Heating Maintenance

Dakota was very friendly when he and his partner arrived to work on my house. They kept me informed every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work on my house. The work completed is wonderful. I would recommend this company to anybody. They also stand by their work. They did work before and I have it had any issues at all.

Sorry this review is so late. I thought I’d published it in November 2025: Master Plumber James McMakin just left our home after quickly resolving a VERY frustrating water pressure problem … and identifying an almost-invisible (to us amateurs) problem developing with our aging water heater. After a decade of being Blanton’s “Wow!” members you’d think we’d be almost bored with the gracious schedulers, reasonable pricing, and the superb craftsmanship of the technicians they send us. Well, you’d be wrong. My wife and I never tire of being treated like honored members of the family … which is precisely how Mr. McMakin treated us today. We’ve learned that Blanton’s trains their techs to take whatever time we need to fully understand the service underway, what performance and/or risks to expect in the future, and, of course, all associated costs. Mr. McMakin did all of this and more…and we shall request him by name for any future plumbing needs. We should all do our jobs as well as James McMakin does his!

We had a great experience with Blanton. We had a backed up kitchen sink and dishwasher. Tim was awesome! He provided a great assessment and options to repair a kitchen sink/ dishwasher backed up- and save us a lot of money in subfloor repair. A great technician is always teaching. Tim explained how to maintain my garbage disposal. I trusted Tim and his work. Blanton is lucky to have a great professional in Tim.

I just had a new electric panel installed. Armando and Fredery did a fantastic job. I hope I spelled his name correctly. They don’t cut corners and pay attention to the smallest details. I highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs. They are also very nice people. Yesterday I had a new HVAC system installed by Gino Smith and Aiden Hillard. They worked outside in the cold for many hours and did a perfect installation. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
