Alex was the technician that came to my home to assess the issue I was having with my HVAC.
I have to say, first of all.....I have become someone who has trust issues when it comes to needing a service from a company.
But, my experience with Blantons from start to finish was completely comforting!
When Alex arrived, he was smiling and ready to help.
I gave him the "lowdown" of what i ha experienced with my unit and what I felt like the issue could be.
He did NOT dismiss me or my thoughts at all.
He was polite and courteous.
He assessed the issue in a timely manner and discussed recommendations for some service opportunities with me.
It was such a huge relief and a really positive experience for me

Blantons, as usual is always prompt, and attentive to my HVAC Needs. Cliff was Excellent. Took his tome and not only recognized and resolved my issue, but gave me some good pointers in long term maintenance and also upgrades for my system.

I would recommend Blantons and i would recommend their service plan if you aren't already routinely maintaining your home. We opted in for the Blantons WOW membership after several hefty repairs proved that HVAC systems in North Carolina require special and constant care. The membership is fairly priced if you use it. The service covers AC, heat, electrical and plumbing general/routine maintenance and a lot of extra incidentals that could lead to costly repairs.

Another reason for a 5 star and a recommendation is that Blantons will make things right with you if you are left uneasy or if a service isn't done well. Today we had a scheduled appointment for our WOW member maintenance on HVAC (you do have to schedule hvac, plumbing, electrical separate but they are all covered). The tech came out and didnt complete the assigned task, instead he told us we had several things that needed replaced/cleaned and provided a 2500 estimate to replace a control board or to clean a blower motor...and left it at that. We called and explained the situation, and within a couple hours we had a senior tech back at the house to complete the maintenance that was scheduled. Chase was his name and he saved the day, and saved a 5 star review. After completing the job, he also found the control board wasn't defective, rather just not set up correctly and actually found a way to save us some money on the electric bill.

All that being said, there was no fuss, no arguing, they just made it right and got us taken care of...and for that reason we will continue to use them and recommend them. Every other experience before today has been exemplary with them, and we're sad to hear Terry is no longer with the company, but guys like Chase still know how to provide great customer service!
