One of my HVAC units stopped working. Called for service, I have a service agreement with Blanton’s, and they sent a tech named Joshua Ballance the next day. Joshua quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and was back on the next business day to install it. Throughout the process Joshua kept me informed, showed me pictures of the work, and answered all my questions. He was very thorough, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I plan to request Joshua for all additional work on my HVAC units.

I was also impressed with how quickly Blanton’s was in getting a tech onsite. With other companies it usually took days for someone to be available.

Skip provided excellent customer support regarding resolve for sheet work in my bathrooms. Extremely nice man!

Mr Ty Green did my electrical inspection today. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable and provided detailed information I needed to know about my electrical system. He gets a 5-star rating and is the “go-to” person for electrical needs. Thank you Mr Green!!!
