After discussing my options, we decided that replacing the unit was the best solution. Justin and Que were both professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They removed the old unit and installed the new one with the utmost care, making sure everything was done correctly and cleanly. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I'd like to thank Blanton and Brian Smith for his professionalism and courteous service today. Brian installed a new hot water heater after our old one passed it's expiration date. Brian arrived as scheduled, assessed the situation, provided my husband and I valuable feedback, then got to work removing the old one and installing the new one. We called Blanton on Saturday to schedule the appointment and Brian arrive on Monday morning ready to go. He even advised us on water usage and a leaky faucet we had. It was great working with Brian and Blanton. Highly Recommended!
