Had a leak on the second floor guest bathroom. Leak was from the shower. Service was fast and transparent with findings and costs associated.

Chris did an excellent job replacing our very broken water heater. He was so pleasant and polite and clearly an expert in his field. We had a great experience working with Chris and Blanton's and would recommend their service.

Richie fixed a leak behind a wall in our dining room. He was very friendly and personable. He explained pricing before he started the job. Once getting into the wall, he explained pricing to replace the leaking hose. Overall, the price wasn't bad considering all he had to do to make the repair. Richie's work was efficiently and fast. Took pictures of the damage and sent those pictures to me for our record keeping. His good service convinced me to join the service plan. Richie is the man! UPDATE 12/9/24......Collin came out today to do a maintenance on my water heater. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained everything he would do before he did it. No pressure or up selling. I felt very comfortable with him. My twin 5 year olds had lots of questions and he was grest with them as well. Blanton's hires quality people that do quality work. I'm happy i signed up for their membership program. UPDATE 12/1/25......Diana came out to provide a maintenance service on my hvac unit. Although it was super early and cold, she was very pleasant to work with. She was thorough and went over all of what the maintenance entailed. She showed me pictures and all. She even had a chat with my twin boys before they headed out for school. I am very pleased with the work Diana provided me today.

5AM: outside temp in lower 20’s, “heat” blowing cold air only. Called and talked to, I’m pretty sure, an AI, which took all my information. Diana was at my home by 9:45AM, bundled up and chipper, problem alleviated by 10:30AM. Heat working, part ordered (military discount applied), customer happy (BOM BOM 😏).

Fredri Morales with Blankton’s Air Plumbing and Electric was superb. He arrived first thing in the morning as scheduled and did an excellent job. Highly recommend Fredri and Blankton’s.

Working with Blanton’s was a positive experience. Even though I contacted them online, after hours the night before Thanksgiving, they called me within minutes to schedule my service. The plumbing expert was on time and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed timely, within a reasonable cost.

I had a very old hard-wired smoke detector with battery backup replaced with a combined smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector. The electrician, Armondo Arroyo, called to alert me prior to his arrival. He was very professional and answered all my questions concerning the installation before giving me a quote. He did the job quickly, cleaned up the debris, and even wore a KN95 mask, at my request. I will ask for Mr. Arroyo again.

Our hot water heater started leaking and needed replacing. We contacted Blantons Monday morning and Justin came out to give us a quote that morning. We agreed and had it replaced the same day. Justin provided excellent service and professionalism. Blantons is not the cheapest but their quality and service are hard to beat.

Phenomenal…from start to finish. Here is the difference between Blanton’s and these other companies that have sprung up recently. Then you decide… Blanton’s is 100% ordered to the customer. The customer needs come first; not profit, not revenue per visit, not new sales per service call. EVERYTHING was centered around what is the customer NEEDS and how Blanton’s can assist and deliver solutions. THAT is why this company has been at it so long and is so successful. Chad, the technician who did the service was very professional & personable. He had the problem with the water heater diagnosed quickly & fixed the issue. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review was that I felt the cost was a bit pricey for what the problem was.

My kitchen sink backed up last week and after nothing I tried worked I made an appointment with Blanton's. Jeremy arrived at the scheduled time and tried diligently to fix the drains. Unfortunately, due to the pipes being original to my 60+ year old home I needed a full replumbing of the house. Jeremy talked me through the issues, educating me on the whole process. He worked with me on options and budget. Jeremy and Austin finished the large job expertly, thoroughly, and ahead of schedule. They even managed to save me money once they saw that part of my system could remain rather than be replaced. I am thrilled with their work & would highly recommend them and this company.

We had a great experience today with Chad and Jackson. Amazing customer care. We will definitely use Blanton’s again. They came to home on short notice. They clearly spelled out our options for either repairing or replacing our toilet. We decided to have our toilet repaired rather than replaced. Repair comes with a one year warranty. The replacement parts needed were not on their van. Rather than make us schedule another appointment with them, they went right to Blanton’s and got the repair parts needed. Repair was done in less than an hour!

I called on Wednesday morning and someone was at my house by 10:30 am. We had to replace a HVAC unit and the project manager was here at 5 that night. The unit was replaced on Friday - the whole process was seamless. These people know their jobs and it shows! I also had Donovan from the electrical department come out to disconnect our hot tub. While he was here, he checked our outlets and switches and found several that were actually dangerous. He also mentioned that smoke detectors needed to be replaced every ten years (I sure didn’t know that!) and he replaced all 8 of ours. He was knowledgeable and polite and did a great job!

James was awesome! Polite courteous and explained my issue and offered the plan of attack get get the house up and running again.

Justin was awesome and extremely professional while still being very friendly and helpful. He walked through all my options and what each meant for me. Once he got to work, he surmised that the responsibility for the leak I was dealing with actually fell on the city, thus saving me a significant amount of money. He still did me a solid by helping take care of one other minor issue I was dealing with before he was on his way. An all around very good experience.
