A month ago Parker came over and provided deluxe service. There was more work than initially expected that ended up getting done and he ended up at our house all day. He was super polite and patient with us talking his ear off while he was working. Blanton's is the best and we will be using them for all of our electric needs from now on. Great job, Parker! EDIT: It's January 2026 now. I needed an entire new sewer and water lines and it was 6K over my budget. Blantons helped me out by covering the electrical work I also needed so at least the bill wouldn't go any higher. Austin and Nick came by to do all the plumbing. Freddy came to do the electrical work. All 3 of them no surprise were amazing humans that I would request again. So much love to Blantons. I am a lifelong customer that will call them for all my plumbing electric and HVAC needs. I can't say enough how friendly everyone was.

Update on work complete. We have been noticing our shower drain water backing up when taking a shower. I called Blantons to request we get the same guys out the completed the work. They did just that we got Nathaniel back out. Who was knowledgeable, professional and detalied on what he need to do to complete the work. He was fast with the work and out in no time. I am ver happy with everything he even recommended a preventive to keep hair and other other items from backing up the drain. Nothing against all of you there but when get someone that takes care of your needs that who you want. Blanton is great I got sewer scope done on a House I’m buying and it couldn’t have been. The Tech they sent was very knowledgeable about Homes overall and set my mind at ease with being a first time homebuyer. I will admit the price can be quite high but you pay for good service and effective advisement. Sven even gave me a pamphlet and let me know about a membership opportunity.

Blanton’s Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic. Wyatt did a thorough inspection, explained everything clearly, and even showed us our previous “cleaning” company hadn’t actually been cleaning the system. Travis and Parker installed our new unit quickly and professionally, they were both very nice and did a great job of explaining everything to me. They kept a clean job site and when they were done they left nothing behind. The install was quieter than expected too — I worked from home during the install with no issue. Most importantly, the new system fired up with no issues and has been working great. They have great systems for managing their technicians too. In addition to receiving a call when they were on the way, I also received a text message with a link I could use to see exactly where they were on a map. The support team is also very friendly and professional on the phone. As a small business owner, I was very impressed with the end to end customer experience with Blanton's. Nick was amazing. He was very helpful through the process and explained everything that was needed and what our options were.

Blake Garret and Nick did an excellent job I called them on 1/14/26 with an inspection emergency for my complex I manage they came out at 430pm and on 1/15 they showed up and started working We needed parts that are hard to find and they found them! They went above and beyond for us!

We have a house book left by the former owner of our house. Your name and number was written on the back of the book. We were having trouble with our water leaking at our house. You sent Brian here to fix our problem. He is the nicest person we have ever had the pleasure to work with. He made us feel comfortable and confident about every aspect of the repair. Brian is good at what he does. I’m a wheelchair bound disabled Veteran and he made sure my wife was able to walk with him so he could explain everything. Bottom line, Brian is a credit plus for Blantons!

Called to schedule to have units checked for summer. Taylor Belch called the day of appointment and let me know when she’d arrive. Very polite went about her work. Once she was done she said everything looked good and the units were clean. She sent a report with pictures of everything including all the tests. Thank you

Joe Guarisco of Blanton's Air, Plumbing, and Electric was AWESOME! He problem solved a long standing issue with a crucial light in the work area of my Chapel Hill kitchen. It''s replacement is a big improvement....thank you, Joe.

We just had Blanton's install a ceiling fan in our great room. Why didn't I do it, you might ask. Well, this required a 13 or 15 foot ladder. No way I was going to try doing that installation. There was some confusion the first time Blanton's came out to install the fan. Although the electrician who had quoted the work had mentioned on the quote that a ladder was necessary, it did not come out with the electrician. This second time they sent the ladder along with the electrician. And they sent a second electrician to help with the installation. It only took three hours to install it. And we were VERY pleased with the work that Joe Guarisco did, assisted by Ayden, and Alex delivered the ladder. Great teamwork!!

We had a plumbing issue with our toilets backing up and called Blanton’s. They were able to send a technician right away. Austin was thorough, patient (even during my meltdown!), and did an outstanding job explaining everything. Even the dispatchers (Monica and Aura?) were friendly and helpful. When you’re dealing with a stressful plumbing issue, you want to feel taken care of—and Blanton’s did exactly that!

Pricing is a bit steep... However..... Outstanding customer service. Not in thr least bit pushy or invasive. Dustin was quick to diagnose and repair. As well as very knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly, the workmanship was awesome and the installer was very cordial.  He was an extremely hard worker and did awesome work and obviously enjoyed his work. The sink faucet installed was of the same handicapped design we had.  Thank you. The drains now work awesomely.  They have never drained that fast and efficiently since I bought our house 8 years ago. The only downfall for me as a very large handicapped customer is the documentation of my, the customer's, special requests on both the work order/estimate and if it can't be done, reason should be stated and then confirmed on the final invoice like if a request exceeds maximum available or by code or other such reason. As such, I had several special requests that I needed to be addressed and documented in the work order to meet my physical needs before the work started.  I provided these requests in detail and and writing when I first requested assistance.  When they called to confirm the first appointment, I asked if they received and if could meet my requests.  She said she thought so but discuss with the installer.  I did discuss them with him.   He said he saw them.  He didn't write them in the paper work order as I requested nor seem to use them when shopping for the toilets.  He said he ordered highest quality with ADA compatibility.  This is really great but this doesn't mean it will meet what I requested.  Evidently, toilet specs were not researched or verified before shopping for toilets (see reasons outlined below).  These specs are available on all manufactured load bearing products like toilets, ladders, furniture etc.  I requested a copy of these specs for my piece of mind to trust my weight in usage of these fixtures.  I only received a Google screenshot of the AI details.  He tried to find the specs on packaging but couldn't find them.  If the work order had the product model info on the work order or final invoice, I could look it up on manufacturer's website myself. *My requested toilet weight capacity was not used in shopping for toilet fixtures but luckily the toilets purchased did exceed it BUT the toilet seats DO NOT.  Their weight capacity is much lower than my weight so I worry constantly the seats will be break at anytime!!! * New toilet was not raised  higher than my old one as I also requested and with the thinner seat, it is actually sits lower.  The height provided (~16") is still inches below the maximum height of 19" available. *My request for a higher water level in the toilet bowl was also not addressed.  We talked about it but because it wasn't outlined in the work order/invoice as requested, the actual setting is still not clear to me.  Conversation kept switching to strong flushing force so not to worry about it.  That is great but does not address the water depth in the bowl and being so large myself, I need the deeper water level. I do really appreciate all the hard work provided but hope you will work to address customer's requests into your documents so they can relax during the installation process and have comfort and piece of mind that the work will be done as the expected.   Thank you again for all your service to my home.

