Heating Maintenance

We had a plumbing issue with our toilets backing up and called Blanton’s. They were able to send a technician right away. Austin was thorough, patient (even during my meltdown!), and did an outstanding job explaining everything. Even the dispatchers (Monica and Aura?) were friendly and helpful. When you’re dealing with a stressful plumbing issue, you want to feel taken care of—and Blanton’s did exactly that!

TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL,WAS REALLY KNOWAGEABLE OF THE ELECTRICAL WORKING ENDS AND OUT. PROBLEM SOLVED. I CHOSE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MAINTENANCE PLAN.

Pricing is a bit steep... However..... Outstanding customer service. Not in thr least bit pushy or invasive. Dustin was quick to diagnose and repair. As well as very knowledgeable and professional. I called at 0830 and they had someone there less than an hour later. Awesome, would highly recommend if price is no object.
