Joe came on in and made sure my family was cooled off immediately, he took the time to explain my wow service plan, He also shared with me how to preventive maintenance the outside unit for a more efficient feeling of comfort. Danny Rivella, Sven Headon, and Elijah Thomas (and his teammate, I can't remember his name) get a five-star rating. They came by to install a new A/C system, a new hot-water heater, and a Brita home filtration system. Quality work, solid customer service. I was kept abreast of all disruptions that needed to occur during the installation process and was not rushed through the walkthrough after the products were installed. Appreciate the work and the instruction afterwards.

First, I want to share the piece of mind I was given to know that a technician was going to be able to come out the same day I called about a water leak that we could not locate and got an alert from the water company stating we had a continuous leak loosing 10 gallons an hour. Dispatch, Courtney, was professional, informative and helpful. The technician, Jack, called about an hour from his location to make sure someone was going to be there to receive him. After introductions, I explained what all we have done in the last few days to locate this leak and how unsuccessful we were at finding it. He went through the crawl space to initially turn off the main valve and immediately found the leak. It was dripping through the insulation coming from the kitchen sink. He recommended replacing both lines, even though it cost more, but I completely understood why after he explained it to me. Very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable technician and I would absolutely recommend Blantons for all your plumbing needs. I haven't tried their HVAC or electric part of their business, but I'm sure if their technicians in that field of work is anything like the knowledgeable and helpful technician I had for my plumbing needs, i will surely call them! Thanks Blanton for giving me piece of mind and a wonderful technician!

They were very professional and extremely helpful for explaining the problems we had going on. Our technical person was up to date and helpful in saving money on the repairs and was here to work did his job and left after he explained everything he fixed. Thanks for the great service.