I just had my HVAC systems serviced by Mr. Chris Orlando and I couldn't be more satisfied. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He checked all the parts to ensure everything was running efficiently. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and he quickly fixed an issue we had with one of the vents. I feel much more confident heading into the summer season knowing that my HVAC systems were well taken care of.

Had our main water line break but I have an insurance policy through Homeserve for this type of repair But after three selected subcontractors failed to provide emergency service, contacted Blantons and they arrive same day. They dug in, found the waterline break, and repaired it. Courteous and professional, at a price point appropriate for the work. You get what you pay for and when minutes count, you don’t wanna wait days to get your water main repaired. Blanton’s is the only company I call for my heating, plumbing, and air-conditioning needs. I did think the price was kind of high but, it was a needed repair.

Reviews usually lean one of two ways: An awesome experience or a great experience. I had a plumber (Nick H.) and electrician (Daelyn K.) come out today for a couple things. Both were extremely thorough, professional, and did a great job breaking everything down. They alsl helped me plan out different options and future plans for work to be done, without making be feel rushed or pressured to spend more money. 10/10 service. I'll be asking for these two specifcially every time I need plumbing or electric! If every Blanton employee is like this, I would 100% recommend them! Update: 1/5/1025 We got the WOW package and had our free annual electrical checkup. I requested Daelyn K. since he did such an awesome job last time. He was just as thorough and professional as the first time -- 10/10, highly recommend him for any electrical work.

Instead of completing the work in his field he also coordinated and ensured a seamless transition with the heating team, sticking around until all issues were completed. Armando from Blanton’s Air & Electric was fantastic. He arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the electrical work with real professionalism. What stood out most was how thorough and respectful he was, he made sure I understood what he was doing, offered helpful recommendations without any pressure, and left everything cleaner than he found it. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Armando absolutely does. I’ll definitely be requesting him for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Wow! What great service and install!! Elijah, Gabe and Chris did a fantastic job! Started in morning and finished by 4:30, even though one guy had to leave. Blanton's is the place to go for a furnace and a/c replacement. Everyone from the project manager, (Kyle) to office personnel to installers that came out. A first class operation!

Apparently there was a malfunction in one of the parts that was installed, it took quite a bit of time for a Philip to find out what was wrong he was very patient took his time .I mean from the attic upstairs, to the outside, back to the thermostat inside, he wasn't satisfied until he found the issue which he did and got it working properly ! He also explained everything that he was doing! I am what he needed to do to get it running properly and effectively.

Had a leak under our bathroom sink and Blanton’s Air, Plumbing, & Electric set up an appointment for the very next day. Brian Smith was very prompt, personable, and very knowledgeable. He found that our older sink has begun to rust, and he not only explained the problem, but showed us also. He asked if we would like for him to check our other bathroom sink (older one also), and showed us where it had begun to rust also. We decided to have both sinks and faucets replaced. Brian went and got the sinks, returned and installed them both promptly. We were very satisfied with his work.

Him and the company don't try to talk you into buying something new. I definitely needed a new hot water heater (my old one was running 10 years past its service date). My old one also wasn't installed properly. Nick ensured this new one was installed properly (with a stand and drip pan).

Sven was very professional. He explained all the options we had so we could make the best choice. He also found that our water pressure from the water company was too high so we installed a pressure regulator to protect our house. We feel blessed that Blantons is here to take care of us. Before we made our decision, we got other quotes and Sven was able to educate us about all the cost and the piece of mind of getting protected by Blantons with their reputation for being the best, doing the best work and having a guarantee that lasts.

I had a new two-zone system installed today by Taylor, Johnny, and DaCorris. They showed up first thing this morning and spent the entire day into the evening completing the install. The entire team was professional, friendly, and worked diligently to complete this time consuming install. They even went above and beyond and changed out a bad switch and replaced the bulb in my attic space! Unfortunately, one of the components on the new system is defective and someone will have to come out tomorrow morning to switch it out, but that’s outside their control. They kept me informed during the whole process and don’t hesitate to answer any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and this team exemplified the quality of service I’ve come to expect with Blanton’s.

Mr. Greene Was professional and kind and was able to fix the issue with the sinkerator. He also explained to me how to know when something was stuck in it and to use the little tool that was used to adjust it. He also helped me with the lights since one got triggered and we fixed that. I will highly recommend him and request him again. 5 stars for his service. Thank you.
