Ty was amazing!!!

Ty Greene did an amazing job. He was thorough and professional in all aspects of his work, We not only had an electrical problem but a heating/AC problem. Instead of completing the work in his field he also coordinated and ensured a seamless transition with the heating team, sticking around until all issues were completed. He treated us like family and we appreciated it! Definitely recommend!

Wow! What great service and install!! Elijah, Gabe and Chris did a fantastic job! Started in morning and finished by 4:30, even though one guy had to leave. Blanton's is the place to go for a furnace and a/c replacement. Everyone from the project manager, (Kyle) to office personnel to installers that came out. A first class operation!

Chase arrived on time. He was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired it and got my system back up and running in no time. Great service!

Apparently there was a malfunction in one of the parts that was installed, it took quite a bit of time for a Philip to find out what was wrong he was very patient took his time .I mean from the attic upstairs, to the outside, back to the thermostat inside, he wasn't satisfied until he found the issue which he did and got it working properly ! He also explained everything that he was doing! I am what he needed to do to get it running properly and effectively.

Armando was an excellent presenter and explained in detail the Generac product. He answered all our questions and concerns in a very complete manner. Highly recommend him and Blanton’s. Very pleased.

Ty went absolutely above and beyond to get my problem fixed today. I had a rat snake in my well house causing an electrical issue and my well pump wasn’t working. Ty conquered his fear of snakes and was much braver than I was in removing the snake. Thank you so much again Ty you’re a lifesaver!

I attempted to fix a leaking shower faucet. I made a mess of things . I called Blantons and Eli Vanfleet came right out and fixed the issue and fixed other plumbing issues as well. Very professional and down to earth guy. Very impressed by him! Highly recommend Eli at Blantons!

Friendly , professional and did a great job

Service was excellent.

Had a leak under our bathroom sink and Blanton’s Air, Plumbing, & Electric set up an appointment for the very next day. Brian Smith was very prompt, personable, and very knowledgeable. He found that our older sink has begun to rust, and he not only explained the problem, but showed us also. He asked if we would like for him to check our other bathroom sink (older one also), and showed us where it had begun to rust also. We decided to have both sinks and faucets replaced. Brian went and got the sinks, returned and installed them both promptly. We were very satisfied with his work.

Awesome service and as a single senior I have peace of mind I have AC service easily available.

My husband and I used their services twice this year and both experiences were great. We had Andrew check our HVAC and Nathaniel fix our water pressure and help winterize our house. Both guys were professional, efficient and made sure all of our questions were answered. Highly recommend.

I just had my hot water heater replaced by Nicholas. He came out a few days prior to take a look at my old one. Nick is very knowledgeable and professional - and also very passionate about his work. Him and the company don't try to talk you into buying something new. I definitely needed a new hot water heater (my old one was running 10 years past its service date). My old one also wasn't installed properly. Nick ensured this new one was installed properly (with a stand and drip pan).

I would definitely recommend Donavan Baldie. We couldn’t be happier with the fan installation! The job was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Everything works perfectly, and the area was left clean and tidy afterward. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and safely. Sven was very professional. He explained all the options we had so we could make the best choice. He also found that our water pressure from the water company was too high so we installed a pressure regulator to protect our house. We feel blessed that Blantons is here to take care of us. Before we made our decision, we got other quotes and Sven was able to educate us about all the cost and the piece of mind of getting protected by Blantons with their reputation for being the best, doing the best work and having a guarantee that lasts.

Dev and Ryan J along with their team did a fantastic job! They kept their word on cost and how they planned on fixing our plumbing issue. Even with the complications that popped up, they were quick to solve the issues and keep working! Thanks to the whole team! Andrew Moxley came out to my house today to provide my annual WOW HVAC inspection. As with every Blanton's service professional I've met, he was professional, courteous, friendly, communicated well and most of all was helpful without being pushy. He made recommendations and gave expert advice, which was absolutely appreciated. Blanton's continues to provide outstanding service. This is why I will definitely continue to use them for all of my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

I had a new two-zone system installed today by Taylor, Johnny, and DaCorris. They showed up first thing this morning and spent the entire day into the evening completing the install. The entire team was professional, friendly, and worked diligently to complete this time consuming install. They even went above and beyond and changed out a bad switch and replaced the bulb in my attic space! Unfortunately, one of the components on the new system is defective and someone will have to come out tomorrow morning to switch it out, but that’s outside their control. They kept me informed during the whole process and don’t hesitate to answer any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and this team exemplified the quality of service I’ve come to expect with Blanton’s.

