Blanton’s provided 5 star service installing two new exterior electrical outlets and converted our dryer cord to standard 4 prong outlet. The dryer vent in our new to us house required an adapter to properly exhaust lint and Blanton’s technician took care of that also.

I recently had the experience of dealing with Blanton's as the result of the inadequate work performed by another plumbing company. I called Blanton's and they sent out a plumber to not only fix the problems I had but also correct the poor workmanship and errors made by the previous plumbing company. At my request, they also performed a diagnostic on my plumbing situation, and prepared for me a detailed report of possible areas of concern. I ended up using them to replace and upgrade my plumbing and am extremely satisfied with the result. Just this week, while having work done on my HVAC system by another company, the electrical of my tankless water heater came into issue. With one call to Blanton's they sent out an electrical technician to work with HVAC tech, diagnose the problem and correct it. In both cases, Blanton's needed to correct the shoddy workmanship of other plumbing and HVAC companies. The technicians I had in both cases, Dustin and Eli with the plumbing, and Jason with the electrical, were thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, took accountability for their work and were up front with the situation and pricing . From my experience, I would recommend Blanton's highly.

Fredri checked electrical issues at my home very carefully.  His explanations and answers to my questions were extremely helpful.  In addition to a regular check, we discussed two issues.  Verbally and in writing, Fredri gave a clear summary of my options together with  advantages and disadvantages of each option.  Thanks to him, I have a much better picture of the situation.  During the entire time, his attitude was polite, professional, and calm.  I have confidence in him that he can take care of all my electrical issues successfully now and in the future.  For all these reasons, he definitely deserves five stars for his service. I have the best to report on my phone interaction with Beverly as well.

Scheduling was really easy. Cole did a great job explaining our options on the front end. He also came up with a quick solution when an unexpected problem came up with our sink install. I would definitely use Blanton's again.

Blanton's did their usual great job. Olekxandr Gryshko was the technician. He was polite professional and answered all my questions. Showed me photos of what he did and explained his recommendations. Cleaned all my filters and made sure all was cleaned up before he left. Blanton's should be proud of Olekxandr.

Plumbing technician Cole Pike is knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He did a great job replacing our water heater.

Blantons came for my non urgent call the next day and fixed the problem with my hvac. Tecnician Olek Gryshko diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and resolved it promptly. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks for a great experience Blantons!

We had Elijah, Roman and Aiden out to do an install today, and they provided fantastic service. Not only did they install our new unit and get us up and running, they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with their work and answer any questions we might have.

Dee went above and beyond servicing our HVAC by resolving an issue with our WiFi Honeywell Thermostat that was clearly a network problem that had nothing to do with the HVAC.

I had used several electricians in the past and kept coming back with the same problems. I was in a pinch and found Blanton's and decided to give them a try. Boy was I glad that I did! First off the text feature Blanton used was really nice. I got a text confirming my appointment and a call later to give me a time about when the technician would arrive. Then I got a text which introduced me to my Tech Nick Rippeth, his experience, background, and a picture (which would definitely be helpful for women out there to be safe). Nick was by far the best electrician I have ever had here. He took his time, diagnosed the ENTIRE problem, painstakingly and gave me options for solutions. He didn't try to up-sell me, and didn't replace items that he felt didn't need replacing. Straight shooter, and great at explaining. For the first time in years I have CONFIDENCE that the job was done right, and has been thoroughly taken care of so I don't have to worry about it in the future. The warranties they have on their work and parts makes it all worth while. Nick the whole time was the nicest and most easy to talk to person I've met in a while, a pleasure to have here, and very professional. I can not give a higher rating than I give Blanton and Nick. Edit: I called Blanton's for my air conditioner and Phillip S came out for the call. He saved us hundreds of dollars by recommending we wait for warmer weather to properly diagnose thr problem (we had a hot day followed by a cold snap). They came out again, free of charge, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great guy, very courteous and willing to help. Thanks Phil!

We would like to give a 5 star Wow review to Blantons Lonnie Henderson who recently serviced our HVAC. During the servicing Lonnie was able to detect an issue that we could have put off for awhile but he encouraged us to fix the issue now to avoid the HVAC suddenly not working during the summer season. Lonnie replaced the part and solved the problem, avoiding a more serious problem down the road. Nicholas Carter and Matthew Earomirski installed the new 3 ton A/C for our home. They came in early morning and worked almost the entire day to install the attic unit and the outside exhaust. They were very professional, courteous, pleasant to work with and answered all our questions with patience. They installed the exhaust ductwork outside the home at an elevated position instead of previous inside the mulch installation so that we can clearly see the condition of the same and don't step on them. Rodents can't damage them easily now. I would recommend Blanton for your HVAC needs. Shout out to Nick and Matt for their great service.

