Blanton’s maintained superb communication throughout the entire process, from scheduling service to notifying me the HVAC professional was on his way. A picture and bio was provided for the employee so I knew who to expect, and Andrew Moxley (the service professional) called me as well to confirm the appointment. Andrew was absolutely a professional and fixed the issue no problem. Great service, thank you!

Phillip came out this afternoon to do just a general service inspection of my HVAC unit. He also checked out the ductwork under my house. He recommended a Condenser Cover because of the amount of pine straw in the unit. He showed me pictures of the pine straw in the unit so his recommendation was welcomed as I believe the cover will prevent future problems. He was very professional and courteous. Another positive experience with Blantons!

Zachary Jones did a great job with our HVAC check up. He was fun to talk to and helped us feel at ease. With our difficult schedules, we appreciate him coming out so late to avoid the hassle of trying to reschedule. We hope to be so lucky to have him again! Great job.