Mr. Greene Was professional and kind and was able to fix the issue with the sinkerator. He also explained to me how to know when something was stuck in it and to use the little tool that was used to adjust it. He also helped me with the lights since one got triggered and we fixed that. I will highly recommend him and request him again. 5 stars for his service. Thank you.

Dev (Devon Ashley) is a professional whose passion for his job was evident from his phone call before arrival and continued throughout his entire walk-through and service quote. He clearly knows this business and is very thorough in his explanation of what he is looking for dyring the inspection, what options exist to upgrade or remedy observed shortfalls, and clearly explains pros and cons of potential solutions. Blanton's should hang onto Dev for as long as they can.

Devon and Dustin were our plumbers/technicians they did such an outstanding job putting all new shut off values on everything in our home, we had them installed a tankless waterheater and they redid all the waterlines and brought everything up to code, fixed cracked and leaking pipes. They spent two days redoing the plumbing in our home, I was totally amazed by their work ethic and professionalism. I would highly recommend Blatons for any plumbing, electrical and HVac, ask for Devon or Dustin they are outstanding. Fantastic job.

My auxiliary heat was on. And the unit was frosting up. I called Blanton on Friday afternoon, thinking I would have to wait until next week. They sent a technician on Saturday. Found the problem and fixed it. I have been a Blanton customer for 25 years and can't say enough about their service.

Jacob and Joe with Blanton’s both provided top-notch service yesterday. I honestly haven’t had such professional and on-the-spot support to my home before for the five years I have lived in NC! I scheduled a site visit to fix the high pressure release on my hot water tank and was able to get a whole revamp to my hot water system to bring me up to code the same day. Jacob spearheaded the hot water tank and replacement. Joe took care of the electrical work I needed and helped me fix an issue with my circuit breaker. I was stoked to get everything done in one day, since I had to take off of work to get anything done on my house. Two managers also showed up to review the work and one even helped out to get the job done earlier so I didn’t have to cancel an appointment I had scheduled that afternoon. I think his name was Chris. Five starts +! I will definitely ask for Jacob and Joe by name for future work I need done to my place.

Phillip came out this afternoon to do just a general service inspection of my HVAC unit. He also checked out the ductwork under my house. He recommended a Condenser Cover because of the amount of pine straw in the unit. He showed me pictures of the pine straw in the unit so his recommendation was welcomed as I believe the cover will prevent future problems. He was very professional and courteous. Another positive experience with Blantons!

Needed a water heater replaced. Had done my research on what competitive pricing would be. Blaton's met my mark with no hassle or need to shop around. My technician, Ethan Mitchell, was punctual and adequately briefed me on what to expect. Job was completed in a timely fashion with no debris or cleaning up required. Think this is about the 4th time I have had to utilize Blaton's professional services and I haven't been disappointed. This is coming from a certified DIY guy. Think I'm getting spoiled.

They hooked me up to the new sewer system in Cliffdale West as well as fixed the toilet. As a woman I appreciate the fact that they knew what they were suppose to do and did it. The crew let know what they needed and how to take care of my dogs(they had the yard all tore up). Since my pets are my children I was really happy that they cared about my animals.

Zachary Jones from Blanton’s provided exceptional service. He was courteous and explained every step he took during the service visit.

Had concerns about my heater working appropriately. Was easy to set up appointment and quick, luckily it was mid week. HVAC guy Joey had good communication on the day of appointment. He listened to my concerns and gave me a break down of what he was going to look at to determine if there were any issues. He kept me updated on what he found and explained everything clearly. He also answered many other general HVAC questions I had about the unit, thermostats, and duct work . He ended up finding an issue with the way my unit was wired and had heat up and running full force in no time. Which was perfect timing for this recent cold snap. Joey and the tech with him are great workers with great communication/customer service and are an absolute asset to Blanton’s. Their knowledge and honesty will keep me coming back to Blanton’s for any HVAC issues.

