Heating Maintenance

The technician, Dakota, was Excellent! He went above and beyond by taking the old water heater out which required digging a trench under a beam. I was expecting the old one would stay under the house because the other old one was stuck under there. He even took off $$ because this previous water heater was left under there, this unit was under there from the previous home owner!

I installed a new thermostat, and hot air was the only thing blowing out the vents. Terry came to save the day, now that the heat is already starting. Terry was great and professional and had it fixed and now the household is very happy. Thank you so much Terry.
