable. What my wife and I especially liked was they addressed every question and concern we had and explained everything in a friendly manner, ensuring we were completely satisfied with their answers before resuming their work. We highly recommend all three of these highly skilled and trained individuals, with special thanks to James for getting the old hot water heater removed from the 2nd story attic without a bit of damage or mess (was our biggest concern)! Blanton’s prices may seem a bit high to some, but we feel it was well worth the cost for top-notch quality work done right the first time and up to code by knowledgeable experienced technicians! On a follow up service call, one of Blanton’s electricians, Jorge Rodriguez, did a whole house electrical check for us and identified several issues that needed immediate attention, many of us we were aware of, but needed confirmation and recommended solutions. Jorge took the time to thoroughly discuss all options to address each issue and assisted us in choosing the right solution in each case. He was able to fix several electrical problems that had existed since we moved into our house over 3 years ago (our bad for not addressing them sooner), plus provide good recommendations to address other areas, such as replacing our 25-year old smoke detectors (7), adding one combo smoke and carbon dioxide detector on each story, and upgrading our 25-year old circuit breaker box, to include surge protectors. We can’t emphasize how highly we think of Jorge’s knowledge and capabilities! He was extremely patient and satisfactorily answered our many questions and concerns. He will definitely be our “go to” electrician for all future needs!