Cliff was very knowledgeable about his work and worked really hard to fix the issue with our Hvac.

Daelyn was so kind, knowledgeable, and great to work with. My GFCI was faulty and I couldn’t do laundry. Daelyn replaced it and had my outlet functioning in no time. He answered my questions and offered to troubleshoot other electrical issues in my home. He was efficient and thorough.

Zach was great. He performed HVAC maintenance and explained to me the condition of my unit, which included pictures. I am very satisfied with the service and will take all recommendations into consideration.

The heat on our downstairs gas furnace went out when temps were in the 20s and 30s overnight. We've been WOW Service Plan members for years and Blanton sent Chase Westmoreland out within a couple hours after we called. He quickly diagnosed the blower motor being the problem. Unfortunately, as it was on a Friday, they couldn't get the part until the following week. Fortunately we had a space heater and gas fire place to keep the downstairs somewhat tolerable. Chase followed up the next week and personally drove to the warehouse to get the part and replaced it with his helper. He's a great technician and one of the best we've worked with from Blanton's over the years.

Reviews usually lean one of two ways: An awesome experience or a great experience. I had a plumber (Nick H.) and electrician (Daelyn K.) come out today for a couple things. Both were extremely thorough, professional, and did a great job breaking everything down. They alsl helped me plan out different options and future plans for work to be done, without making be feel rushed or pressured to spend more money. 10/10 service. I'll be asking for these two specifcially every time I need plumbing or electric! If every Blanton employee is like this, I would 100% recommend them!

We had a decision to make in continuing with costly repairs to a Lenox (lemon) system or purchase a new HVAC system. Blanton's who handles our scheduled maintenance provided us with options of how to proceed. We met with Kevin Melendez who informed us of our options and we purchased a new HVAC system. Kevin's knowledge and experience with HVAC systems provided us and helped us make the right choice for our house and needs without ever pressuring us. Aiden Hillard and Travis showed up and explained the whole process of removing the Lenox (lemon) system and installing the new system. Professionalism and courtesy are just a few adjectives that describes the expert service Aiden and Travis used to install the HVAC system. We are more than happy with the new system and look forward to maintaining our relationship with Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric.

Recommend for military or anyone out of the area. Had a bunch of issues with electrical around my house and called to get it fixed. A very professional electrician arrived by the name of Donavan. Devon and Dustin were our plumbers/technicians they did such an outstanding job putting all new shut off values on everything in our home, we had them installed a tankless waterheater and they redid all the waterlines and brought everything up to code, fixed cracked and leaking pipes. They spent two days redoing the plumbing in our home, I was totally amazed by their work ethic and professionalism. I would highly recommend Blatons for any plumbing, electrical and HVac, ask for Devon or Dustin they are outstanding. Fantastic job.

We contacted Blanton's Air, Plumbing, & Electric because I was an idiot and allowed my propane tank to run dry. Our tankless water heater that was installed by Blanton's in the spring no longer heated my water! I got the propane refilled but my water heater was beeping at me and flashing an error code. I stood in the rain trying to figure out how to clear it but I might as well have been looking at Egyptian Hieroglyphics for all I understood! Enter Plumbing Technician Nate Robertson! He called me to let me know he was going to be on his way to save me from my dilemma. However, he said that this was something that I could do myself, saving me a service and relighting fee. I was understandably interested in this magical fix and asked him to tell me more! He walked me through resetting my water heater over the phone and I had hot water gloriously running from my faucets in less than 10 minutes! Nate was so personable and helpful on the phone and extremely knowledgeable on my particular water heater model. This experience (while I felt pretty dumb for not knowing what to do) is just another of the long list of WOW experiences we've had since discovering Blanton's! If you don't use Blanton's, you are losing out on the best service you can get in HVAC, plumbing and electrical!