Exceptional company with exceptional employees! We recently recently had our HVAC system replaced and couldn't be happier with the experience. Kyle listened to our needs and answered our questions, he was professional and knowledgeable. The installation team (Roman and Elijah) were very impressive. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He then addressed 2 of our electrical concerns. He gave us options and a full understanding of the work to be done. This included going into my tight crawl space to see if there was a water pressure meter. He explained upfront about pricing and answered all my questions. I have tried several other plumbing companies, but Blanton's is the first who gave me all the info I needed, and got the repairs done correctly the first time. I made the appointment only a few days in advance, and asked for the earliest possible time, even though you can't actually specify a time..and Dustin called at 730am and arrived promptly at 8am. He was personable, knowledgeable, and I was totally comfortable with him working in my house. He fixed some problems with my water heater that were created by one plumbing company, and which the 2nd plumbing company failed to diagnose. I would absolutely use Blantons again, and I will be asking for Dustin specifically. Thank you Dustin, you're awesome!

I’m posting this review approximately two months after this work was completed. I’m happy to say that I’m as happy today as when the work was completed. Nick was a consummate professional while remaining entirely down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Nick came out to address two concerns, one was a bi-annual inspection and cleaning of a tankless water heater, and the other was to help diagnose and resolve an issue with water pressure with the master bath’s shower. The tankless inspection and cleaning provided better performance and results than we entered into the contract with. Nick was able to find an issue while performing the maintenance that was leading to an ebbing of the water temperature. As for the shower, we ended up needing to replace the pressure valve. Nicks work on the shower was clean and professional, and both in terms of the installation and the post work cleanup. Finally, upon completing all the work there was a discrepancy with the billing amount. I’m very happy to say that Blanton’s stood by their guarantee, and billed per their initial assessment, rather than passing the increased costs to us. I’m happy to say this has been an excellent first time experience, and as a result I’ll be calling Blanton’s first for my next plumbing, electrical, or HVAC need. Fredi did an excellent job repairing an outlet that was arcing . He checked every outlet in our home and out building . When he finished those tasks, Fredi put in a surge protector, relabeled our electrical breaker panel, and replaced some breakers. Fredi was careful to show me the areas of concern and to answer all my questions. I would request him to do any future electrical jobs.

Roman Anderson and Austin (sorry I forgot his last name) were super- both were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Both are credits to Blantons.

Blanton provided excellent service, clear explanation of the problem and professional work to solve the problem. Ethan Mitchel and his co-worker Collin were terrific to work with. They did a great job in every respect. My most recent experience with Blanton involved replacement of my water heater. Alex, as is characteristic of Blanton, did an outstanding job installing my new water heater. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and skill that Alex provided while completing the work.

Sven came and changed out both our toilets quickly and efficiently. He also gave me quotes and opinions for other work we are considering for the house. I was extremely pleased with the service.

My experience with technician, Jackson Diffin was prompt, professional, and well done. He explained all the troubleshooting steps taken and his findings. Jackson gave options without any pressure to hire them for the job. It wasn't cheap but then doing anything on the cheap is delayed expense. Highly recommend.

Fredri checked out some electrical issues I was having. He gave me some great options to fix and upgrade my system.

Austin Wesley did an excellent job with our plumbing project. He and his assistant Nick were both knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and professional. In upgrading our system they also resolved some long term issues that we have not been able to fix for years. I highly recommend the Blanton’s company.

I've gone on a maintenance contract with these guys because I wouldn't want anyone else working on my stuff, and even that was really affordable for HVAC, electrical, and water heater. Dee Johnson provided grade A service in evaluating my plumbing situation for a basement remodel we were doing. I learned I could get the job done and for how much. They paid attention for special issues and advised. Blanton’s is my preferred house vendor in the Raleigh area. I recommend them strongly.

Alex (lead technician) and Jeff are awesome! I know what excellent customer service is, and Blanton's is among the best for providing top notch service. Alex was extremely thorough in explaining to me his process for determining the repair for my AC unit. Both guys were very cordial, respectful of my home, and made sure that my dog (who really liked them) did not slip outside as they came in and out of my home. Great diagnostic and overall review of my AC system, written summary of work, and recommendations to keep my home cool and energy efficient. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this job.
