      Most importantly, the workmanship was awesome and the installer was very cordial.  He was an extremely hard worker and did awesome work and obviously enjoyed his work. The sink faucet installed was of the same handicapped design we had.  Thank you. The drains now work awesomely.  They have never drained that fast and efficiently since I bought our house 8 years ago. The only downfall for me as a very large handicapped customer is the documentation of my, the customer's, special requests on both the work order/estimate and if it can't be done, reason should be stated and then confirmed on the final invoice like if a request exceeds maximum available or by code or other such reason. As such, I had several special requests that I needed to be addressed and documented in the work order to meet my physical needs before the work started.  I provided these requests in detail and and writing when I first requested assistance.  When they called to confirm the first appointment, I asked if they received and if could meet my requests.  She said she thought so but discuss with the installer.  I did discuss them with him.   He said he saw them.  He didn't write them in the paper work order as I requested nor seem to use them when shopping for the toilets.  He said he ordered highest quality with ADA compatibility.  This is really great but this doesn't mean it will meet what I requested.  Evidently, toilet specs were not researched or verified before shopping for toilets (see reasons outlined below).  These specs are available on all manufactured load bearing products like toilets, ladders, furniture etc.  I requested a copy of these specs for my piece of mind to trust my weight in usage of these fixtures.  I only received a Google screenshot of the AI details.  He tried to find the specs on packaging but couldn't find them.  If the work order had the product model info on the work order or final invoice, I could look it up on manufacturer's website myself. *My requested toilet weight capacity was not used in shopping for toilet fixtures but luckily the toilets purchased did exceed it BUT the toilet seats DO NOT.  Their weight capacity is much lower than my weight so I worry constantly the seats will be break at anytime!!! * New toilet was not raised  higher than my old one as I also requested and with the thinner seat, it is actually sits lower.  The height provided (~16") is still inches below the maximum height of 19" available. *My request for a higher water level in the toilet bowl was also not addressed.  We talked about it but because it wasn't outlined in the work order/invoice as requested, the actual setting is still not clear to me.  Conversation kept switching to strong flushing force so not to worry about it.  That is great but does not address the water depth in the bowl and being so large myself, I need the deeper water level. I do really appreciate all the hard work provided but hope you will work to address customer's requests into your documents so they can relax during the installation process and have comfort and piece of mind that the work will be done as the expected.   Thank you again for all your service to my home.

      I just had my HVAC systems serviced by Mr. Chris Orlando and I couldn't be more satisfied. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He checked all the parts to ensure everything was running efficiently. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and he quickly fixed an issue we had with one of the vents. I feel much more confident heading into the summer season knowing that my HVAC systems were well taken care of.
